Jacks POV

It's been 1 week since I came back from the nether and I have said to the girls that I will build a house for everyone to live in and today,I will start that promise.

It was early in the morning, that I went out toknock down some trees with an iron axe I found in one of the chest in the cave house, in 2 hours, I've had enough logs to build the out line of the first floor,I moved the mud and places planks down and had the one block high wall of cobblestone to connect the 4 log pillars, I was surprised by how much I had made in a short amount of time, I worked so hard that I didn't notice Cupa walk up behind me,"what you doing ?" She asked.

It scared the living crap out of me, I turned and said, " I building the new house that I said I would, I've done well, but I need some materials that I don't have" I said, At this point I turned to see Cupa put her head next to mine, she kissed me quickly on the lips, but she came close again and it was for longer, it was the most relaxing kiss I've had. We pulled away in time as the second we looked away, the rest of the girls came out, they were like "wow" and "that's seem good".

Andr came over and said "what the problem, you seemed to have stopped building the house" "i dont have the required materials I need to finish the house, do you know of anywhere that I can get these things from ?" I asked, as Andr could teleport, I thought she would know the area quite well, "well, yes there is a village about 2 to 3 miles in that direction" she claimed as she pointed East, where the sun had just started to rise.

Right, that's where I'm heading, I grabbed some emeralds I found in a chest, a couple of magazines and some food, I filled my canteen with water and started to head off, "I'll be back by sun down, I just need to find the stuff, I'm looking for" I said to the group of girls.

"Is there anything we could do to help ?" Asked Skelly, "well, if you could grab some more logs and a bit of cobble stone then I'll be greatful" I replied, they just nodded in acknowledgement and I turned around and head out, it gonna be a long day again.

The trip, for the most part had been uneventful, until I saw two girls in long robes, look in to a hole in the ground, a creeper had come out of nowhere and was about to explode, I ran and pushed it back down the hole, it exploded a moment later, knocking me on my back, the girls got up and ran to me, " are you two alright ?" I asked. 

They couldn't speak, "yes we are fine, but we thought that all yo...." "You thought that my kind were all killed in the fighting, yeah I know, but I survived the massacre" they know that my kind were fighting the mobs, i take it that my lads have pasted through their village before, just how far did the forces get dropped from each other.

"I'm heading to a village close to here, I guess your from there" I said will a hint of urgency in my tone, "yes, we live in the village" one girl, in a white robe with a pair of short lense glasses. "Do you want me to escort you back ?, in case of more incidents" I asked. They both nodded and we headed off again.

After about 10 minutes, we arrived at some buildings, with more villagers outside, most of them were female, as far as I could tell, and older woman, around her late 30's ran out the house and hugged the two girls I had accompanied back.

"Where were you ?" She asked, "Anna and I were at a cave, looking for some place to mine, a creeper came out and was about to explode" she was the other girl, in a brown robe, she turned to me and said "he saved us, he just ran up to the creeper and knocked it back down the hole, it explode and throw him over, but he's fine" just as she finished her sentence, the one in white, Anna think her name is, said "he claims to be the sole surviver of from the fighting,turns out that not all the humans died".

After hearing this, the older woman came up to me and said "thank you for saving my friends, they are like daughters to me, I don't know what I would do if anything had happened to them", at that point she hugged me, why me ??? I thought to myself.

"I need some items for my house, if you could show me where to go, that would be helpful" I managed to say before she let me go, "sure, the trading hall is the best place to grab what you need, come, I'll show you" the older woman said, "oh, I never got your names, I'm Brown, captain Jack Brown,  cereal number is 01158615, of the 1st battalion, second airborne assault corps, 1st platoon, also known as 1st recon" I said as I held a salute.

It felt weird saying all that, "ha ha, I'm Alice, that's Anna and Jasmine, welcome to our village" she said, even bowing her head slightly as a sign of respect.    We walked through the the village, there was a few males, some tending the crops, but most were girls, seriously, what's with the lack of guys here, but can't complain about the girls, yet.

I was dragged from my deep thoughts when I heard "ooh, he's so handsome", "oh my, I wouldn't mind spending sometime alone with him", this made me blush, "here is our supplies" we stopped at a small building, "if you give me a couple of emeralds, you can take what you want, or spend a hour with me and have some of this, you choose" WHY ME ??? I was tempted to take her offer but I need to look after everyone back at home, "here are the emeralds, maybe next time" I said, in a joking tone, I grabbed what I need, put it in a big rucksack, from the back of the building and put the pack on, "you sure you can carry that ?" Asked Anna, " yeah, I have to hurry though, it's going to be getting dark soon, thanks for the things, I'll pop by again soon, bye". And took to a steady jogging speed, which if fairly fast.

Third person view

"He's fast, I can't wait to see him again" said Alice, the other two just nodded and headed to the house to eat some roasted chicken.

Jacks PoV 

After a 20 minutes of jogging, I arrived at the house, the girls had left a chest full of the items I've asked for, it almost 4 o'clock, I put the bag down drink some water and get back to working on the house, it would only take a couple of hours to finish, if I work hard.
