or another, wether you stayed here as a kid for vacation.
maybe stayed when you moved
into town but you're house
wasn't quite ready. one way or
another it's familiar.

smell an odd sent and can't
place it. maybe its a candle
in your mothers kitchen
growing up, the sent of your
homeroom teacher as they
hand out tests, the car of
someone you know maybe
as you sit through a drive in.

unknown but there all the same.

you had two choices anyways.
you chose to be here , if you are.
the other choice was to flee the
town while you could. pack up
your things, grab your loved
ones and just fucking drive.

but those who are here are
here for something more. for
answers maybe, closure. to
fight if you want to. or to
just see what the hell this
invite meant.

it was said to be a dinner.
to bring exchange dress
clothes for a formal event.

the air is cold, and winter
is coming soon. Halloween
season and after, always
marks a change of the times.
autumn is leaving soon and
this is the proof that its over.

its all over, anyways.

so get ready, explore as
you want. you might not
like what you find, however.
so it's better to stay in groups.
