(Y/n) POV:
I was eating with my friends till they mentioned the prom. I was like whatever.
"So who are you going with (y/n)?" said (y/f). I replied with:"I don't know I mean its been tough at my house... I'm glad I have you guys."
"Awww same. But I am probably going with (friends boyfriend). We have been dating for 2 months now. I think it's perfect!"
I was happy for my friends.  But i still want to go to the dance. I dont want to show that i like Metal. I like him because he is different,  i can understand what be has been through. I knowthat he is more than a robot. I know he is sad and lonely. I want to change that.
That night i texted him:
Me:So what's up.
Metal:HE KNOWS.
Me:Knows what?
Metal:"ABOUT YOU. MY MASTER KNOWS ABOUT YOU.

Metal:"DON'T WORRY. WE... FIGURED THINGS OUT.
Me:Oh good, anyway wanna hang out?

So i saw him. I looked shiny. So anyway we went up to a tower.
"Nice view", i said. "INEED".
Then i started to slip and i fell off the tower. He went down and caught me."Wow... thanks for saving me." He bluzhed and i nuzzled his metal cold chest.
We went to the libary.
Metal:"WHERE ARE WE GOING?"
Me:"Welcome to the library,  you got to be quiet because people are reading. " "OK." He replied
I went in and looked for books. Metal just follwed me but, i didn't  mine. We read books then we went to KFC and ate there . Metal couldn't eat.
Me:"So who was your life so far."
Metal:"FUCKED UP AS USUAL"
Me:"How so?"
Metal:" I LIVE ALONE AND EVERYONE IS AFTER ME*ROBOTIC SBIFFS*"
Me:"Oh... well*holds his cold metal hand* I'll be here for you. Don't you worry."
"THANKS" he said. I was happy thati was with him. Then we went our separate was and head home.

Metal Sonic pov:
I SADLY WEBT HOME... ALONE. I WAS COLD AND LONELY.  I WANTED TO KILL MYSELF... BUT I COULDN'T... BECAUSE OF HER. SHE GAVE ME A PURPOSE TO GO OVER MY PROGRAMMING.  I FELT HAPPY FOR HER... WELL. GTG TI SLEEP.
