🍽Green/Mint Chutney🍽

🧂Ingredients🧂

🍥Coriander leaves - 2 cup

🍥Mint leaves - 1 cup

🍥thick garlic cloves - 3

🍥Green Chilli - 2

🍥Ginger - 1 inch

🍥Cumin Powder - 1 tsp

🍥Chaat Masala - 3/4 tsp

🍥Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp

🍥Split grams - 1 tbsp

🍥Water - 1/2 cup

🍥Salt - 1/2 tsp

🍳Procedure🍳

🍴Its probably the simplest chaat chutney. All you have to do is blend all the given ingredients to a smooth consistency.

🍴Its better to store it in the refrigerator.

🍽Tamarind Chutney🍽

🧂Ingredients🧂

🍥Tamarind(Seedless) - 60 grams

🍥Dates(Seeds removed) - 60 grams

🍥Jaggery - 60 grams

🍥Water - 2 cups + 1 cup

🍥Fennel powder - 1 tsp

🍥Chilli powder - 3/4 tsp

🍥Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp

🍥Cumin Powder - 1 tsp

🍥Dried Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp

🍥Salt - 1/2 tsp

🍳Procedure🍳

🍴Take 60 grams of Tamarind(Seedless, Dates(Seeds removed), Jaggery and 2 cups of water in a pan and mix it with a spatula

🍴Boil it for 10 minutes in a low flame so that the tamarind and Dates soften and the Jaggery melts

🍴After cooling the mixture, blend it to a smooth paste

🍴Filter the mix using a sieve and discard the residue(do scrape the bottom of the sieve after filtering)

🍴Pour the filtered mix back into the pan and add a cup of water

🍴Mix it well and add Fennel powder - 1 tsp, Chilli powder - 3/4 tsp, Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp, Cumin Powder - 1 tsp, Dried Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp & Salt - 1/2 tsp

🍴Mix it well and boil it for 2 min at a low flame

🍽Red-Garlic Chutney🍽

🧂Ingredients 🧂

🍥Dried red chilli - 15

🍥Hot Water - 2 Cup

🍥Thick Garlic cloves - 10

🍥Ginger - 1 inch

🍥Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp

🍥Chaat Masala - 1 tsp

🍥Sugar - 1 tsp

🍥Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp

🍥Salt - 1/2 tsp

🍥Water - 1/2 cup

🍳Procedure🍳

🍴Take 15 Dried red chilli and soak them in 2 cups of Hot Water for 15 minutes. Drain the chilli after soaking.

🍴Blend the chilli along with the rest of the ingredients to a smooth consistency
