In a bright little "hospital", well it's only bright on the 1st floor. A doctor was walking towards the elevator. That's when a nurse shuffled by and ran into him. He helped her up and she fixed herself.

"I have to tell you doctor. This patient is irregular. He shows no signs of insanity or mental illness. Hell, i don't think anyone knows why he's been here for 2 years. He was admitted the night of that one circus shut down. But he seems completely okay." She just kept blabbering on.

"Please just give me the files." He replied dryly

She gave the doctor the file and walked away. On the file read the patients name. Before he could go any further the elevator opened up. He lifted the control panel to press a hidden button. He selected the 13th floor. But the elevator did not go up like it should've. It went down. When the elevator opened, darkness welcomed the doctor like a friend. He walked through the thin hallway and turned to open his door.

He liked how there were no lights down here. He knew other people would never venture down here. He just so happened to not fear a single thing..at least that's what he knew. He could see in the dark, he is the only one to navigate such an eerie floor. Like this mysterious floor. The patient he offered to take on held mystery. Maybe that's why he was assigned this file.

He sat the file down. And looked around. All over the walls were pictures. Pictures of a red and black sky with a rusted gate. The gate held a tent behind it. Was it a carnival tent? He marveled at his art works. But one spot of the wall was blank. 'How disappointing' he thought . He knew he wouldn't be disappointed for long, he was working on an even bigger project, a masterpiece.

'Should an unstable person teach a stable person new tricks.' He silently wondered to himself. He was getting bored of the same old thing. Listening to the same patients everyday. The same boring old stories they told. The advice he gave them. He wanted a new game. He needed a new game to play. He dialed a number. It picked up after 2 rings.

"You're the 13th idiot to take on this case." The phone tenant which happened to be the owner of the "hospital" laugh.

"I guess I'm just that lucky." He said in a sickly sweet tone.

"Well how about you start tomorrow morning. Just don't expect much." The owner said in an assuring tone.

"Oh, I expect everything." He spoke in a deadly tone.

Laughs from the other line turned dead quiet. He hung up the phone swiftly and continued staring at the front of the file. He never opened the file. He didn't want to spoil the movie, the game. He wanted to live it all. Give in to the unknown, the uncertainty. He wanted to risk his life on this one gamble. He decided to go back up to the main floor. He opened the elevator, and as the elevator closed he smiled.

"Aleksander.. you have no idea what's coming for you."
