The drive was so long and tiring..! They were close to the farmhouse when suddenly driver halted the car.
"Kya hua driver?"Manik asked raising his eyebrow as Nandini was sleeping on his shoulder..
"Saabb..! Mosam bohat khrab hai..! Ap ko farmhouse tak chal kar jana ho ga..! Bohat ziada baraf hai..!"Driver said obediently and Manik sighed..
"Pari?"Manik patted Nandini's cheek to wake her up..! She sleepily woke up and rubbed her eyes like a kid to which Manik smiled..
"Hum poch gay?"She asked casually..
"Almost..! We have to walk a little..!"Manik said zipping up his jacket..! He wrapped a muffler scarf around his neck too..!
"Bahar toou bohat thand lagy ge na?"Nandini's voice take his attention and he saw Nandini her nose was totally pressed with the window and she was engrossed in view infront of her..! Manik smiled and turned her towards him..
"Haan..! Thand tou ho ge but I won't let this cold touch my Pari..!"Manik said smilingly and made her wear a cute pink wool cap on her head..! "Listen baby..! We need to talk..!"He said in a serious tone and held her hands..! Finally..! Like finally she nodded..!
They both got down of the car and Manik was walking a little forward to Nandini..! An evil plan hit Nandini's head and she freed her hand from Manik's grip..! Manik frowned but before he could turn away a snowball hit his head and he gasped..! He angrily turned and saw Nandini smiling naughtily..
"What the hell is this Pari?"He asked crossing his arms on his chest..!
"I am challenging you for a snow fight..!"She exclaimed and Manik raised his eyebrow..
"So that means you are not mad at me anymore?"Manik asked happily..
"Myny aisa tou nahi kaha..! Us kay bary main hum baad main baat karen gay..!"Nandini said in an annoyed tone..
"Ok then..! Challenge accepted..!"Manik too played along and within seconds there started a snow fight..! The whole area was filled with Nandini's giggles and Manik's laughter..! Finally Manik fell on the snow and Nandini over him..!
"Am sorry Pari..!"Manik again apologized holding her close by waist..
"I hate you...! Your prank scared the shit out of me..!"She said angrily..
"But tum nay bhi tou itna drama kiya tha..!"Manik too said angrily..
"Haan tou? You know kitna bura laga tha mjy jab pta chala kay Manik Malhotra hates an arrange marriage..! In four years kay relation me mjy tum say ishq ho gya tha..! Four years pehly when we got engaged na I was so happy..! Pehly myny socha kay tum say contact karoon but phr nahi kiya because I wanted to meet you..! Aur jab Mom nay btaya kay you don't want an arranged marriage and our engagement means nothing to you I felt very hurt..! Then I planned this drama..!"Nandini explained in a sad tone making a pout . Manik smiled and pecked her pout lovingly..!
"I am sorry once again..!"He apologized with pure heart..
"Acha..! Chalo it's ok..!"Nandini said smilingly and hugged Manik tightly..
"It's cold..! Let's go to farmhouse..!"Manik said caressing her back and then finally both got up..! They walked towards the farmhouse hand in hand and seeing the beauty of farmhouse Nandini became so so excited..!
She run towards it and barged in..! Manik too followed her finally she was happy..!
"This is so beautiful..!"She shouted in excitement running here and there..!
"I am glad that you liked it..!"Manik said taking her in a side hug..
"Hmara luggage aa gya hai na?"She asked in a serious tone and he nodded confusingly..! "Ok..! Jab tak main na boloon na tum andar mat ana..!"She shouted excitedly running towards the bedroom..
"That's not fair..!"He yelled with annoyance but she had locked the door..! Almost one hour passed Manik too had changed in casuals as the inside of the house was warm and very cozy..! They had ate the dinner already in their way so atleast Manik was not hungry at all..! He walked towards the bar counter and poured a little brandy in a glass..! He was waiting for Nandini..! Now what was she up to..! Suddenly he heard the door click and Nandini's voice too..! It was " Manik...! Now you can come in..!"
He frowned confusingly and walked towards the room..! He entered inside and what he saw next was enough to stuck his breath in his throat..! Nandini was sitting on the crystal white bed in his favorite red color saree and yeah face covered in veil..!
"Pari..!"Manik whispered in disbelief and placed his glass aside..! He walked towards the bed and sat beside Nandini..! He gently picked up the veil and saw her blushing like hell..! "Ya sab..!"He said in an amazed tone..
"I ruined our first night because of my gusa..! So just a little compensation..!"She said innocently and Manik just wanted to kiss her until she beg for him..!
