In the locker room, Barry and Adrien walk over to Adrien's locker.

Barry: Okay, you know how you keep trying to woo Ladybug as Cat Noir?

Adrien: Yeah.

Barry: Well, I actually met Ladybug, myself, after her interview with Alya, and I asked her why she didn't feel the same way about Cat Noir.

Adrien: Mmm-hmm.

Barry: Well, she told me it was because she was in love with another boy.

Adrien sighs.

Adrien: Barry, I knew that already.
Why even bother telling me something I already know?

Barry: Because I know exactly who that boy she's in love with is.

Adrien: Well, who is he?

Barry: You!

Adrien: What?!

Barry: You heard me, Ladybug's in love with you.

Adrien: So, I'm basically my own competition?

Barry: Yep.

Barry tries not to laugh.

Adrien: So, I don't need to be Cat Noir to impress Ladybug? I just have to be me?

Barry: Pretty much, yeah.

Male voice: "That's what I've been telling him!"

They both look on in shock as Adrien's Kwami, Plagg, flies out of Adrien's jacket.

Barry: So, you're this Plagg I've been hearing so much about.

Plagg: Yeah, nice to meet you, I'm the Kwami of destruction.

Adrien: Floating stomach, is more like it.

Barry: Since you're the Kwami of destruction, I'm guessing Ladybug's is the Kwami of Creation?

Plagg: Man, this guy's good.

Adrien: What else do you know about Ladybug?

Barry: Just her secret identity. Nothing else.

Adrien: What, you know Ladybug's secret identity?!

Barry: Yes, but she doesn't know that I do. And you can't know either.

Adrien: Why not?

Barry: Because it's too dangerous, if you knew who Ladybug was, and you got Akumatized, all Hawk Moth would have to do is find Ladybug, take both of your Miraculous, and merge them to make his wish.

Plagg munches on camembert.

Plagg: He's right, kid.

Adrien sighs dejectedly.

Adrien: I understand.

Barry: Look at it this way Adrien. At least now, you don't have to worry about anyone stealing your Bugaboo.

The two boys burst out in laughter.

Adrien: That's pretty funny, Barr.

Barry: Thanks.

They fist bump and walk out.
Plagg goes back to hiding in Adrien's jacket.
