Whenever you look at the stars above the sky, it always twinkles a thousand times at every second of the time. In which means, it guides you to the right direction until you reach your destination. But once it rains, pours into your way. Means, it fogs your sight and blocks every twinkle-ish light.

Third Person's POV:

<At The South Part of the Village>

A boy with an umbrella on a hand, and a bag of grocery on the other, was walking toward the orphanage. As he was about to went through the gates, he suddenly heard a screeching sound.

He quickly drift his attention to where the sound is. He saw a car moving left and right in a messy way until it hit into a tree.

The boy dropped his stuffs and ran to the crashed car. He tried to open the door but it was lock. He broke the window and open the door.

He smelled alcohol as he scanned the place then suddenly heard a wail. He look at the back seat and saw a buckled crib. He moved closer then see a baby boy, whose crying even louder.

"Shhh... It's okay little one you're safe" he said as he reached out to the baby. He carried the baby into his arms then notice a name at his crib.

"Hmm... Regie... Hello there Regie... It's nice to meet you" he said as he comfort him like a mother. He wrapped his jacket to Regie and stepped outside of the car. It was still raining but not that hard so he embraced Regie closer to him.

Regie opened his big brown eyes then suddenly clapped his little hands as he sent out a baby laugh. "Aww... Aren't you cute" he suddenly heard his name was called.

"Kyle! Kyle!" He heard then he rushed back to the orphanage. Just as he got there, he saw Father John, waiting and calling for him outside the gates with the umbrella he dropped.

"Father John!" Kyle called out as he ran to him.

"Ah there you are... Oh? Why do you have a baby in your arms?" Father John asked. Kyle pointed out to where the crash is and saw him to let out a horror gasp.

"Jesus! What happened?" He asked as he looked at the baby.

"Well... I think the husband and his wife were drunk and because of the rain, they lost control to the car and crashed. Luckily, this little bunch is still alive after that accident" Kyle said and snuggle his nose to Regie's stomach.

"Let's get him inside... It's pretty much cold out here and you might get sick" Father John said as he took the bag of grocery.

Kyle chuckled and walk away with Father John and the baby in his arms.

<At The West Part of the Village>

"C'mon dear just one more push and she will be out" a man said to his wife.

"Arrrrgggghhhh!!!" The woman screamed as she push. Suddenly, a wail was heard. The nurses cleaned her and wrapped her with a comfy pink cloth.

"Here you go Madam Ella" the nurse said as she put the baby beside her. She nodded to the nurse and look down at her baby.

"Hello Anne... Welcome to the family" she said.

"She look a lot like you" Andrew, her husband, commented as he sit at the edge of the bed. Anne opened her golden-brown eyes then reach her arms up to her father.

"Dear I think she want you to carry her" she said.

"Okay, come to daddy Anne" he said as he gently took Anne from his wife to him. As Anne was carried by her father, she snuggled to his chest and snore to sleep.

"Aww our baby is asleep" he said then something in his pocket vibrating. He reached to his pocket and fished out his phone. He looked at the caller's ID and it's his secretary.

"Uhm uhh excuse me" he said as he gently put his daughter on the side of his wife then he answered the call.

"Hello?... Uhh yes yes... Why?... But--... Oh I see... How about schedule it next week?... What?!... *Sigh*okay I'll be there first thing in the morning... Okay bye" he hang up and puffed up his cheeks as he ruffled his hair in frustration.

"Honey? What's wrong?" Ella asked, holding Anne close to her.

"Well... Uhh... Mr. Oriendo already scheduled the meeting and... He will never have any meetings with me if I won't be there tomorrow" he said as he scratched at the back of his neck. Ella nodded and looked at Anne at her side. She yawned and look at Andrew.

"Get some rest... You have to be there tomorrow" she said.

"What? But--" he was cut off when he heard a snore. He sighed then smiled. He walked over to his two beautiful angels and kissed them each on the forehead.

He reached out a chair and put it beside the bed. He placed his arms first on the bed then his head. After a few minutes, he drifted into a deep slumber.

What do you think will happen if these two are meant to fix each other's hearts... Will they be forever together? Or Fate wasn't on their side till forever?
