Thanks to SwiftpoolWrites and MinecraftWinter for inspiring me to do this.

Kia ora, I'm Sapphire, and yall probably know who I am currently, so I'll talk about how I got here.

I don't remember how exactly I started watching the Ssundee Crew, but it was probably a mix of watching the Traffic Light Crew, PopularMMOS, and Preston.

I think I subscribed to the Regulars on the third day. I think it was around this time I saw the Ssundee Best Moments of that Senwy moment in Sigils' breaking 1 MILLION blocks video. I then promptly started imagining a Senwy fanfic in my head. This has never been written down and I plan to keep it this way.

I then made a new google account account and made a Reddit account. I was scrolling one day and found this edit to some Alexander Hamilton lyrics, but it was for Insane Craft. I started imagining a new fanfic, the beginnings of Alternate.

I made a Wattpad account, named CrazyRegularFanwriter or something like that, and started trying to write my story. Funny thing, it wasn't called Alternate at first. It was called They ____ for him. Terrible name I know.

I soon lost interest in it though, and gave up on it.

Part of this was likely because I was attempting to write up to where I was, while I was still adding more lore everyday, but I also just lost motivation.

Even though I lost motivation to write though, I kept adding more and more to 'They ____ for him', but more on that later.

At some point, I found Wattpad again, and started reading DSMP stories, despite never watching them. I scrolled without an account on the web because I didn't want to download the app, and I knew I already had an account.

Eventually though, it kept prompting me to make an account, so I, frustrated, made this account, named ShutItK. Like shut it, ok?

I continued reading DSMP fanfics and kept scrolling through Reddit, until I decided to make this account both my writing and reading. I transferred everything over to this account and deleted my old account. I think it was about this time I downloaded the app, because I wanted to write on my phone.

I changed the name to Alternate, because I realised They ____ for him was a stupid name, and looked up synonyms for changed.

I started writing fast, because I wanted to write 10 chapters of Alternate before posting so I could keep up a regular schedule, so that I would have more time incase I ran out of chapters.

A couple of chapters into posting Alternate, I found Bonds of Death through some fan art on the Reddit. It was of the 'Hidden in the Sand' scene, and I devoured it. I had previously tried looking up Ssundee Crew fan fiction, but it was all either Crundee, Derp Ssundee (horror sometimes), or Team Crafted (who I haven't watched), so I gave up.

Anyways, I was really excited to find some fan fiction, especially since I could understand it without having watched Camp Minecraft at the time. I then found all of the other Discount Regulars' stories (plus Churro's), and finished them all. In the same day. I then posted on the Collab account something about feeling like a jerome/kate watching [you guys], in which Churro replied, "Yeah same". I unfortunately think the post was deleted later.

I think I first got followed by Echo (o7), but I eventually got followed by all of the Discounts, and got way more support in Alternate.

And then you know the rest.
