Manan reached the hospital and after getting to know the room number, they came to the top floor, to the suite. Entering in, they saw all the gang members present there and V was on the bed with drips attached to her hand.

She was badly drowsy and Aryamaan was hell worried. Manik gave a supporting pat on Aryamaan's back as he was sitting and hell worried. They asked the reason of her admission to which Navya said.

Na-shaam se ulti kr rhi hai........aur chakkar aa rhe hai usse.........aur thodi bleeding bhi hovi hai usse.

The latter part was a thing to be worried about. They all were hell scared while V was too much drowsy to understand anything or cry over anything, while Navya continued.

Na-drs ka kehna hai k bp low hone ki wajha chakkar aa rhe hai........and for bleeding........ kuch test krne padege........filal k liye there is no bleeding.

Manik bobbed his head in understanding and then Nandini picked up her file. She went through her entire case and could tell the basic of the problem. Though she didn't announce it loudly as she knew that the case was a matter of concern and at this moment, where there is no confirmation, there is no point in announcing and panicking.

While she was going through her file, everybody expected her to say the actual cause and that is why when Nandini looked up again, she could see their curious eyes on her. To not put them in more worry she said.

Nan-everything can be cleared only after the test.

What she said was partially true too. She knew which test are conducted on which doubts and assumptions, according to the symptoms, she knew why these test are conducted and what all results are the outcome of the test but she didn't knew what results will be V's reports that is why she said that.

It was quiet late now, nurse came to attend V and also inform the rest to not over crowd the hospital. The kids were home and the night had turned deep. Everybody staying back made no sense too coz right now V was just under observation and drips, she herself was not in a conscious state.

But they decided that any one would stay back instead of Aryamaan so that he could rest and be with V when she is conscious but Aryamaan didn't give up the idea of leaving V alone. Agreeing to Aryamaan, Nandini opted to stay back but other's denied.

They asked Nandini to come tmrw as this is her hospital and she could be a help to V. That was also sense able thing, which is why Nandini was not staying back. Aaliya stayed back after mutual consent and the rest left, after assuring and supporting Aryamaan.

The night seemed endless, dark and difficult for all of them, owing to V's condition and the baby. Next morning, after wrapping up the breakfast thing, Nandini left for the hospital as quickly as she can.

Navya was already present there with breakfast for the trio. After breakfast Aaliya left, V was pretty much conscious and Aryamaan was upset/worried but he tried to look brave in front of V as much as he could.

Nandini reached hospital to see V quiet awake, disturbed and scared. She assured V and asked her to stay tension free or else it might affect the baby. Later V's dr came to visit her and met Nandini, they exchanged smiles and then dr checked V.

After checking her, she scribbled down the test that will be conducted in few moments. As she left, Nandini accompanied her and they were talking.

Dr-V's condition doesn't seem to be okay........ I have a few doubts which will be cleared only after the test.........let's just hope for the best.

Understanding the medical terms, Nandini was worried for V, she was praying that the results shouldn't be negative, come what may. Nandini came back to them and gave a smile. Arvi were waiting for Nandini to say the truth but right now even Nandini was not cleared with the case but she said some truth regarding the test.

Nan-abhi tumhe test k liye lekar jayenge........ yeh test thode long in procedure hai and inke results bhi do teen din baad aate hai.......Isliye don't worry sab aacha hoga........during the test too you don't have to worry........koi pain nhi hoga tumhe........okay.

Nandini's words gave some relief to arvi but they were still worried. Anyways soon a nurse came and they took V to the test rooms in a stretcher, Aryamaan and navni were waiting outside the rooms, waiting and assuring Aryamaan.

While inside V was going through various test, that she never ever have heard abt them too. Various equipment, different procedures, long test sessions. Everything scared her and this made her tired.

Nandini was on constant touch with Manik regarding V's updates. By lunch V was done with all the test and was bought in the room. Manik had come with lunch from home. Though he came from office but the lunch was given to him by home.

He met V, spent quality time with her. By now Nandini was in her cabin, attending patients, Navya served the lunch to everybody. Manik spent lots of time with V, during this time only Aryamaan went home, got fresh and came back to V.

Later, before going back to the office, Manik came to visit Nandini, he sat infront of her, told abt his worry for V, Nandini assured him, they chatted a little and then Manik left the hospital.

By evening, other gang members came to visit V. Everybody's talking and all made V happy and she looked better than yesterday. Her bp was normal and she looked fit but the insides happening were just known to V but the problems inside her was not aware to anybody, until the reports come.

Another day too passed like that, V was quiet healthy and happy than the previous days. This made the atmosphere among them light and made them feel that the results will be positive too. Since V was doing good, there was no point in keeping her to the hospital.

That is why she was discharged but were asked to come tomorrow for a check up and to collect the reports too. With lots of positive attitude, they came back home and were happy. That night all the gang members gathered at arvi's house and spent some quality time with each other.

The day ended well. Next evening, arvi were waiting outside the dr's clinic, Nandini was attending her last patient. V's reports were bought to dr and after checking that, she intercomed Nandini and requested her to come to her cabin.

Nandini completed her last patient and without taking anything, she came to the dr. When she came in the lobby, she saw arvi waiting there. They exchanged smiles and then the assistant asked them to enter in. Nandini entered along with them.

Arvi sat infront of the dr and Nandini stood beside them. The dr passed all her reports to Nandini who started checking them while dr spoke which even Nandini heard inspite of being busy in concentrating on the reports.

Dr-Mr and Mrs Khurrana.

Her tone, her expressions all were giving indications to arvi and all the positive thought they had was draining out of their body bit by bit. While dr said further.

Dr-veebha's reports are here.........and I am sorry to say........but the results are negative.

They didn't understand what negative reports, just understood that something is wrong with the pregnancy and they can't afford to lose the baby. Tears made way from V's eyes while Nandini understood the results and was worried.

Dr-actually veebha's womb is weak to carry this baby.........she can't afford to carry on this pregnancy........we have to conduct and abortion..........with your consent.

Ar-abortion........but why?

The dr leaned ahead, keeping her hand on the table and said.

Dr-see Mr Khurrana........in Mrs Khurrana's case........her womb is very weak........to carry a baby.........it's impossible for the baby to survive in her case.........aise cases aur bhi hote hai........ jahan we can strengthen it without abortion...... par inka case aisa nhi hai........hum kitni bhi koshish kr le........woh yeh pregnancy k 9 months complete kr hi nhi payegi........but her case is not that bad........after abortion we can start her treatment.........where we can strengthen her womb and then after a year she can again plan for a baby.

V heard everything but was crying silently. While dr said.

Dr-Mr and Mrs Khurrana........I am sorry to be this straight forward.........but at some cases we have to make it clear to the patient abt the results........in this case......in any circumstances........the baby will die........farak sirf itna hai........that if we delay this.......veebha ki jaan ko bhi khatra ho skta hai.

Arvi were in tears, while Dr looked at Nandini who had kept the reports back on the desk. They both looked at each other and said.

Dr-dr Malhotra........plz take care of them and tell me their decision.........the latter procedure you know.

Nan-yes dr.

Nandini looked at aryamaan and they got up to leave. Nandini quickly got water for V and consoled her. Then she called the driver, came to her cabin, collected her stuffs and called up Manik while picking up her bag.

Ma-hello.

Manik was all cool and casual.

Nan-Manik.........just come home........and call others too.

Hearing the urgency in her tone, sacred Manik.

Ma-what happened?

Nan-V's reports are here........and they are not good.........I am bringing them home........you too come.

Manik was damn scared and hurt now. He said okay and ended the call. He made way to leave the office with Mr Malhotra and called up others too. Everybody else too rushed to Malhotra mansion.

Nandini bought arvi in her car, by the time they reached home, everybody were waiting for them. Seeing a devastated arvi, all panicked and rushed to her. They made her sit on the couch and Nandini gestured the butlers to get water for them.

Seeing their bad state and reports in Nandini's hand. One thing was clear that things were not good. Arvi were served water while Mukti asked.

Mu-Nandini........V k results kya hai?

Nandini bobbed her head and than spoke.

Nan-V ka womb bahut weak hai yeh baby carry krne k liye.

Hearing the same thing again, V cried more while Nandini continued.

Nan-V ko abortion krva na padega.

Everybody palmed their lips, while Nandini's whole attention was on Manik. She noticed how his body shivered with the word of abortion but it was the truth.

Nan-agar hum abortion nhi krte hai toh......... later uska miscarriage ho skta hai.........and agar risk badh gaya toh V ki jaan ko bhi khatra hai..........so any which ways we don't have option.........after this abortion........dr's will start her treatment to strengthen her womb and after the treatment........they can plan for a baby.........and it will be a healthy one.

Some positivity out of so much negativity was some relief to the rest but V was still crying. Looking at the situation Nandini said, with great difficulty and her gaze fixed on Manik.

Nan-according to me.........the abortion decision is the right decision.

All were shocked hearing this from Nandini, Manik got up from his place and left to his room. Nandini could easily understand his state but at this moment she needs to answer them and make them understand everything.
