THE IMPERIALS.

The Imperials are a group of purist cats, formed on the belief that everyone must be pure and clean of sin.

The Clan consists of multiple ranks, both high and low:

THE SERAPHIM - the leader of the group. They have the final say on things, like who mentors who, and who becomes which rank. Often, their council decides, but every 15 moons they have one veto on the decisions. Their powers will be further explained.

CROWNED PRINCE / PRINCESS - the successor of The Seraphim. They can only be mates with higher ranks, and must get their parents approval, along with the council. Must be a kit of the Seraphim.

THE COUNCIL - the advisors and 'parliament' of the group. They make decisions for the Clan, and along with The Seraphim, are the only ones who can vote. They can choose to punish cats, exile cats, and even kill them if they commit a sin large enough. They also hunt and fight.

THE PURISTS - the high-ranked cats. They can either be born into it, and only on special occasions can they be moved up. If you are demoted from a purist, for committing a sin, you will never be one again, and may be chased out. They can be mates with lower ranks.

THE HEALER - the healer is considered a well-respected rank. The Seraphim and their council decide who will become their apprentice. They heal, forage, and have the herb knowledge of the Clan.

THE HUNTERS - the working class of the group. They mainly hunt and train, but sometimes they fight. They can be assigned a mate, but also must have approval if they wish to take one of their choosing. They also explore.

THE APPRENTICE - They are assigned a mentor. Usually they become hunters, but in special cases council members or even healers. They train to become what their mentor's rank is.

THE QUEEN - the kit-mother's of the group. Though this is not a permanent rank, they can have as many litters as they wish without the council's approval, as long as the Seraphim doesn't disapprove. They have litters from 1-6, and can name their kits. The password is the last 3 letters/numbers/characters of your username.

EXTENT OF THE HIGH RANK POWERS

A list of the Seraphim's powers:
- can disapprove of kit litters
- along with the Council they choose their crowned prince/princess.
- vote alongside the Council
- every 15 moons has a veto power
- can assign mates
- chooses mentors and apprentices
- can exile, punish, or kill cats
- can accuse of treason
- must have a mate

- has 3 lives
- must attend the Moonpool every 20 moons
- can use hunter commands
- fed / healed first (after injury severity)

The Council powers :
- votes for mentors and apprentices, whether to move or not, to punish, exile, or murder cats
- can accuse of treason
- can only have 1 mate ever
- only 4 at a time
- can use hunter commands
- can be mates with lower ranks
- fed / healed fourth (after injury severity)

The Purist powers :
- can be mates with lower ranks
- don't have to have approval for mates, but can be disapproved
- can accuse of treason
- can request an apprentice to be theirs
- fed / healed fifth (after injury severity)

Healer Powers :
- only cats that can heal and forage
- apprentice is chosen for them
- may not have a mate or kits
- must go to the moonpool every 10 moons
- healed / fed third (after injury severity)

WHAT ARE CONSIDERED SINS?

Homosexuality (not against it, only for the story), attempting to escape, becoming mates and breeding in secret, not training your apprentice, Council Members having more than one mate, and not serving your Clan (inactivity).

Asking to become secret mates must be done in PM. The cat asked to become the secret make can report it, or go along with it. Escapes will be PMed to me. Secret breeding will be done in PM (both must message.)

Crowned Prince(ss) has a 7/10 chance of escaping.
Council member have a 9/10 chance of escaping.
Healers have a 4/10 chance of escaping.
Purists have a 6/10 chance of escaping.
Hunters have a 5/10 chance of escaping.
Apprentices have a 4/10 chance of escaping.
Queens have a 2/10 chance of escaping.
Kits have 2/10 chance of escaping.

Once you escape, you can rejoin the game with a new cat.

HUNTING, PATROLLING, FORAGING (AND BUILDING DENS)

Every cat, besides healers and queens, can hunt. Depending on the huntingskill level, you will catch a certain amount of prey. Same with foraging.
The border will fall by 1 every day. You must patrol twice to keep it the same, and three times to bring it up. If the border gets too low, you will be attacked. Only 3 cats can be on a border patrol.
Only medicine cats can forage for herbs, but all ranks can forage for sticks. Sticks build dens, and dens are needed.

TRAINING

To rank up your levels, you must train. Every time you train, you go up by 1/2 a skill level. They go up to 5. Any cat can train, as long as one is a higher level. Foragingskill, Huntingskill, and Battleskill levels go up to 5.

GUARDS

There must at least be 1 guard each night. Rogues will come to steal prey.

HEALING AND INJURIES / SICKNESS

Medicine Cats are the only ones who can heal. List of injuries :
- Slightly Injured
- Injured
- Severely Injured
- Near-Death
- Broken Bones
List of Sicknesses :
- Poison
- Fever
- Whitecough
- Cough
- Greencough
- Redcough
- Nightcough
- Hayfever

The amount of herbs will be touched upon on the Charts and Commands Page.

KITS AND PLAYING

When signing up on for waiting list, you can only choose your gender. Your looks will be based upon your parents, and your names will be chosen by them, too.
2 plays give you .5 skill levels. 4 gives you level 1, and 6 gives you level 2.

RANKING UP

The council will choose what rank you are to be. When you rank up to healer, you will be 18 moons. Everything else is 16 moons. You must be at least level 2.

BATTLES AND ATTACKS

Battles will happen when the border goes down. Foxes, badgers, bear, cougars, coyotes, raccoons, dogs, and rogues attack. There will also be bees nest, snakes, and owls.

SEASONS

Leafbare : -1 bonus, frost and blizzards common

Newleaf : floods and thunderstorms common

Greenleaf : +1 bonus, fires and droughts common

Leaffall : fires and droughts common

EVENTS

Flood : takes all your energy to evacuate. you lose prey, but you can save herbs. queens, the injured, and kits must be helped.

Fire : takes all your energy to evacuate. you lose everything, but can save herbs. queens, injured, and kits must be helped.

Drought : -1/2 energy, -1 foraging

Thunderstorm : -1 hunting, chance to get struck by lightning and sickness!

Blizzards : -1 foraging, chance of getting lost and sick!

Frost : you lose a certain amount of herbs.

Prophecy : good or bad. can be given to Seraphim, Crowned Prince(ss), or Medicine Cat, includes quest of what's to come in the future

Tornadoes : EXTREMELY rare event. /run away uses all energy. possibility of injury or death.
