BREAKFAST TABLE –

Raj – neyonika where is nandini ? she didn't even come down for her breakfast ?

Neyonika – I will go and check on her raj

Manik pov – its weird till last night she was all ok . Wait last night she was again grumpy , she even hit on my cheeks , which was still paining now .

Raj – manik your mom was telling me that I have grown old and am not that good looking like I was do you agree with her ? I mean do you think I look bad and old now ?

Manik (rubbing his jaw)- yes dad very bad!!!

Raj (shouts)- what ?

Manik ( comes out of his trance)- what ?? dad why are you shouting ? cant you speak slowly ?'

Raj – do you think am not that good looking enough now ?

Manik – why would you think that dad? I mean you are getting old I agree since your ageing process is very slow .

Raj – didn't you hear what I said ?

Manik (confused)- what did you say ?

Raj (sighs)- like mother like son

Manik(annoyed)- what is it dad ? please don't murmur I cant understand what you are speaking ??

Raj – neyonika malhotra was telling me that " am not that good looking enough " do I look bad ?

Manik (rolls his eye)- dad you know every month you have date , but this month you didn't so she is pretty mad .but I guess she does not want to show the anger directly on your face , she is indirectly hinting it on you .

Raj – how could you understand it so well manik ? understanding your wife is very difficult task for men in the world and sighs .

Manik – I know dad , because I have one right

Manik – uhhh nothing , why don't you take mom on lunch ?? it would impress mom .

Raj – you are right , I will talk to her , but where are these both ladies ?

Manik – don't know ,And continues eating his breakfast .

NANDINI'S ROOM

Neyonika – ssshhh nandini it will be fine . And pecks her forehead

Nandini (groaning in pain)- I hate periods aunty

Neyonika – I understand nandini , don't worry I will take care of you . I will get some food for you , you will feel better .

Nandini – yes aunty .

Neyonika pov – All these years I missed this . Now god gave me this oppurtnity I wont let it slip from my hands .

Neyonika – nandini lie down on your stomach , I will get you some ointment and i will rub it on your lower back you will feel better .

Nandini – ok aunty , And cries in pain

Neyonika – ssshh nandini , And rubs the ointment on her lower back .

Nandini – am feeling better aunty .

Neyonika – I know and smiles at her widely .

Nandini pov – when aunty was rubbing my back I felt all my nerves were relaxed the knots were opened , and the pain was disappearing . she was telling me something but we both got disturbed by a knock on the door .I think the maid bought my breakfast , but I was in no mood to eat . I know am behaving like a child , all cranky but I cant help it . I just closed my eyes pretending to be asleep .

Neyonika (confused)- raj manik what are you doing here ?? Did you have your breakfast ?

Manik pov – why is she sleeping till now ?? was not she telling me last night " MANIK TOMORROW WE ARE MEETING SOHA AND YOU ARE GONNA ASK HER A SORRY"

Raj – neyonika I was gonna ask you that ??

Neyonika (annoyed)- what ?

Raj – I actually have a meet with our new buissness associate

Neyonika – so ??

Raj – even Mr. Singh's wife is gonna be there

Nandini pov – after hearing aunty's words I wanted to laugh but I was controlling my laugh , my body was shaking inside the blanket .i was slowly opening my eyes to look at aunty , but I was met with pair of chocolate brown eyes , there was a smile on his face making him look fresh and all set for his new day. A smile tugged on my lips .

Neyonika – manik tell your dad that am not going with him , nandini is not well . This is my final decision

Raj – neyonika please

Manik pov – I think its good opportunity for me to spend some time with her , as soha is gonna join us soon .

Manik – ummm mom , I think you should go with dad , I will take care of nandini .

Raj (happily)- thank you so much manik , now its ok for you right neyonika

Neyonika – no its not , am not going

Manik – mom I can take care of her

Neyonika (frustrated)- no you cant , Raj please try to understand .

Nandini – aunty , please you go with uncle . "Manik is here with me , he will take care of me."

Nandini pov – I could feel his gaze on my soul , when I was talking to aunty . I didn't knew why I said those words , but there was awide smile on his face after hearing that . I was happy that he is happy ..

Mnaik pov – she is trusting me

Neyonika – but nandini

Manik – mom please I will take care of her

Raj – so its final right , neyonika we need to leave right now , Because we are leaving for our new branch so it will take more time to travel and I don't want us to be late .

Nandini – yes uncle . And aunty I will take care of myself

OUTSIDE NANDINI'S ROOM

Neyonika – good , am leaving now . she didn't have her breakfast make sure that he haves it .

Manik pov – oh my god it so embarrassing , now how ill I handle her ? I heard about this mood swings and all . I shall call cabir and ask his help . Chi Chi Am I dumb ? I cant call cabir how will I tell about my wife to him No No that's not the solution , this is husband and wife's personal matter it should be between both of us not even the four walls of our room . I will google it down that's best .

NANDINI'S ROOM

Nandini pov – it has been half n hour what is this idiot doing ?

Nandini (shouts)- manik manik

Manik enters her room

Nandini – manik where were.... Wait manik why are your cheeks so red , are you blushing ?

Manik (horrified)- no am not , its just jus

1 HOUR LATER – MALL

Nandini pov – all the way manik was sighing a lot , I don't know what is wrong with him . but he didn't upset me when I threw my tantrums over him . he was handling me as if am small kid . this was making my mood very better . but the cramps were increasing I was uncomfortable during the journey also . I was moving left and right on my seat .

Manik pov – my god I never knew that mood swigs were these bad .all the way nandini was commenting about people on the road , then one minute she was sad , happy , crying , annoyed , angry . I think she is in pain there were so many lines on her forehead .

Then this soha she was glaring at me back of nandini , even I glared at her . but infront of nandini we were acting all like friends . I could see hatred in her eyes for me . both of them were continuously chatting and I was following nandini like love sick puppy making sure that she is having warm water so that she can avoid those stomach pains , soha was mouthing about me I was sure cause she was smirking at my direction while speaking in nandini's ears .All of sudden my eyes fell on her white skirt which had dark red spot at her back .i was confused but then realization dawned to me . I could not let her roam like this , but this soha she was not leaving nandini

Manik – nandini

Nanidni – not now manik am busy , I need to gossip about our school memories .

Manik (worried)- nandini listen na

I was now following both of them like a bodyguard . soha was annoying me when she was talking about me as if am not their ,and nandini she was holding her lower back I think she needs rest .

Manik – nandini lets have something am hungry .

Soha – no nandini its not noon yet , lets us go after some more time . And smirks at manik

Nandini – yes manik , you can go and have food , me and soha will join you after some more time

Manik (annoyed)- nandini listen to me

BUT SOHA PULLS AWAY NANDINI AWAY FROM HIM ,AND MANIK WAS FOLLOWING NANDINI LIKE A PERFECT BODYGUARD PROTECTING HER FROM EVERYONES' SIGHT .

Nandini –soha why is manik back of us ??

Soha – don't know but did you observe ??

Nandini – observe what ??

Soha – nandini why is manik following you everywhere .

Nandini – ahhhh , yes you are right ,and turns back

Soha – you know ask him to walk away from you us for more time , its suffocating me after seeing his face so many times .

Soha pov – does he truly love her ?? if nandini's happiness lies in manik then I have no problem . all these days I thought he was troubling my bestie but here the scene is different . One thing in his eye were pure admiration , love and honesty . I just hope he does not hurts nandini , or else will not hesitate to chop him down into balls .

Manik – soha can you get a sanitary napkhin ?

Soha – I will , take her to rest room I will come there .And walks away from there

Manik – nandini , am leaving you now don't turn just walk straight to restroom , am back of you

Nandini – no please , if anyone will see

Manik – you trust me ??

Nandini – ok , and starts walking towards the restroom

Nandini – manik did soha come ?

Soha – I got her a new skirt so that she can change

Nandini – hmmm , washing her hands

OUTSIDE THE RESTROOM

Nandini pov – I troubled him a lot today , for one second he didnt leave me . he was their with me like my shadow . Now I will listen to him I will not trouble him anymore . if I would have listened to him the this would not have happened

Manik (worried)- nandini are you okay ??

Nandini – yes and smiles at him .

Soha – nandini I need to go now , mom is calling me its urgent .

Nandini – ok ,and hugs her

Manik – thanks for the helps soha

Soha (smiles at him making him shocked)- as long as you don't hurt her , am okay with you and walks away .

Manik – are you feeling any pains ?

Manik – lets go home and now you will rest
