Leaving the shop Manan walked back at the hotel. Manik was already holding those heavy bags and to add more Nandini entwined her hand with his and putting little of her weight on him but Manik didn't say anything as it was his time to pamper her.

They reached back in their suite and Manik placed all the bags on the table. Nandini left his hand and started pecking in the bag and soon she opened a box (the half eaten food box) took a spoon from the spoon holder and again started munching those things but this time she completed one thing and then started another.

Manik who had gone to wash his hands and legs was unaware of this and when he came back he was shock to see his wife eating non stop. He came to her and said.

Ma-Nandini tumne abhi khaya tha and firse tum kha rhi ho.

Nandini in btwn munching replied.

Nan-Abhi hum walk kr k aaye na.......toh digest hogaya.......mere peit  mei jagha ban gayi......I can eat more.

Manik shook his head at her silly lame excuses and let her be. Those who think it's her mood swings than you'll are wrong. Nandini likes sweets to no extend and this is coz of that only.

Manik who was busy on a phone call came back to see Nandini walking around the living room. He sat on the couch and asked her.

Ma-kya kr rhi ho........?

Nan-walk.......

Ma-dekha.......hogai na over eating........ab uncomfortable feel ho rha hai na........

Nan-nhi.......mei toh walk kr rhi ho so that jo meine khaya woh digest hojaye and I can eat more.

Hearing this Manik was speechless and was just looking at her without blinking while Nandini was walking and soon she reached the bag to pick up another box. Manik rushed to her stopping her and said.

Ma-ab agar aur khaya na toh mei yeh saari bags return kr k aaoga and you won't get to eat any of it.

Nandini looked at his serious face and asked.

Nan-kyu........?

Ma-seriously you are asking that.........kabse tum khaye hi jaa rhi ho........ab bas.........

And then he picked her up in bridal style and walked in their bedroom.

Ma-woh sab tumhara hi hai na........sab ek sath kha jaogi toh you will miss all the fun. So now take rest.

With this he put her on bed and came beside her. Eating so much that too sweet, Nandini was feeling tired and getting the soft bed under her made her relax. While Manik laid down beside her.

Nandini immediately snuggled in him resting while Manik was caressing her hair. Soon Nandini was fast asleep. Manik smiled looking at her sleeping figure and he too closed his eyes.

Next day, start of another new beautiful day. Post breakfast Manik was on a call with Chetan and that's when Nandini got busy in plugging her phone in the stereo. As soon as the call got ended a tune started playing at Manik's back.

Manik turned around in confusion as to from was the music being played that to Indian classical instruments. As soon as he turned around he saw a smiling Nandini standing far away from him.

Soon he heard her melodious voice, while Nandini started singing and moving her body on extremely soft dance steps along with coming close to Manik.

Aankhon mein hai khwab sa kisi ka

Nandini raised her left hand which made her saree to cover up her hand completely.

With different steps she reduced the distance btwn them.

Coming close to his face, she sang over his lips, bringing a smile on Manik's face.

Singing the words......teri ore. She meant that every force on this earth just pulls her towards him.

She moved away a bit and danced beautifully by moving her waist along with singing.

The musical beat was playing and that's when Manik moved his lips and sang.

Nandini who was facing her back to Manik turned around in surprise as he was going to sing in his heavenly tone. While Manik sang looking straight into her eyes.

Khulti fizaein, khulti ghatayein
Sar pe naya hai aasaman
Chaaro dishayein, hass ke bulaye
Yu sab hue hai meharbaan

He sang to convey that now every molecule on earth gives him happiness unlike the previous time when she was not in his life.

Hearing his soft tone when his genre is always rock made Nandini to smile as brightly as she could but soon she realised she had to catch up with him so immediately her lips moved, releasing the further lyrics.

Her words felt as a reply to Manik's lyrics. That she don't know anything and she doesn't care about anything. All she knew is that her heart is just moving towards him, more with each passing second.

While she was close to Manik, he picked her up from her knees and that's when Nandini joined their foreheads and sang over his lips once again.

Manik made her stand gently back on her feet and sang looking in her eyes.

Ek heer thi aur tha ek raanjhan
Kehte hai mere gaon mein

He sticked his nose on her cheek bone and sang which caused the air from his mouth to fan on her cheeks making her giggle.

Sacha ho dil to sau mushkilen ho
Jhukta naseeba pao mein

Nandini sang without looking at him as his nose was still stuck on her cheek bone.

Now she moved away from him and sang looking in his, with her palms resting on elbow and his hands were folded.

She ran away from him by pushing him gently and ran backwardly, looking at him.

That rishta naya was to indicate abt their new relationship as husband and wife and she was loving it.

Manik smiled at her smiling face and came close to her.

As soon as the song got completed Manik held Nandini from her elbow and leaned to drop a kiss on her lips but Nandini smiled mischievously and pushed him away.

As his eyes was closed it was easy for Nandini to get out of his grip and ran away sexily. Manik looked at her and saw her running away from him and climbing the stairs.

Giggling loud enough Nandini climbed the stairs so that Manik can chase her. Manik too moved to catch her and she turned around to look at him.

Just then her legs got mismatched and she fell on the stairs and came rolling down on it. Manik who was smiling till Nandini looked back, suddenly panicked seeing her rolling down on the stairs.

Everything was so quick that before Manik could catch Nandini, Nandini had met the floor.

Manik rushed to her and moved her fainted body to see blood oozing out of her forehead. He was scared to the extreme. He patted her cheeks and called her to wake her up.

Ma-Nandini............Nandini.........

He didn't get any reply and the flow of blood was increasing. Manik immediately picked her up in bridal style and left the room.

Running outside the hotel he found a cab there. He sat immediately at the back seat with Nandini almost on his lap.

The cab driver too looked at the blood and that's why he supported Manik and didn't cause any tantrums. He looked at Manik who spoke just one word.

Ma-hospital.........

And immediately the car roared to life. He drove with decent speed and soon dropped them at the hospital. Manik gave him a note to pay for his fare which was enough then their fare.

He rushed in with a fainted Nandini and immediately service was provided to them. Nurses and dr took her to the emergency room, leaving Manik to wait outside.

Manik was pacing outside Nandini's ward in worry, he was sweating. Just few mins ago they were smiling and singing. They were happy, Nandini was awake and now suddenly they are at hospital.

The half an hour treatment felt forever to Manik. He just couldn't sit calmly, tears were threatening to fall any moment and he was just controlling it. After half and hour, a dr came and said to Manik who approached her.

Ma-how is my wife?

Dr-there is nothing to worry.........it was just a small cut.......she'll be fine soon.

She left and Manik was relaxed but soon another dr approached him and stood infront of him. Manik looked at her in confusion while the dr said, shattering his earth into molecules.

Dr-I am sorry.........but your wife had a miscarriage.

The tear drop that were on the verge of drying fell from his eyes and dr left from there. Manik was too numb to react. He fell on a sit outside, mourning over his child whose existence was not known to him till now. He was in his self mourning when a nurse came to him and said.

Nu-your wife is awake.........you can go in.

With a heavy heart and robot like steps Manik entered Nandini's room. She saw him to find him completely disheveled, disturbed more than needed.

Manik looked at her and Nandini passed him a small smile. With a heavy heart he sat beside her and Nandini immediately joined her palm with his and said.

Nan-Manik........I am fine.......... I am sorry........

But they were disturbed by a nurse, who came and stood beside Manik. Both looked at the nurse who spoke.

Nu-excuse sir...........the dr who told you about your wife's miscarriage........was not about you.........she gave an information to you about another patient........misunderstanding you as her husband.........your wife was not pregnant neither she had a miscarriage..........we are sorry for troubling you with the wrong information.

Manik who was grieving over the loss till now suddenly turned into monster and seeing his expressions the nurse ran away from their room. Nandini was completely confused about everything. She even noticed the changed expressions of Manik from broken to partially angry and relaxed.

Nan-what's happening?

Manik mumbled a few curses to the dr and nurse and then replied to Nandini.

Ma-they said you had a miscarriage.........and now she is saying it was another patient not you.

Nandini was surprised and a giggle left her lips unknowingly. Manik looked at her with frowns and said in a bit harsh tone.

Ma-what's there to laugh?

Nan-your expressions..........how am I suppose to conceive Manik when it's been 2-3 days I completed my cycle.

That's when it clicked to Manik. The partially relaxed mind of his relaxed completely.

Ma-thank god she came and told abt the wrong information.........warna mei toh puri zindagi yehi afsos mei rehta that our first child couldn't survive.

Nandini giggled at his expressions once again and said.

Nan-crazy man.
