You may use any character you want if you don't want to play Uraraka. But I would hope you're okay with me playing Izuku.
The pictures aren't the starter, but the plot idea. So the quotes can be thought the rp.

Starter:
Izuku looks down, his new enemy, but his crush at the same time, sitting infront of him. His face was filled with emptiness, there wasn't any anger or sadness, and there wasn't any happiness nor surprise. The male took a deep breath, wondering who was going to speak first and disturb the dead silence.
