The Sunday plan cheered up the kids, so it was decided that tomorrow they will be going out to have breakfast. Even Mr Malhotra's friends were included in the plan. Next morning, as per decided, everybody gathered at the park first.

The oldies were happy seeing the kids there, the kids played in the park and had lots of fun and then finally they headed towards a big diner, where they would get delicious breakfast.

Entering in, they sat joining 2-3 tables. The kids were over excited and were making some noise. They all ordered for some food for themselves. Nandini was talking with abhi and V when her cell rang. Seeing it was Manik, she excused herself and came out. Moving all her hair from her ear and taking a silent corner, she picked up the call.

Nandini's outfit.

Nan-hello.

Ma-hello.........wats up wifey.

Nan-nothing just came for breakfast with everybody.

Ma-breakfast?

Nan-haan........saare bacche bahut cranky hogaye the.........so to change their mood we made this plan to have breakfast outside......... dad k saare friends bhi hai.

Ma-ohhh..........so kya khaogi?

Nan-sandwich and waffle.

Ma-nice.

Nan-so what's up with you.........tumne breakfast kiya? Abhi kya kr rhe ho?

Ma-haan breakfast hogaya..........abhi we are heading to jam..........yesterday toh we had a performance and it was nice.........we got insane feedback.

Nan-that's nice..........aur kaisa hai Singapore?

Ma-it's good.

They talked a little and then Manik asked.

Ma-so tumhare liye kuch lao?

Nan-haan.........ladoo le aana.

And she giggled a little to which Manik said.

Ma-Nandini..........mei Singapore mei ho........ Shimla mei nhi.

Nan-arey........tumne muje pucha toh meine bol diya........ab tum lao ya nhi it's your choice.

Ma-tum bhi na Nandini.

Nan-aacha I'll call you in sometime........andar sab bola rhe hai.

Ma-okay.

Nan-bye.

Nandini joined the rest and had lots of fun with kids, while Manik joined fab4 and jammed. The day was spent well in Mumbai. While Manik was busy in finding any ladoo for Nandini, there in Singapore. Which would be tasty and different too, and he did get a unique ladoo and a few days of searching.

Time went on and it was the 8th day of Manik being away from Nandini. In these days Nandini worked a lot and completed a lot of work. Today, at this moment she was in the washroom, abt to leave for her hospital.

Mr Malhotra had left for office a long time back. After using the loo, she walked out to feel something hurting inside her. At first she couldn't find out the actual cause and walked in her room. She was stuffing her bag, when she felt hurt again.

This time it was sharp and severe, she moved a little and the some painful feeling came and she hissed. She thought of what could be the reason and soon she realised that it might be the IUD.

She immediately entered the loo again and inserted her finger a little in her v****a to feel the thread of it. She knew that she never felt this and this has come out, unevenly which is why it poked her inside.

She was a little nervous with that sudden pain. With nervousness she came out and picked up her phone. While she was doing all this here, there in Singapore, Manik entered in Dhrulya's room as they were to discuss something.

He was in the middle of the discussion when his phone rang. He looked at the caller id and excused himself. He picked up the phone and heard Nandini.

Nan-Manik........are you alone?

On her this question he looked at the rest and then asked in low tone.

Ma-why?

Nan-i need to talk abt the IUD.

Hearing that he said.

Ma-wait a min.

Saying that he left the room hurriedly and in worry. Seeing him walking like this made fab4 confused and curious. While Manik quickly came in his room and said.

Ma-kya hova?

Nan-that IUD has come out Manik........and it's hurting me.........i am going to the hospital to get it removed and fix a new one.

Hearing this Manik was extremely worried. He said.

Ma-wait.........just get it removed.........there is no need to fix another one.

Nan-no Manik.........i can't get naked again and again.........let me do this in once.

Ma-but Nandini..........it's okay if we don't continue with this IUD thing.........we came make out otherwise too.

Nan-but we were enjoying with that........so it's okay.......I'll manage.

Ma-okay.........let's do this........you get it removed..........I'll be back in 2 days and then we will think of it and get it done okay......... last time you were in terrible pain.......so wait for 2 days.

He said that so that he could stop her but.

Nan-no Manik..........I'll take the medicine today and I'll manage.........don't worry.

Nandini was in hurry coz of the cringing pain she felt. It couldn't be described in words and Nandini haven't mentioned it too to Manik. Which is why she was not ready and was also not understanding his words. She declared finally and ended the call.

Manik was very much worried for her. While Nandini took her bag and left from there. When she sat in the car, Manik called up and was asking her to wait but the way she was suffering she couldn't tell him.

She called her pa and told her that she is not coming today and straight away went to a gynaecologist. Manik called her up again but this time Nandini convinced him. She reached the hospital and waited for her chance.

This dr is one of the famous celebrities dr, who keeps everything as a secret. On her call, she entered in and met her.

Nan-actually dr..........i have an IUD fixed in me.........and it's got removed........it's hurting and i want to fix another one.

The dr understood and quickly they were on the half bed, Nandini had lowered her plazo and panty. The dr covered her half and started working out. She touched her lips and Nandini was embarrassed but she couldn't do anything.

While the dr, checked her insides and then in a min, she removed the IUD. Nandini felt hurt a little with the removal of it. Then the dr asked.

Dr-Mrs Malhotra..........do you want to fix the other one same like this.

Nan-yes.

Dr-okay come.

Nandini came back on the chair while the dr wrote on the prescription and asked the nurse to get one from the chemist. While the thing was being bought Nandini spoke.

Nan-actually dr..........last time i had a bad stomach pain after this..........so can you please prescribe me a medicine too.

Dr-sure.

The dr scribbled a pain killer and gave it to Nandini who put that in her bag. While here Nandini was busy in this, there Manik was hell worried for her. The colour of his face was gone and that could be seen easily.

He joined back to fab4, who asked him about the call as they way he walked out would scare anybody. Manik denied and gave a fake excuse which they couldn't accept but didn't force him either.

Anyways the new kit was bought and Nandini was feeling hell nervous. Chanting Ayyappan's name, she came back on the half chair, being half naked. She had clutched the arm rest very badly. Last time there was Manik to support her but today she is alone. She was extremely scared.

While here, the dr started the procedure, she widen her v*****a, then dried it up. With her every action, Nandini's tummy dropped due to nervousness and fear. Then the dr took her measurements and finally was in the procedure of installing a new IUD inside her.

Nandini felt every movement, when she felt the dr placing the T on her uterus, she fisted the cloth in her death grip. The dr pushed the injection inside her and fixed the T on her uterus. On that push of injection Nandini's body moved a little in pain and more in fear.

Slowly slowly the dr fixed the T inside her and then pulled out the instrument from her. At the last moment Nandini flinch again due to little pain. Finally the dr cut the extra thread and it was done. Once the dr said it was done, Nandini released a breathe which she was holding unintentionally.

Getting dressed and paying to the dr, Nandini left from there. She first used the loo and washed herself as she was feeling extremely weird down there. Then she came down to the chemist, bought the pain killer and then bought water too.

Then she sat in the car at the back seat and asked the driver to take her home. As the car started, Nandini removed a pill and had that immediately. She was a little uneasy due to all the feelings she went through mins back.

Then she called up Manik and told him abt the fixing thing. Manik got a little relaxed but still he was worried. Nandini assured him and reached home. Since she had taken a holiday, she was alone at home at this moment.

She got fresh and took her lunch in a plate and sat to eat that. She was too feeling low with this event. Which is why she was eating silently and uninterestedly. She was at the end of her lunch, when she felt changes in her tummy. She knew what is going to happen soon, which is why she asked the butlers to take rest in their quarters.

In no time, the whole mansion was empty and as expected, the pain in her tummy started. Nandini was surprised coz she had already taken the medicine than why did it started paining but she didn't have any answer and with time the pain was increasing bit by bit.

She placed her empty plate in the sink, along with palming her tummy. She drank water and moved to go to her room. Her steps were getting slow and uneven with the passing time. Her simple palming of her tummy had now turned into holding of it.

With great difficulty she climbed the stairs a little but soon, she couldn't hold it anymore and slowly slowly sat on the staircase. She was sweating and breathing uneven. Mild hiss left from her lips but she gathered courage and came in her room.

Coming in her room, she walked with trembling steps and sat on the bed, cupping her abdomen due to the pain. Tears left from her eyes but she cared less.

Slowly slowly she laid down on her tummy with a hope that the pain my decrease but nothing was helping her. She couldn't take another dose as well but one thing was sure that the pain was less compared to the last time.

She missed Manik and more tears flow from her eyes on remembering him. She was moving on the bed on timely basis with a hope that the pain would go but nothing helped. After continuous 2 hours of struggle, she fell asleep.

Manik was worried for Nandini and called her up but she didn't answer, he thought she might be sleeping and will call once she is awake and that happened. Nandini called him once she was up and didn't mention abt her pain.

Later she asked the butlers to cook and had her dinner silently with Mr Malhotra. Mr Malhotra could see her dull face and asked her about her health and Nandini gave an excuse. Than she came on her bed and was laying lazily. She wasn't sleepy which is why she watched movie till late night and slept on the couch unintentionally. With this, one more day ended.
