Daisy's POV

As Peach started making her bowl for her fish, I started making lunch. I took some bacon out of the fridge and started to put it in the hot frying pan.

Then I cut up some avocados, put them in the food processor with tomatoes, onion, jalapenos without the seeds, lime juice ,and blended it to make guacamole.

"What are you making there with all that racket going on?" Peach asked as she started putting water in the bowl.

"Well, I am making B.L.A.T.'s."

"Blats? What are those?"

"No, they are BLT's with avocado. Also with turkey... so I guess it's a B.L.A.T.T." I said and Peach was about to just add her fish to the water without them getting use to the water.

"Peach! Your fish will die if you just dump them in! You need them to get use to the temperature of the water!" I said and she stopped, thank goodness. I didn't want to hear about another pet dieing by accident...

Back in the Mushroom Kingdom, when were kids, Peach had a few pet fish. She though by adding salt it would be better for the fish because there were salt water fish in the world. But when she added the salt and a few minutes later they went to the big fishbowl in the sky... She cried over those fish back then. Who knows now...

"Ok, so what do I do then?" Peach asked and I told her to put the fish, still in the bag, into the bowl for a little while.

As I started making these sandwiches, I got the bacon out, dried it, put it on the sandwich with mayo, lettuce, turkey, guacamole, and mayo. I repeated that until I had 4 sandwiches. Then I put some chips on a plate with some dip, and lunch was all made.

We all sat at the kitchen table and had lunch. Peach, still occupied by her fish, fed the fish some fish flakes,a lot of them...

"Peach, don't over feed them!" Mario said and Peach stopped shaking the flakes into the bowl and put the cap on them.

"So, Daisy, do you wanna play a game of chess? I am a little bored since it's the weekend." Luigi said, I was totally game for a game of chess.

"Sure, Luigi. But let me warn you, I am going to win." I said, smiling a wild smile and Luigi lightly laughed.

"In your dreams, Daisy!" And he went to go grab the chess board.

A few moves into the game I already had Luigi in check. Luigi then got a little frustrated, I could just tell. The look in his eyes and his way he taps his fingers on the table. It's priceless... he looked cute all frustrated.

I then got check mate, I won. Luigi smiled and he shook my hand. "Good game, Daisy, my dear."

"Good game, Luigi, darling."

Then it was dinner time before we knew it. Mario and Luigi cooked dinner, some homemade pasta in marinara sauce. Pasta making was a trait every Mario person in the Mario family did. It was passed down from generation to generation. Luigi taught me to make pasta, my first date or was it second...

Anyway, I learned how to make fresh pasta, and it was soon Peach's turn to learn.

"Hey Luigi, can I make the pasta instead? I need to teach Peach at some point."

"Of course brother-mio! Go ahead!" And Mario started the pasta instead. Thank goodness none of them really started yet.

"I better get a apron for Peach and myself..." I said then Luigi stopped me. "I don't want you to cook tonight, Daisy. Think of it as your night off."

"But I enjoy cooking!"

"I know you do, Daisy, but I want to make it myself. Please? You can watch all of us?"

I then smiled. I did cook a lot. I did, I really did, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I thought of something else.

"Luigi, I can go get something special. I will be back. Please don't burn the kitchen down." And I gave Luigi a kiss.

"I won't, Daisy." And I went out the door, down the elevator, and went to the front desk of our building. I was greeted by our doorman.

"Hey Miss Daisy! How are you this lovely evening?"

"Good, do you know a good place to get a bottle of wine and some Italian bread?"

The doorman thought about it for a moment. Then he got an idea.

"There is a liquor store that sells really good wine and next to it is a bakery."

"Oh! Sweet! Thanks, Mr. Williams!"

"You're welcome!"

I went down the street and found the liquor store. That place was actually nice inside. There was many different types of alcohol, but I needed to find the wine.

I went to the front table, a woman was right there at the register.

"Exscuse me, but do you know where your sweet wines are?"

"Sure, they are in the back corner." The woman said and I thanked her. I walked back there and saw the sweet wines. There was a really sweet white wine and I picked that, payed for it and went to the bakery.

I went in, the smell of fresh baked bread and pastries permeated the room.

"Welcome, miss, may I help you?" A very cheery man asked.

"Yes please. I need a loaf of Italian bread, please." I said and the man smiled. He then went to grab a fresh loaf of bread. "Here you are, miss, the freshest loaf. Any thing else?"

I shook my head and I payed for the loaf and went on my way back home.
Once I got back into the building, the door man, Mr. Williams, smiled. I thanked him for telling me where to go and he just tipped his hat to me and I smiled.

Once I got up to the door of the apartment, I was greeted with dough ball to the face...

I heard Peach gasp. "I am so sorry, Daisy! I didn't know the door was going to open..."

I took the dough off my face. "Peach, why were you throwing the dough across the room?"

"It wasn't turning out right..."

"And throwing the dough is the answer?"

"At the time..."
