Me: Mama I had such a messed up dream! *laughs*

Mama: *lights a cigarette* Really?

Me: *Nod and sits on her bed with a smile* Yeah, throughout the whole night, I hadn't had a dream once... but the last 30 minutes. I had a dream that I was play fighting with Malachi, and a rat slapped me in my face.

Mama: *Serious* Hali, that means someone outside of your inner circle. Is out to get you.

Me: *Looking at her completely shocked* Damn.

Mama: *Trying to look angry but laughing* Did you just damn me, to me, in my face?!

It was funny, but I am worried. But like the saying goes.
