                                           The next day, she gets up early, takes a shower, dries off, and puts on a fresh set of clothes. She smiles as she eats her breakfast.

                                             "Good morning, Marinette!" Tikki says.

                                             "Good morning, Tikki!" Marinette says.

                                            "Chat likes you!" Tikki says with a look of amusement on her face.

                                            "Chat is cute and brave, but I think I love Adrien," Marinette tells Tikki.

                                           With the detransformed Chat and Plagg... "Haha, you kissed her!" Plagg teases Adrien.

                                             "Yes, well, I do love her!" Adrien says. He smiles when he thinks about her.

                                             "Oh, but do you think she loves me?" Adrien asks.

                                             "I am not she is a girl.  You will have to either confess to her, or ask her to find out," Plagg remarks.

                                               Later, after school that day...

                                             "Come on girl, go talk to him!" Alya says.

                                            "Alya, I can not," Marinette remarks.

                                            "Sure, you can now go!" Alya says.

                                            "Hi, dudettes!" Nino says.

                                            "Oh, hi, Nino!  I love you!" Alya tells him.

                                              "Marinette, dudette just go over to Adrien already!" Nino tells Marientte.

                                              "Alya, how could you tell him?" Marinette asks angrily. She glares in annoyance at her best friend.

                                               "Tell him what?"  Adrien asks. He thinks,wow, she looks so angry.

                                                "Yes, Marinette do tell us," Luka remarks.

                                                 "A-Adrien, I uh, I l-like..." Marinette says.
                                          
                                                "Marinette, I heard what happened the other day, are you okay?" Adrien asks.

                                                 "Y-yes, Rena Rogue, Luka, and Chat Noir rescued me!" Marinette replies.

                                                 "Marinette, you see the thing is I wanted to tell you I love you!" Adrien blurts out. He thinks, there I said it.

                                                 "I-I  l-love you, too, A-Adrien!" Marinette answers.

                                                 "Awe, you go Agreste!" Luka cheers him on now.

                                                "Yes, dude!" Nino agrees.

                                            "What is everyone making a big deal about anyway?" Chloe asks.

                                           "Adrien and Marinette love each other!" Alya squeals.
                                        
                                          "Wow that is great!" Chloe agrees.

                                        "Congrats, guys!" Sabrina says.
                         
                                        "Yes, this is great news!" Max remarks.

                                       "Oh, so does this mean, Luka is available?" Kagami asks with a blush across her face.

                                       "Kagami, look we are just friends," Luka tells her.

                                      "Luka, dude that is not cool," Nino remands him.

                                           Kagami walks away sad. She sighs and begins to cry. She does not understand why Luka does not return her feelings.

                                          "Marinette, will you go out with me?" Adrien asks.

                                         "Yes, I will!" Marinette responds.

                                             Nathaniel shows up and yells, "Agreste, you did not get rid of me!"

                                       "Do not even think about it. She is my girl," Adrien says. He puts an arm protectively around her as he speaks.

                                         "You heard him.  Everyone knows, Marinette is Adrien's girl," Lila says.

                                        "You think, you have won Agreste!  Well, I will show you!" Nathaniel retorts. He laughs a creepy laugh again. He pulls something from behind his back.

                                      "You leave them alone! " Alya says.

                                        Adrien glares at him. "Do what you want to me, but leave Marinette alone!" Adrien yells at him.

                                          Nathaniel throws a spear toward Marinette and Adrien. He misses them but... "Ah," Nino yells in pain.  The spears him in the chest and blood starts to spill out.

                                        "Opps!" Nathaniel calls out.  He runs away afraid.

                                          Alya runs to Nino and her jaw drops in horror.  "No, no!" Alya screams. She sobs hysterically. She calls for help.

                                           "Alya, I am so sorry," Marinette says. She sobs too.

                                          "Nino, no!" Adrien screams with tears in his eyes now too.

                                                Master Fu sees Nino in pain with the spear stuck him and sees he is barely alive.

                                          "Alya, I am sorry, I n-never told you sooner, but I love you, too!" Nino says. He struggles to breath as he speaks to her.

                                           "Nino, do not leave me my love," Alya says as she continues to cry.

                                              Nino closes his eyes. The paramedics show up, shakes their heads out of pity, and take him away.

                                       One week later, Nathaniel Kurtzberg appears to have gone into hiding.

                                           Master Fu can tell the others are sad about Nino's utimely death.  "Anyone want to say anything else?" He asks.

                                         "Goodbye, Nino!  We all miss you!" Marinette says through her tears.

                                         "Nino Lahaffe, was a great DJ, a funny person, and my best friend. I miss him so much," Adrien says as he cries once more.

                                        "Goodbye, forever my love!" Alya remarks. She sobs too. She can not believe he is dead. She places a red rose on his casket.

                                        "I am so sorry, Alya!" Natalie says and gives the girl a hug.

                                        "We are sorry about what happened and promise to search for his killer until he is brought to justice," Officer Roger says.

                                          Alya looks at the police officer and says, "Thank you."  She continues to weep about the loss of the only boy she ever loved.

                                           "If I find him he will regret what he did to our friend," Marinette says angrily.

                                               Marinette hugs her best friend Alya to try to comfort her. She knows she can not bring Nino back, but she still feels sorry for her.

                                              The murderer stands off in the distance somewhere.
