Chapter 8 D- She told her dream!

"Acha Nandini!" I grabbed her attention when she was busy doodling over my chest covered with the T-shirt I was wearing, mostly writing her name over my heart.

"Hmm?" She just hummed and I shifted her more close to me turning off the TV.

"Tell me about the dream you had! Please!" I pleaded softly and her face immediately turned red. That dream was stuck in my head which she didn't told me.

"Don't ask!" She whispered..

I felt really bad..

"Why? Am I not that worthy?" I asked lowly and she slapped my head..

Ouch! That hurts..

"Don't you dare say that! It's just!" She was again stuck in her words..

"It's just?" I coaxed her..

"In the dream I got my eyes back, I saw you and...!" She continued and I smiled. It was really a beautiful dream but and???

"Cut the crap na! And?????" I asked impatiently and this time she hide in my chest..

Come on you are increasing my curiosity...

"And! Our ba-baby!" She mumbled in my chest that I almost missed it. I got up with a jerk with her in my lap.

Sh!t did I heard right?

"What did you just said?" I almost shouted.

This was happiness! She had a dream of OUR family..?

"I saw our baby in my dream!" She whimpered in my neck and I cupped her cheeks forcing her face to me.

"Was that a girl or a boy?" I asked impatiently..

Does this suit a Mafia King?

She was looking so innocent and she was a little confused too.

"Are you ok with us having a baby?" She asked nervously.

Ok! I also don't know how come I agreed to a baby..

"Ye-yes!" I too replied but this time a little low and this time Nandini's face lit up.

"Oh my God! Really Manik? I was so scared and nervous! I was afraid that what will you think of me!" She was ranting and my mind swayed again towards what actually I was.

Was I giving her a false hope? Was I playing unfair!

"Manik! I love you so muchhh!" She spoke kissing my cheek.

She was super happy.

"Yeah bella! Ti amo anch'io!(I love you too!)" I whispered back running my fingers through her hair.

"And you know! It was a girl!" Suddenly she again whispered giving me hope of a family again. "Her eyes were just like you! You were so handsome! I just wish I will be able to see you one day!" She continued and I gulped the lump in my throat.

"The day will surely come!" I said lowly and she ruffled my hair. Before she could say anything the doorbell rang.

"Rishab is back!" Suddenly she exclaimed and jumped off my lap, running towards the main door. I always adore their sibling bond. I hastily followed her so that she won't trip anywhere. She did trip twice but I held her carefully finally we reached the door and I opened the door to see a worried Rishab standing with the luggage.

But Nandini jumped on Rishab and he too held her close.

"Little brother I missed you so much!!!!" She shouted so loudly and he chuckled.

They were cute..

"Di! Only four days and you missed me this much?" He asked lowly and Nandini hugged him more tight.

"Yes! Because you Know I can't live without you even a single day!" She said innocently and Rishab's face went pale. He was hiding something. He was confused..

"Nandu! Let him in! He is tired!" I said softly and pulled Nandini away from Rishab. She backed off sheepishly and Rishab immediately came in my embrace. I too hugged him back and patted his head.

"Kesa hai?" I asked softly and he clinged to me like a baby.

These siblings..

"Bhai!" He whispered almost choked and I stared at Nandini who was standing near us.

What happened to him now?

"Baby! Why don't you get something to eat for Rishab!" I spoke to Nandini and she left nodding her head..

I tried to look at Rishab's face but he wasn't ready to leave me.

"Hey! What happened? Theek hai na?" I again tried to look at him but he again denied. "Acha! Come! Let's go inside!" I said softly and brought him to his room. We both sat on his bed and he hide his face in his hands.

"Are you gonna say something now?" I asked patting his shoulder.

"Bhai! You remember I told you once that I had applied for a scholarship? In one of the university of London!" He started slowly and I nodded. "I have got the scholarship!" He announced..

"Wow mahn! It's a party wali news! Congratulations! You are such a proud for me!" I was so happy for him but there was a big tension on his face.

"Bhai! Di...!" He whined. "She will freak out! She will be angry!" He said almost crying. "She needs me! But I need this scholarship to collect money for her!" He was so sad..

Awww! These Murthy siblings why always have to face problems!

"Hey! We can talk to her!" I reasoned but he shook his head. "Do you really want go?" I said staring at his face.

"Of course I want to go to London! It's my dream to be there! I really want to! This scholarship was my dream!!" He said enthusiastically and before I could say anything we both heard a loud cracking sound our head snapped back to the door.

Sh!t Nandini. She must have heard us..

Rishab immediately got up and followed by me.

"Di..! I can explain!" He said lowly but she backed off..

"Tu chala jye ga?" She asked in a horrified tone and I look at Rishab his face was so pale...

"Di..!" He again tried but..

"Shut up! Just shut up! I don't wanna hear anything! Kya ni kiya myny tery liye? Aur tu chala jye ga???? Is this the reward????" Suddenly she shouted and I stared at her shocked..

Never in our three months relationship I had saw her this much furious..

"Di..! Please!" Rishab begged but Nandini run backwards. We both run behind her but before we could reach her she locked her room door and cried like a maniac..

"Sh!t!!! Nandini!!!!!" I shouted as I heard her throwing things and her screams..

"Bhai! Bhai! Di..! Do something!" Rishab too was panicking.

"Back off!" I said to him and he backed off. I took a long breath and kicked the door away.

Wow that was easy..

As soon as I kicked the door away the sight inside made me lost my breath...
