Happy reading, honey buns!

A new morning, with new hopes and new things waiting for us. Ekantha woke up with a smile on her face.

She felt too good from within, she was up early this time not because of some stress but because of the memories and moments they're spending together. A message popped in her phone and as expected it was a good morning message from the man who was almost stealing her heart.

That smiley brought a smile on her face as well. She kept her phone aside and went into the balcony to see the sun rise, she loved watching them since she stayed in her room.

Feeling content in her heart, she went and took a bath, completed her morning chores and got into her favorite salwaar kameez. This was the only thing which made her happy, till she was in her teens her mother selected all her dresses from past 5 years she was doing it on her own.

She felt, she knew what suits her better more than anyone and the salwaar kameez was the first one which she bought of her choice. It was a cream colour frock type top with maroon coloured dupatta, she felt it was a good combination and bought it. (Love at first sight with the dress)

She matched her accessories and got out from her room with her bag which was packed the last night. She placed the bag on the table and walked towards the pooja room to lit the diya and pray to God for everything he has given her.

There was a lot of time for Abhi to pick her up and to eat breakfast as well. She decided to look into her notes once again and water the plants after that. Humming some random tune which came into her brain that day she went to water the plants but found Anika and Dikshit standing in front of her.

"Whoa, what are you doing here early in the morning?",Ekantha asked.

"You are not okay, but this is your favorite dress. Ugh you are confusing us. Tell us all of it right now",Anika said.

"Here? Won't you come in?",she asked smiling slightly. They shook their heads and went in.

"Ani, actually",she narrated all the incidents from the day they were missing and both of them opened their mouths wide in shock.

"That bastard won't change Ekantha, he is a psycho. Do you think I didn't try to change him? He is just",Anika huffed in anger.

"Calm down Ani, I will see to it that nothing happens to her. Abhi garu will be here anytime you guys come with me let's eat",she said and all of them went to the dining table.

"Anika, Dikshit! Good morning dearies",Kanyaka said with a warm smile.

"Good morning Kanya auntyy. You know what I missed you so much",Anika said and side hugged her.

"Yea you surely did, but you missed aunty's food more than aunty. Only I genuinely missed aunty",Dikshit said and Anika glared at him.

"Nonsense, you don't believe him aunty. What did you cook today?",Anika asked.

"Dosa and chutney",she said and Anika along with Dikshit attacked the food while Ekantha sat in her place and ate her breakfast.

"Aunty, notice any change in your dear daughter or are we the only one?",Anika asked clearing her throat.

"Well, I think it's a good change Ani, I hope she stays happy however she is",Kanyaka said and Ekantha looked at both of them and smiled slightly. When she was almost done, she heard a honk from the door and she went to the window to see who it was. It was some neighborhood person honking for his wife.

Sighing she went and sat on the couch while once again checking if everything was there in her bag.

"Ammuuuuuoooo",Anika shouted and Ekantha looked at her with wide eyes.

"What, I said ammo (oh my god) not ammu",she said and giggled.

Soon Abhi arrived and knocked the door, Anika opened the door and welcomed him in. He politely denied Kanyaka when she wanted him to have breakfast.

"Shall we go Ammu?",he asked and Ekantha choked on her spit.

"Are you okay?",he asked once again handing her a glass of water which was on the table.

She gulped it down and nodded. She looked around to find all the three of them smirking at her, ignoring all of it she bid bye to them and both of them got into his car.

"Ammu, are really okay? Your face looks red",he asked.

"Go Abhi, you had to call me Ammu over there in front of my mother and cousins and make me embarrassed there and now you ask me why I am red? Wha-",she realises she addressed him Abhi which she never did before and bites her tongue while shutting her eyes.

"What did you just call me Ammu?",he asked in surprise.

"Uh, that.. It came in flow sorry Abhi garu",she said looking out.

"I like Abhi better,Ammu",he said and she looked at him with a glint of smile.

"So, we have come from Abhi garu to Abhi finally. What next now?",he asked raising his eyebrows in a funny way.

But Ekantha was tensed, he was asking her a question which she didn't have an answer herself. She started thinking about it, will she ever get an answer for this question. Abhi noticed it.

"Hey, hey! Calm down, I was just kidding. Don't think too much, we'll just go with flow like we have been going since we met. Take deep breaths and you will be fine",he said in a calm tone.

"Thank you, that makes me feel loads better. Btw, can I come to your office today?",she asked.

"Sure, any specific reason? I thought you never liked these things but preferred an outing in mother nature",he asked.

"Nope nothing specific but just wanted to get to know your friends as well",she said and Abhi felt it suspicious. He had an idea that she didn't like to interact with people.

"Ammu, you don't need to change yourself for me. I know you don't like meeting new people and mingling up with them and it's totally fine okay? Today just concentrate on work, we'll go somewhere tomorrow",he said and she was amazed. She was trying to get out of her zone to make him happy whereas he was happy seeing her be like her only.

Ekantha slowly started getting faith and trust in the relationship they were planning to take a step towards where they were heading to.

"We reached, have a great day Ammu. Lo.. Uh miss you. I have some work at office today. Have to go check some event locations and a pre wedding shoot as well so I'll be late. Text me when you read home. Travel safe and eat your lunch. Miss me",he said and chuckled.

"I will, you too eat on time and have a great day at work. I'll text you when I get home and you do the same too Abhi, drive safe bye",she said and he waved at her.

She went to work and so did he, both of them got busy in work. Abhi along with Kinnera got busy in visiting locations and shooting some clips for pre wedding shoot while on the other hand Ekantha got busy at her office she had to enter the new admissions details in a sheet along with all their details and check the fee defaulters according to class wise and send them to the respective class teachers.

She was in neck deep work and quickly completed her lunch and went back to work again. After what felt like a long day, she was done with it and she had to report to principal along with Asmita.

She accompanied Asmita and talked to Vennela's mother in a professional way. After they were done, vennela's mother asked Asmita to leave and Ekantha to stay back.

"Ekantha, what happened dear? Why did you leave all of a sudden yesterday?",she asked.

"Uh.. Aunty whatever I say now you won't believe it, it's better we leave that matter now. I'll visit you and Vennela soon. Both of you take care please",she said and smiled.

"I don't know what's wrong dear, but this will pass too. Let bygones be bygones, visit home soon your best friend is missing you",she said with a smile.

"I won't let her miss me for long, I'll take your leave now ma'am. I've to catch a bus",she said and left from there.

After bidding bye to Asmita she travelled back home through public transport. She had a feeling to tell Abhi about something. Once she reached home, she opened her whatsApp
