For masala bhaji:
🍥butter - 1 tbsp
🍥kasuri methi - 1 tsp
🍥garlic (finely chopped) - 3 clove
🍥ginger paste - ½ tsp
🍥onion (finely chopped) - 1
🍥capsicum (finely chopped) - ½
🍥turmeric - ¼ tsp
🍥chilli powder - ½ tsp
🍥pav bhaji masala - 2 tbsp
🍥salt - ½ tsp
🍥tomato (finely chopped) - 2
🍥lemon juice - 2 tsp
🍥coriander (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
For toasting:
🍥butter - 1 tsp
🍥coriander (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
🍥pav bhaji masala - ¼ tsp
🍥slice pav - 6
🍥onion (finely chopped)

Use the given measurements
For masala bhaji:
🍴In a pan take butter, kasuri methi, garlic (finely chopped), ginger paste and saute well
🍴Add onion (finely chopped) and saute well
🍴Don't wait for it to turn brown and add capsicum (finely chopped)
🍴Saute well and add turmeric, chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, salt and saute well at low flame
🍴Add tomato (finely chopped) and saute
🍴when it turns soft & mushy, mash it to silky consistency
🍴Add lemon juice, coriander (finely chopped) and mix well
For toasting:
🍴In a pan take butter, coriander (finely chopped), pav bhaji masala and saute slightly at low flame
🍴Slit the pav at the centre and toast it on the pan
🍴after toasting spread the bhaji and onion (finely chopped) over the bottom side of the pav. Close the pav.
