Remember this??

Well, I finished it.

With digital painting.

With no line art.

With a lot of pain and regretting my life choices.

(In greyscale first of course, because I can't paint with colours.)

But behold the greyscale:

You can tell I got really impatient when I started drawing bushes with the cloud brush and flowers with the freckle brush.

But shh, my child. This isn't even my final form.

Prepare yourselves.

For my lazy attempt at colouring by randomly covering bits up with random colours.

Hazzah.

There are some icky parts but I think I'm pretty pleased about my attempt at digital painting.

It's freaking hard though, like this took me hahahahah 11 hours. (Which was mostly spent on the freaking hair.)

It's for a collab between me and Stained_Tea, who is by the way, vastly underappreciated despite her amazing art. She has 48 followers and that is criminally low. Do something about it.

I got to mess around on an iPad Pro at a shop that had a demonstration version of Procreate installed, so here's a picture of me messing around with one of the default artworks.

I've been mucking around with semi-realism and painting recently, and it's actually kind of fun if you ignore all the screaming.
