Zoya who was beside Aditya, pushed him and the bullet passed through Zoya's body. The sound of the bullet caught everyone's attention.

Aditya: Zoya.

Zoya fell down but Aditya caught her in time.

There were pool of blood around Zoya's stomach.

Aditya cupped Zoya's face and started to shake it.

Aditya's eyes were now filled with tears.

Aditya: Zoya, Zoya. Plz open your eyes. Zoya.

Arjun and Yash took some time to process what actually happened.

Arjun and Yash punched Rajveer hard and beat him a lot.

Rajveer: Huh. Adi. Wo toh main tujhe maarne jaa raha tha. Lekin tere Zoya aa gayi beech mein. Bechari.

Aditya: Just shut up you Bas**rd.

Aditya: Arjun, Yash. We need to take Zoya to Hospital. Quick.

The police: You guys come with us. We can take her to the hospital.

Aditya carried Zoya in bridal style and took her to the car. While Rajveer was taken to police station by the other constables in another car.

Aditya in the car: Plz drive faster plz.

Aditya holding Zoya's face: Zoya, plz open your eyes. Nothing will happen to you.

Yash to Arjun: Arjun, I guess we should inform home.

Arjun: G Yash Bhai. I will call Pa.

Arjun called Harsh and said to come in City Hospital.

In Hooda House.
Harsh said on one to particularly: Zoya is in the hospital.

Everybody was terrified.

They all set off for City Hospital.

Aditya carried Zoya in his arms and took her to the hoisipital.

Yash and Arjun quickly ran to search for doctor and said to the doctor.

Yash: Sir. Emergency. Plz. The patient has been shot by a gun

Doctor: Bring the patient in the ICU. Quick.

Doctor to the nurse: Nurse. Prepare the ICU.

The nurse: Okay Doctor.

Yash: Adi, bring Zoya to the ICU.

Aditya quickly placed Zoya on the stretcher which tha ward boys brought.

Aditya hold Zoya's hands and his eyes were puffy due to continuous crying.

Aditya: Zoya, nothing will happen to you. Nothing.

Aditya left her hands as they took Zoya to the ICU. At that very moment, Anjana, Harsh, Wasim, Roshnaq, Noor, Pooja entered the hospital and ran to Arjun, Yash while Aditya was just seeing Zoya from outside through a glass hole.

Wasim: What happened to my child?

Arjun: Uncle, Zoya has been shot by a gun by Rajveer.

Harsh: Describe.

Yash: Actually Uncle, hua yu ki........ (the whole Kidnapped story).

Wasim almost sat on the char behind with a thud and his eyes were now teared up.

Wasim: Roshnaq. Roshnaq. Humari Zoya. (crying)

Roshnaq was also crying as well as all were consoling them except Aditya who was seeing Zoya from the glass hole.

Noor was also crying like a child who was losing her favourite toy.

Pooja: Noor, Noor don't cry like this. I know that Zoya will be fine.

Noor: Di, humari Appi ka to koi kasoor nahi tha to unhe hi kyun saza mili?

Pooja caressed Noor's back to console Noor.

Aditya outside Zoya"s cabin.

Aditya in his mind: No no. Plz God. I will always protect Zoya. Plz, plz keep her fine. Plz. I will never let Zoya go.

Aditya's mind almost blank whereas the doctors were able to take out the bullet from Zoya's body.

A doctor came outside. Aditya and all the others rushed.

Harsh: Doctor, how is Zoya?

The doctor was silent for some second but then spoke up.

Doctor: We have taken out the bullet from her body but..... If you guys would brought her at least 20 min ago, then we would surely be able to save her. If she does not gain consciousness between these 4 hours, then she might slip to coma.

Aditya's World broke down.

While, Wasim and Roshnaq and Noor were continuously crying.

Aditya: No. No. Zoya will be fine. I know. She cannot do this to me. She cannot leave me. She cannot leave us. Doctor, I need to see her. Plz let me go in.

Doctor: I am sorry. All I can say that plz pray.

With that the doctor left.

Aditya was just thinking it to be a bad dream. He was just chanting "Zoya can't leave me."

After 2 hours, Zoya still did not gain consciousness. Roshnaq was continuously praying for Zoya while Wasim and Noor were continuously crying. Aditya's situation cannot be described. He was like a half dead person. He was literally requesting for 2 hours to enter the cabin but the doctor was not allowing him as it was beyond their rules.

Doctor: Mr. Hooda, you have been asking for more than an hour. Plz I cannot alow you to enter.

Aditya: Doctor plz. I beg of you.

Aditya joined his hands and said: Plz. I need to go. I want to see her. Plz. I beg of you Doctor. Plz.

The doctor could also understand how much Aditya loved his wife. If today he do not let him go then surely he will regret later.

Doctor: Okay Fine. You can go.

Aditya's face had a hope.

Aditya: Thank you. Thank you so much.

Aditya literally rushed to Zoya's cabin and sat on the chair.

Aditya: Zoya. I know you can listen to me. You know what that Doctor said? He said that if you do not gain consciousness within 2 hours then you will leave us. Zoya we have to prove him wrong. I know you will be fine. Plz Zoya open your eyes.

Aditya hold Zoya's hand which had some plastic tubes attached.

Aditya: Zoya, I am very angry with you. Why did you came there to save me ha? Why?

And again Aditya start crying.

Aditya: Plz open your eyes and you know na I cannot be angry with you for a very long time. Plz open your eyes. Plz Zoya. I swear I will never leave you alone. Tum agar zabar dasti mujhse door bhi jaana chahogi main tab bhi tumhe jaane nahi doonga. Plz Zoya. Plz.

Aditya was now crying feeling merciless. Aditya bowed his head holding Zoya's hands.

Zoya's eyes were closed. She did not moved an inch.

Aditya again wiped his tears and spoke up.

Aditya: Okay. See I am not crying. Plz Zoya. Open your eyes. We need to show that the doctor is a liar. Plz Zoya. Plz.

But again fresh tears started to appear.

Aditya: I love you Zoya. Plz. Open your eyes. I love you.

Aditya again closed his eyes in a defeat way. He could not believe that he was going to lose Zoya forever but as he was holding her hand, he felt a movement.

Aditya hurriedly looked up and saw her eyes were a bit flickering. Without wasting any time, Aditya called the doctor. Actually he literally screamed.

Aditya: Doctor. Doctor.

Outside the cabin.

Arjun and Yash were standing and heard Aditya's voice.

Arjun: This is Bhai's voice right.

Yash: I will call the doctor.

Yash went to doctor and called him immediately. The doctor, Yash and Arjun entered the cabin while the others were hell confused and worried.

The doctor entered the cabin.

Doctor: Nurse, quickly get the xyz injection. Plz Mr. Hooda. You go outside.

Yash took Aditya outside.

Noor: Appi ka kya hua?

Yash: Pata nahi Noor.

Aditya: Zoya's fingers were moving and her eyes were flickering.

Harsh: That is a positive sign.

Aditya was just hoping something good in fact all were hoping something good.

After 15 min the doctor came outside. Everybody gathered around the doctor.

Doctor just smiled and said: All thanks to God. He saved Zoya today. She is now out of danger and she had gained consiousness. Only one can meet her. Only one.

Wasim: Adi beta, you should go.

Roshnaq: Haan Adi beta. You should go.

Aditya nodded and ran to Zoya. Zoya's eyes were opened and an oxygen mask was not on her face. Aditya went near her.

Aditya: Zoya.

Zoya lips curved to form a smile in reply.

Zoya: How are all?

Aditya: Tumhe sab ki fikr hain na? Sivai mere.

Zoya just smiled.

Aditya: Zoya, tum saamne kyun ayi. Tum mujhe.....

Aditya started crying.

Zoya: Aditya. Plz don't cry. Ab app roenge to hum bhi roenge aur phir humari tabiyat aur bhi bigad jayegi.

Aditya then quickly wiped his tears.

Aditya: I swear Zoya, ab main tumhe mujhse door kabhi nahi jaane dunga kabhi nahi.

Zoya: Hum bhi apse kabhi bhi door nahi jayenge.

Aditya smiled while the nurse came.

Nurse: The patient needs to take rest. Now you should go.

Zoya: Lekin ye to 2 min hi huye asye to phir....

Aditya: Nahi Zoya. You need to take rest now. And after some days we will go back home.

Zoya: Okay.

Aditya stood up and placed a kiss on Zoya's temple and left.
Aditya went to Wasim and Roshnaq who were not crying now but was a bit tensed.

Aditya: Zoya ab thik hain.

Everybody sighed out a relieved breath.

Noor: Can't we meet her now?

Arjun: Noor, she needs to take rest now. We will meet her later no.

Wasim: Allah ka lakh lakh shukr hain humari Zoya sahi salamat hain.

Anjana: Sach mein. Zoya ne aj Adi ke liye Jo kiya wo....

Harsh: Wo koi bhi nahi karta.

Anjana nodded.

Pooja: All is well that ends well.
