Avoid mistakes if any.

After talking to Chachi, Manik came in Nandini's room to see her sitting and looking lost. He entered the room and greeted her, grabbing her attention.

Ma-hey........

On hearing his voice Nandini looked at him for once and then again turned her gaze away from him. Manik was use to this now and as usual he came to her and kissed her forehead. He sat infront of her and said holding her right hand.

Ma-how are you today.........did you eat well..... and your medicines........is there any problem with anything........?

Nandini said nothing to which Manik spoke after a good pause.

Ma-aaj bhi baat nhi karogi?

Still no reply. He opened his mouth again but they heard Chachi calling.

Cha-Nandu.......Manik........niche aajao........ khana taiyar hai.

Ma-chalo let's eat........

With that he got up and tried making her stand but Nandini stopped him and finally spoke to Manik.

Nan-stop all this Manik.........stop hurting yourself.........I think it's time we should part our ways.........

Tears brimmed in her eyes and Manik's heart broke hearing such words from Nandini.

Nan-I am not that girl anymore for you........ it's time you move on........

Manik again sat beside her, this time closer and said kissing her forehead, wiping her tears.

Ma-did you move on?

Nandini looked at him for the first time after so many days. Her wet eyes gave him the answer. He smiled and rubbed off the tear from her eyes and said with a beautiful tone.

Ma-when you didn't.........why should I......... there is no end to us........not so soon and not with a sad ending.........

With that he got up and picked her up in bridal style and came down. He made her sit on a chair and sat beside her. He filled her plate and then of himself. To cheer up Nandini and make her eat chacha and Manik were talking abt stupid things and laughing but nothing can cheer up Nandini.

The night ended not so well yet with a hope in Manik's heart coz at least Nandini talked with him today. He got his lost determination again and he knew how to fix this problem for forever.

Next day Manik made himself hell busy. So much that he didn't have time to call Nandini and this made Nandini to long for him. She was missing him badly. He didn't arrive at dinner too.

She was on her bed, trying to sleep, missing Manik and thinking abt all the things happening around her. She was busy in thinking when a hand slide across her tummy, scaring her. Nandini sat back with a jerk and opened the lights to find a smiling Manik laying beside her. She got shocked and asked him with wide eyes.

Nan-tum kya kr rhe ho yahan pe.......aur room mei kaise aaye?

Manik sat back and then eyed at her window. Nandini looked at it and then heard Manik saying.

Ma-I thought to recreate some old memories.... Me sneaking in your room, through balcony.

He had that jolly smile on his face which he always had to which Nandini said.

Nan-it's not funny okay.

Ma-I thought it was.

And he fell back on bed. Then he held Nandini and pulled her too saying.

Ma-chalo........so jao.......I am tired too.

He forcefully made her lay down and back hugged her. He rested his hand on her tummy but Nandini pushed it away, he again kept it and again Nandini pushed it. He tried until Nandini gave up. He acted to sleep in no time after that, so that Nandini doesn't throw him out of the house. After days Manan slept peacefully.

Next morning Manik woke up first and was adoring Nandini. When she got up she saw him watching her beautifully. Next Manik leaned on her and kissed her forehead saying.

Ma-good morning beautiful........so nicely you slept........I fell in love with you more.

Hearing love Nandini moved away and said setting her messed up hair.

Nan-Manik tum yeh sab kyu kr rhe ho....... why don't you leave me.

Ma-why should I?

Nandini looked at him and her eyes got wet again. Manik immediately cupped her cheeks and rested his forehead with her's, which made both of them to close their eyes and then he spoke on her face.

Ma-are you sure Nandini to lose me after losing the baby?

Manik moved away and both opened her eyes. He further said in a determined tone.

Ma-coz I am very sure abt not losing you after the baby.

The mention of baby was the last nail in coffin. Nandini rested her head on Manik and fisted his tee. She cried badly.

Nan-Manik.........hamara baccha.........

Manik wrapped his hands around her holding her strongly. Her cries and words bought tears in his eyes too. He too cried silently, resting his chin on her head. While Nandini kept saying and at times shaking his tee in her fist.

Nan-we lost it........Manik.........baby.

Manik let her cry as this will bring her back from that lost world. Her cries were so loud that Chacha Chachi could hear it downstairs. They rushed to see Nandini and seeing her in Manik's arms they were relaxed and left to give them privacy.

After letting her cry to the fullest, Manik broke the hug and made Nandini to face him. He wiped her tears and kissed her lips.

Ma-bas stop now........jo hona tha woh hogaya the bottom line for us is that we are always together.........ghar chalo Nandini........that house is yours.

Nandini just cried more and again hugged Manik, who took her in his arms protectively once again.

After letting her cry. Manik took her in the bathroom and gave her a good bath. After they got changed and came down with Nandini's bag. They joined Chacha Chachi at the breakfast table and Manik told them abt Nandini.

Ma-Chachi........Nandini firse mere sath aa rhi hai.......ghar pe.

Cha-thik hai.

They ate the breakfast and then Manan were leaving. Chacha Chachi bade her bye and Manik took her with him. On reaching home. Manik opened the door and Nandini entered first. The warmth in the house hit her. She looked around the house which seemed to be clean as Radha tai cleans it everyday. Even more carefully so that Nandini doesn't have to strain herself.

Radha tai did knew abt Nandini's miscarriage and she did meet her as well. She too was highly upset for the baby's loss. Anyways the house was cleaned yet Nandini didn't feel it clean. She walked around the house completely to feel it and Manik stood there silently.

After seeing everything, Nandini climbed the stairs and came in their room. Flashes of the day of miscarriage came in her mind and made her eyes wet. She silently laid down and hugged her pillow.

Manik came downstairs to give her sometime so that she can get used to the fact of miscarriage. He laid down silently on the couch and slept unknowingly.

Upstairs Nandini cried silently remembering each and every thing that happened. From her dizziness to her fainting. From there she recalled the previous day of miscarriage. The day when she got the news of pregnancy.

Her feelings and Manik's happiness. When they came back home, the small celebration. Manik's happiness and his marriage proposal. All this things cringed her heart and that's when she realised that Manik too have lost the baby.

On recalling this everything, it was 3.00 of afternoon. When Nandini realised abt Manik's condition, who would have supported her, she got up from bed and came downstairs to see him. When she reached the last stair, she found him sleeping soundly on the couch.

She was abt to go back, that's when Manik woke up and saw her. He stopped her by calling her.

Ma-Nandini.......

Nan-woh mei........

Ma-it's okay.......come here.

Nandini went close to him and sat beside him.

She started caressing his cheek and asked

Nan-did I wake you up?

Ma-nope.........tum kuch kehne aayi thi?

Nan-woh mei.......

She spoke looking at him continuously and then she stopped seeing his tired face.

Manik was giving her time. Nandini leaned closer to him and then pressed her lips on his softly. She sucked his lower lips.

Making Manik a bit surprised. She sucked it for a good moment. She moved her head a little and that's when Manik raised his head a bit and kissed her.

Being in the kiss, Manik got up and continued kissing her. Nandini closed her eyes on feeling him, his love after so many days.

Kissing her yet not being satisfied, Manik moved her hair.

He started kissing her neck very softly. Nandini was breathing in his love.

She turned around trying to control the pleasure btwn them.

And that's when Manik kiss her back and overpowered her, took her beneath him smoothly.

Nandini looked at him to find pain and tiredness on his face. While Manik still wanted to make sure that Nandini was back to him and that is why he again started kissing her.

Nandini responded back.

When they were deep in kiss, Manik suddenly remembered abt her miscarriage. He slowly opened his eyes and slowly slowly ended the kiss. He kept looking at Nandini and vice versa.

After a good silence Nandini spoke.

Nan-I came here to ask you........how did you manage for so many days.........tum akele the toh?

And a lone tear slide down from the corner of her eyes. Manik rubbed that off and said.

Ma-Nandini.......kabhi kabhi kuch chizo ko let go krna hi aacha hota hai.........we lost our baby.........we can't forget him.......never ever..... but this painful phase has to pass.......and if we accept it.......it will be easy for us only.......Kyu ki aage hamari life bahut badi hai and it's not that we will not conceive again.

Tears started flowing from her eyes and he said in her heavy tone.

Nan-I am sorry Manik.......it's because of me th

Manik stopped her btwn and said.

Ma-it's not your fault okay........never think like that.......I told you.......let's just move on from this phase.

Nandini sniffed once and said.

Nan-yes........and to move on completely sometimes you need to mourn over the loss..... once and for all.........and you need to let out your pain........hum dono ko pata hai.......that it's just us for both of them.......I have the right to see your pain and snooth you.

Hearing such words from her, the load of emotions that he had pressed under him which could be healed by Nandini, finally burst. A lone tear fell from his eyes and then soon he hide his face on her chest.

Nandini wrapped up her hand on his back and the silent tears of Manik turned into loud crying. Nandini cried silently with him. She kept ruffling his hair and at times mumbled "I am sorry".

After Manik felt being snoothed from the pain, he looked back at Nandini and wiped her tears. Nandini too wiped his tears and said.

Nan-I am sorry Manik.........

Ma-shh......bas.......I told you na.......it's time we move ahead in life.

Nandini bobbed her head in yes and sniffed to stop her nose from flowing.

Ma-promise.......that you'll be fine?

Nan-promise........

Ma-good.........I love you so much.

Nan-I love you too........to the square of infinity.

And again a tear slide down from her eyes. Manik smiled at her confession and rubbed of the tear and laid down on her for few mins.
