All of the girls were in silence. Mrs. Potts heels could be heard click clacking in the room. Lilac was very nervous for her end of term exams. With sports and all of the drama going on she didn't have as much time for her studies. She struggled with french especially. "What eez zis!" Mamzell Rougier had cried at her when she saw her poorly written french essay. Tina on the other hand was the opposite. She and Mary always had the last spots except for french. Why Tina was first at french. Even Mamzelle Rougier liked the dainty little Tina. The girls stood up and handed there prep over to Mrs. Potts when they were done. "That was jolly difficult." sighed Mary. "Was it." said a snide voice Behind them was Acel and her crew. Leece and Londen of the south tower were beside her smirking and kelsie and Minu were giggling in the background. Mary sighed. Lilac stepped in. "Its none of your business what we find hard or not." Immediately the girls started fighting. "Don't you dare question Acel!" cried Londen, Acels best friend. Londen stood inches from Lilacs face. "Go back to where you came from." she spat. Stuttering Lilac stumbled back. All of the south tower girls burst out laughing. "W-w-w-what." mimicked Minu pretending to stumble back. Acel clapped Minu on the back. "Nicely done old girl." She smirked at the north tower girl. The dare devil of a Jalissa stood up. "I suggest you leave us alone or I shall very while dunk your pretty little head in a toilet." Acel blushed angrily but her friends pulled her away, afraid of Jalissa's sharp tongue. A annoyed looking south tower girl who was not apart of Acels group stalked after them. Panting Jalissa stalked away. "Kelly's sister." Said Jalissa. "She's not in Acels little group. Katie walks near them. "Im not sure who threatened poor Acel but that was not very kind."Jalissa turns red. "But she was being a mean pig!" Said Jalissa angrily. "You were the one who yelled at her right, well thats not acceptable." Said Katie looking peeved. "Don't preach." Said Jalissa stiffly. "Whats your name?" asks Katie. "Jalissa." Says Jalissa airly. "Lilac, Hallo there!" Said Katie, her face brightening up. "Sorry Katie but Acel really was being a mean pig, she mimicked me and was quite beastly." Said Lilac shyly. "Im confused, well off you go, have a great end of term!" Said Katie looking bright and happy. The games were happening extremely soon and Lilac was nervous. Soon the matches were moments away. "Alright team gather round!" Cried Rain. First was the Tennis matches. Susy, Talia, Delila, Daffy, Katie, Acel and Lilac all stood nervously. " for the pairs I want Daffy and Katie. The two girls exchanged happy glances. "Susy and Talia will be playing together also." said Rain. "Delila will be playing solo and so will Acel, Lilac and myself. The girls eagerly nodded. First up was Katie and Daffy. The Saint Hilda's girls were jolly fine players but were nothing on Katie and daffy. Daffy pulled out all the stops. She swung back serves high and strong, and same for Katie! "First set to Malory towers!" cried the announcer. Next was Delila. Delila swung high and mighty but alas lost. Next was Susy and Talia. Susy did brilliantly swinging high serves but Talia was off her game. Fuming Susy had to run across the field hitting back serves. Alas while running around Susy tripped and hurt her ankle. "This isn't fair we need to win!" she shrieked as her sister, Daisy helped her off the field. Nervously Lilac looked at the score. Saint Hilda's 2-1. Lilac was next. As she played on she lost her nerves. She swung high and graceful. Her opponent had a weakness and she spotted it right away. Her left arm was quite weak and terrible at serving. Lilac hit every serve at her opponents left arm until the match as hers. Cheers everywhere. "Fine job old girl!" cried Jalissa. Acel was next. She won superbly. Acel was extremely talented and her opponent knew she was outdone. Acels "fan club" ran up to her in a circle of giggles and cheers. Jalissa rolled her eyes. Next was the most intense match. Captain vs Captain. Rain wins superbly and the stadium erupts in cheers. "Jolly fine everyone!" cries Rain. The final score is put up. Malory towers 4-2. Everyone cheers! Lilac slips her hand through Jalissa's grinning.
