For corn paste:
🍥sweet corn - ½ cup
🍥water - 2 tbsp
For soup:
🍥olive oil - 3 tsp
🍥garlic (finely chopped) - 2 clove
🍥ginger (finely chopped) - 1 inch
🍥spring onion (chopped) - 4 tbsp
🍥sweet corn - ¼ cup
🍥carrot (finely chopped) - ¼ cup
🍥beans (finely chopped) - ¼ cup
🍥water - 3 cup
🍥salt - ¾ tsp
🍥pepper - 1 tsp
🍥vinegar - 1 tsp
For corn flour slurry:
🍥corn flour - 1 tsp
🍥Water - ¼ cup
🍳Instructions🍳
Use the given measurements
🍴In a pan take olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), ginger (finely chopped)
🍴saute and add spring onion (chopped)
🍴saute and add sweet corn, carrot (finely chopped), beans (finely chopped)
🍴saute for 2mim
🍴Blend sweet corn (½ cup) & water (2 tbsp) and add this to the pan
🍴saute for 2min
🍴add water(3 cups) , salt and mix well
🍴Boil for 15min at low flame
🍴Dilute corn flour(1 tsp) & Water( ¼ cup) in a separate bowl
🍴add the lump free mixture to the pan
🍴stir and boil for 2min
🍴add pepper, vinegar, spring onion and mix well
