Pasta:
🍥Oil - 2 Tsp
🍥Zucchini - 1 Cup
🍥Finely chopped Onion - 1
🍥Pasta - 1 Cup
🍥Butter - 2 Tbsp
🍥All Purpose Flour - 1 Tbsp
🍥Milk - 3/4 Cup
🍥Cheese Slice or Processed Cheese Cube - 1
🍥Pasta Sauce - 2.5 Tbsp
🍥Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 to 2 Tsp
🍥Salt As per Taste
Soup:
🍥Water - 500 ml
🍥Pasta Sauce - 3-4 Tbsp
🍥Cornflour - 1 Tbsp
🍥Cream - 1 Tbsp
🍥Sugar as per Taste
🍥Salt as per Taste
🍳Procedure🍳
Use the given measurements
Pasta:
🍴Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and saute the zucchini and onion.
🍴Cook the pasta in boiling water till Al dente.
🍴Run the cooked pasta under cold water to prevent further cooking.
🍴In another pan heat 2 tbsp butter and add 1 tbsp flour.
🍴Mix it well with a whisk or spatula.
🍴Add the milk without stopping the mixing.
🍴Add the cheese and mix well.
🍴Add the pasta sauce and mix well.
🍴Add the veggies and the pasta. Mix well.
Soup:
🍴Heat 500ml water and add the pasta sauce, salt, and corn flour slurry. Mix well.
🍴Add the cream and mix well.
