🍥Chopped Mangoes - 1 Cup
🍥Sugar - 9 Tbsp
🍥Milk - 500 ml
🍥Slurry - 3&1/2 Tbsp cornflour + 5 Tbsp water
🍥Some Chopped Pistachios
🍳Instructions🍳
Use the given measurements
🍴Blend one cup of chopped mango and transfer it to a pan.
🍴Add 3 tbsp sugar and cook it at medium flame for 5-7 minutes.
🍴Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
🍴In a pan heat 500ml milk and 6 tbsp sugar. Boil it while stirring.
🍴Add the corn flour slurry.
🍴After the mixture thickens, keep it aside.
🍴When it cools down mix both the mixture.
🍴freeze it in an airtight container for 6 hours.
🍴After 6 hours churn the ice cream in a blender and freeze it again.
🍴After freezing enjoy it with some chopped mangoes and some pistachios.
