Opal walked into school with head down. She had a few simple rules to coping with a new high school.
1. Keep your head down.
2. Don't get involved in Girl Drama.
3. Don't make any friends.

It wasn't like Opal was a loner who had an evolved self defence mechanism. Okay well maybe but whatever.

Opal walked into her first lesson, Calculus and sat down lazily next to a blonde chick. "Hi I'm Regina George." Regina said shaking her hand. "Cool. I'm Opal Reeds." Opal said smiling lazily.

Regina liked the look of Opal Reeds the new girl. She looked bored which she should be in Calculus. She had opal eyes (Regina guessed that's where she got her 'imaginative' name from) and Opal also had wavy blonde hair with blue tips. Regina's eyes widened when Opal stretched. She also had a SIX PACK.

Opal walked into lunch looking for a spare table. Unfortunately there was none. So looks like she would actually have to socialise. She sat down next to Regina who was on her own.

A month or two later Opal and Regina were fast friends. But Opal didn't have a legitimate reason why she felt butterflies in her stomach around Regina or why she punched Regina's ex boyfriend when he tried to get Regina back.

Regina had a pool party with Opal, Cady, Janis, Damien, Kevin, Gretchen and Karen. Opal looked comfortable in the bikini Regina lent her. Soon more people came.

Soon it was just Regina and Opal. Well everyone else was inside. "Good pool party." Opal said with her signature lopsided smile. "Thanks." Regina said smiling. Opal was about to get out when Regina pulled her back in.

Opal squealed. "You look nice in that bikini." Regina whispered. "Thanks." Opal said back. "But, it's teasing me so much." Regina added. Opal's eyes widened and she swallowed. "I love you." Regina said. Opal replied by kissing Regina.

"What happens if someone sees?" Regina whispered. "Let them." Opal replied carelessly as she kissed Regina again. There was gasps, laughing and a camera flashing.

"Who knew Regina would be kissing a girl?" Janis asked smirking as she held her camera. Opal pulled away. "I know right." Opal laughed smirking and got out.
