"Okay Y/N, now go have some quality sibling time with Tony," Bucky says as he pushes you towards the door.

"Why?" You ask your boyfriend of five years as you're shoved outside the Avengers tower.

"It's a surprise," he says giving you a wink. He gives you a quick kiss on your cheek. "I'll call you when it's time for you to come back," he tells you. "Now go!" Bucky slams the door closed and you walk to where Tony is standing.

"Hey Tone," you greet him.

"Sup Y/N/N," Tony says, giving you a hug. "Ready to have some fun little sister?" He asks you as he opens the car door for you.

"Well since its you, I don't know if I should be excited or scared."

"Really Y/N?"

~Meanwhile in the Stark Tower...

"Okay," Bucky says to Steve as he rubs his hands together. "How hard could it be to make some spaghetti?"

"Shouldn't be that hard," Steve says. I've seen Vision make it before." He pauses for a moment. "Then again they had to call the fire department," Steve mumbles. "Hopefully that won't happen to us."

Let's just say that Steve and Bucky aren't the best cooks.

When Bucky was getting water to boil the noodles, he slipped on a banana peel that Sam had "dropped" on the floor and he ended up spilling water all over himself. Steve burned his hand on the stove and had to go to the medical ward leaving Bucky all by himself.

Bucky as mixes together the sauce he smells something burning. He realizes that he forgot the bread in he oven.

"Shit!" He cusses under his breath as he yanks open the oven door (and accidentally rips it off) and a large flame engulfs the oven. Bucky grabs the fire extinguisher and attempts to set out the fire. Bucky somehow lost control of the fire extinguisher and it flew out of his hands into the outlet which made sparks and the entire kitchen caught on fire.

"Sam!" Bucky yells.

"What now Barnes?" Sam whines as he enters the kitchen. "This bett-oh holy mother of god," Sam mumbles as he sees the kitchen.

"A little help here?"

"What do you want help with?"

"Help me handle this?"

"No."

"Please?'

"No."

"Fine. Just don't tell Tony. Or Y/N."

"Maybe."

Pepper walks into the kitchen.

"I didn't do it!" Sam hollers as he runs away.

"Sam you're an asshole!" Bucky yells at him.

"Yeah I think I'm gonna get something from the other kitchen," Pepper mumbles to herself as she walks away.

Bucky somehow manages to put out the fire with water from the bathroom. After the fire was out, he realized that all the tupperware melted so now there's a heaping mess of plastic all over the kitchen. Bucky sighs and continues to make the spaghetti. As he stirs the sauce, the phone rings. It's you. He picks up the phone.

"Hello?"

"Hey Buck! We're on our way back. Sam texted Tony to come back home."

Bucky groaned.

"I'm not ready yet! I-" he gets cut off when he notices that the pot is on fire. "Dammit!"

"What?"

"I-uh everything is under control!"

"Bucky," you warn.

"Everything's fine!"

"James Buchanan Barnes!"

"Fine! There might have been a tiny mishap or two in the kitchen..."

"What?!" Tony screeches. "You know you're on speakerphone, right Barnes?"

"Crap," Bucky mumbles.

"We're on our way," you tell Bucky.

"We are very much on our way!" Tony hollers angrily.

"No! I've got it-" You hang up on him.

"Fuck," Bucky grumbles under his breath. Today was supposed to be perfect. Bucky was going to give you a romantic dinner and then ask you to marry him. Bucky starts to set out the other fire when the kitchen door opens.

"wHAT THE SHIT BARNES?!?!" Tony screeches.

"Sorry Tony," Bucky says, giving Tony his puppy dog eyes. Tony looks at him.

"Oh fine," he mutters. "I'll get FRIDAY to get someone to clean this up. But Barnes, you're banned from cooking."

"Sorry Tony," Bucky whimpers before running to his room. He decides that he still wants to ask you to marry him. Bucky searches his room for the ring. But it's not there. Feeling frustrated, Bucky heads to your room. He comes into your room and sees you with your eyes watering.

"Doll?" Bucky asks with concern. "What's wrong?"

"Are you- were going ask me to marry you?" You ask, pointing to a ring on your nightstand. Bucky sighs.

"Yes. It was supposed to be the perfect night! But-"

You cut him off with a kiss.

"Of course I'll marry you!" You squeal.

"I love you Y/N," Bucky whispers in your ear.

"I love you too James Buchanan Barnes."
