Cosmos was your flower,
Tied up in a bouquet,
Sitting in a vase of power,
A wonderful display,

Cosmos tucked into hair,
On a warm summer day,
Sitting as a picnic pair,
Laughing with much play,

Cosmos planted in the garden,
Tending to took patience time,
Flowers's never took the bargain,
Cheeks smudged with dirt and grime,

Cosmos given through the years,
Never seized to make you smile,
Are bring you to your tears,
All the pain became worthwhile,

Cosmos laid on your grave,
We grew old together,
The single one I have saved,
We'll be together forever.

A short and sweet, sort dad poem about growing old together with someone.
