Enhanced Human Physiology: The Monarch Super Soldier Program enhanced all of Michael's bodily functions, such as his strength, durability, speed, agility, stamina, reflexes, senses, healing, and lifespan to superhuman levels. He is very muscular, athletic and physically capable.

Enhanced Intelligence: His mental performance has been greatly enhanced to operate in the most efficient and rapid manner possible.

Enhanced Strength: Michael's physical strength is enhanced to superhuman levels, beyond the peak of human potential. His incredible strength allows him to physically overpower elite-trained humans. At most he can bench press is around 300 tons but it takes a great amount of effort and he can lift up to 50 tons with some effort.

Enhanced Durability: Michael's bones and muscles are denser and much harder than average humans, which makes him incredibly durable. Though he is not bulletproof, but he is capable of surviving falls from immense heights that would definitely kill a normal human.

Enhanced Stamina: Michael's body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-inducing lactic acid in his muscles and his musculature produces fewer fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of an ordinary human, granting him exceptional endurance and lung capacity, greater than of normal humans. He could exert himself at peak capacity for several hours without showing any sign of fatigue, allowing him to fight for long periods of time. Enhanced Kaiju Physiology: Because Michael was a Super Soldier as a human, he is stronger than most Kaiju especially the likes of Godzilla....

Atomic Breath: Unlike the rest of the Godzilla species, Michael's Atomic breath is orange as it is hot with a temperature of one million degrees Celsius, hot enough to burn his own mouth. And it places a considerable burden on Michael's body as he cannot fire it for extended periods of time because it is that powerful. At most he can fire his atomic breath is around 2-5 times whenever he is in a fight against a Kaiju.

Durability: Michael is extremely durable and resistant to all forms of conventional human weaponry and he possesses an enhanced healing factor as well, though it does not grant him unlimited stamina in battle. And he also shows a resistance to extreme temperatures, spending long periods of time completely submerged in molten magma.

Radiation Absorption: He can absorb radiation to enhance his regenerative abilities as they seem to increase when he consumes or absorbs a large amount of radiation. And he relies on nuclear power to sustain his metabolism, and derives his sustenance from absorbing energy from active man-made nuclear reactors.

Nuclear Pulse: Michael can also emit atomic energy in all directions from every inch of his body in a short-range attack.

Can breathe underwater: Though technically a reptile and not an amphibian, Michael has an amphibious lifestyle. He spends half of his life in water and the other on land. He is as adept a fighter underwater as he is on land. Capable of marching on the sea floor or swimming by undulating his tail like a crocodile.

Superhuman Strength: Michael possesses formidable physical strength. As he is capable of lifting Kaiju that are many times his size with some effort and throw them, despite their incredible weight.

Michael can unconsciously overclock his heart's cardiovascular output to rapidly boost his metabolic rate. The result increases his velocity, acceleration, torque and, consequently, his damage output. Weaknesses:

Radiation Consumption: Despite his incredible power, Michael has to sustain himself with much more radiation than a normal Kaiju because he is basically a Godzilla enhanced with Super Soldier properties or else his atomic abilities will not work.
