It was the very next afternoon when he reached the hospital again. Fafián received a phone call from the warden. He wanted to meet with him in 15 minutes. He was frankly still at the main floor doing paper work. However he was spacing out.

He went to the wardens office and knocked twice. It slowly creaked open and he walked in cautiously.

"Please sit down doc"the warden said gently.

So he sat down and curiously looked at the doctor "what do you want to know." He said cutting to the chase. Blowing the words right out of the doctors mouth.

"Your patient fell I'll this morning." The doctor said worriedly but continued , "he needs a blood transfusion but the only blood that matched his is yours."

"How interesting" the doctor thought aloud. 'He shouldn't even be ill. He was just fine last night' he thought about it more and more.

The warden turned to the window and spoke
"I hope you make the right call. We have a bad reputation of deaths after all." The warden turned back around but the doctor had already slipped out the door.

--1 hour later--

Fafián got all the supplies ready and wondered up to the 6th floor. It was very welcoming this time. As if it knew what he was doing. He walked to the room and saw Aleksander on the bed. Aleksander looked extremely ill. His veins were popping out as if he was reliving a nightmare. He looked really innocent considering his eyes were wide open.

The then doctor prepped the kid. He stuck a needle in his vein then proceeded to sit down. He grabbed a vase from the other side of the room. 'He can't see what I'm about to do' the doctor thought. He smashed the face on Aleksander's head. Soon after Aleksander was knocked out.

"A blood transfusion, huh? I'll give you my blood alright.. and maybe just a little more." The doctor smirked and the continued on with the blood transfusion.

He peered over to stroke Aleksander's hair out of his face. Then that's when he felt a presence in the room. He looked to his right and saw a figure peering out the closet. He packed all his stuff up and left the room.

But before he left it he whispered. "Tell Aleksander to meet me on our floor, brother."

--time skip--

The doctor was sitting in another room on the 13th floor. The infirmary. A shadow dragged a kid like shape across the floor. It had been hours since the transfusion took place. Aleksander's eyes were wide open but yet he was dreaming. He was set on the bed. The doctor circled around to face him.

"Aleksander, I see you're not ready to wake up." The doctor said watching closely. He grabbed a chair and sat down taking Aleksander's hand rather roughly.

"Life is a lie we shall conquer. My blood flows in you." He turned around to face the shadow while continuing.

"You can't hide in the shadows. The shadows betray you because they serve me. Im the wolf in sheepish clothing. I'm the predator that stalks my prey. I'm the thing you try to avoid every night." Now he looked at both of them.

"But do not worry. Do not fear, you still got me. For you I will do this. For you I will end it." He grabbed a knife and slit Aleksander throat. Blood rushed out of him and he started to look alive again. The doctor then proceeded to slit his own throat.

The shadow crept forward into the light. He was a manifestation from both of their minds. However he had a conscience. He was his own person but chose to follow in the shadows. He looked down at the both of them.

"They all fall down like dominoes." Corruption is easier than it seems. He touched their throats. 'They still have a pulse' he thought.
