While Ladybug and Chat Noir were making their way to the Eiffel Tower, Guitar Villain had already reached the monument due to DragonFang giving him a ride. When the akumatized duo reached the top of the tower, Guitar Villain jumped off of Fang and landed on the metal fence above the walkway, approaching what appeared to be XY practicing for his concert. A sinister smile appeared on Guitar Villain's face before he jumped down to the level 'XY' was on.

"You're an insult to the music world, XY!" Guitar Villain exclaimed before he punched XY in the face, only to discover that he was a hologram. "An hologram?!" the akuma observed after swiping his hand through it a few more times to be sure, soon seeing a technician off to his right as they were the actual person playing the music. With a quick glance up from the technician, he saw Guitar Villain and immediately tried to hide, which the akuma responded by grabbing him and holding him up by the wrist.

"Where's the real XY?" Guitar Villain interrogated the technician, standing on top of the turntable the employee was using.

"He's not here yet!" the technician fearfully replied, hanging in the air in the akuma's grip. "The concert's not until tonight! I-I'm just setting up the special effects, dude!" he explained, prompting Guitar Villain to drop him before turning to the set up equipment.

"Awesome Solo!" Guitar Villain shouted, shooting blasts of orange energy to destroy the equipment, making the technician all the more frightened.

"Where's Mr. XY? Answer me!" the akumatized rockstar demanded, pointing his guitar right at the technician.

"On TV! He's at the TV station!" he exclaimed, willing to say anything to get himself out of there. Unfortunately for the technician, it wasn't enough for him to be spared from Guitar Villian's powers.

"Rockin' Riff, baby!" Guitar Villain yelled before he tried to shoot at the technician with purple energy, only for the young man to be pulled away by Ladybug's yo-yo, the two heroes arriving just seconds before it was too late. "You again?! Eh, no matter." the akumatized rockstar dismissed when he saw the two heroes as they kept the employee safe on the other side of the platform they were on, only to jump off the side of the tower and land on a passing DragonFang.

"To the TV studios, Fang!" Guitar Villain commanded his pet, the dragon flying away from the tower and to their target while Ladybug and Chat Noir ran to the railing as their adversary got away.

"He's gonna get there before us!" Chat Noir exclaimed, his claws gripping the railing with an iron-like hold.

"Then we better make sure he doesn't find what he's looking for." Ladybug said as she pulled out her yo-yo, quickly dialing up the T.V. studio.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Over at the TVi studio shooting studio, XY was currently being interviewed by Alec, just as Nadja got the call from Ladybug.

"KidZ+ TV. How can I help you?" Nadja greeted, only to be met with the grave news of their client benign in danger. Wasting no time, the reporter relayed the message to a nearby cameraman, who immediately rushed over to give Alec.

"Ladybug says we're in danger." the cameraman whispered to Alec, suddenly making him uneasy.

"Mr. XY...um, we have to leave the studio immediately!" Alec worriedly explained to XY as he got out of his seat, much to XY's displeasure.

"What the heck?" XY exclaimed, not liking being told what to do if it didn't involve any camera time.

"We just got a call from Ladybug. You're not safe here." Alec whispered to XY, quickly turning to the crew after his explanation. "Hit the credits!" the show host ordered the cameraman, who immediately complied so they could get to safety.

Unbeknownst to them, down in the TVi studio lobby, Guitar Villain had arrived and stepped inside the studio. After walking up to the front desk, the akuma could see a screen behind the receptionist showing the empty recording room with the credits already rolling.

"Where's that studio?!" Guitar Villain demanded from the frightened receptionist, who was starting to cower behind the desk.

"On the third floor!" the receptionist fearfully replied before ducking to the ground in fear. With a destination set, Guitar Villain walked towards the elevator and rode it to the third floor, soon arriving at the studio doors. Growing impatient, Guitar Villain shot a beam of orange energy at the offending closed doors, causing them to burst open and allow him entry. But all it took was a quick look around to see that no one was there, angering Guitar Villain even further.

"Awesome solo!" Guitar Villain exclaimed, shooting orange energy from his guitar to destroy the set in a fit of rage.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

While Guitar Villain was destroying the set, Alec had taken up the job of escorting XY out of the studio where they would wait at the TVi studio entrance for Ladybug and Chat Noir's arrival.

"Everything is gonna be fine. I'm sure this is just a precaution." Alec assured XY, just before Ladybug and Chat Noir finally arrived and landed right in front of them.

"We have to get you to safety." Ladybug explained as she took XY's arm to lead him away, only for the 'musician' to pull away from her grip.

"So what is this Guitar Villain gonna do? Blow me away with his evil guitar solo?" XY questioned in a board voice, not understanding just how much danger he was in.

"Yeah!" Ladybug and Chat Noir said at the same time, trying to get their new charge to see the reality of the situation.

"Once we catch Guitar Villain, we'll get you to the Eiffel Tower, just in time for your live performance." Chat Noir added, hoping that would be enough for XY to allow them to take him to safety.

"Pff! Who even cares?" XY dismissed with a puff of breath, not even caring about his concert "My roadies can just project my image on stage. Live concerts are so ten minutes ago." the talentless hack prattled on with a blasé attitude, only to be suddenly captured by DragonFang's mouth.

Surprised to see XY gone from where he was just standing, Ladybug and Chat Noir looked up just in time to see Guitar Villain laughing evilly at his captive while DragonFang carried the both of them to the Eiffel Tower. When the akumatized duo, plus the captive XY arrived at the monument, DragonFang finally put XY down onto the uppermost platform, the latter cowering in fear.

"Good job, Fang!" Guitar Villain praised his loyal pet. "I found you at last, XY! Ready for the show?" the akumatized rocker taunted XY, walking off of DragonFang's back to stand on the platform XY was on.

"Dude, are you Jagged Stone?" XY questioned, in shock of the situation he was in.

"Was Jagged Stone. Now I'm Guitar Villain!" Guitar Villain proclaimed with pride, brandishing his guitar at his frightened captive. "Ha ha, don't worry, you're not gonna become one of my fans. You don't deserve it." the akuma threateningly assured XY.

"I've got something special in store for you. Something with a little... rock 'n' roll!" Guitar Villain exclaimed before he grabbed XY by the back of his jacket collar.

"NOOOO!" XY cried out in fear, unwilling in what Guitar Villain had in store for him.

Meanwhile on a rooftop near the TVi studio, Ladybug and Chat Noir had climbed onto the roof to prepare for the ensuing fight between them and the latest akuma, before heading over to the Eiffel Tower.

"Back to square one." Chat Noir remarked as he stretched his arms, Ladybug doing the same with her back.

"I get the feeling we'll be in for quite a concert." Ladybug replied, pulling out her yo-yo to throw it when ready. "You ready?" the spotted heroine asked her partner, a smirk dancing across her face as she spoke.

"To rockin' riff, baby!" Chat Noir quipped before they leapt off the rooftop, making their way to the Eiffel Tower to stop Guitar Villain and save XY as the sun started to set on the city. One thing's for sure, they were in for a wild ride!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It had turned to night by the time Guitar Villain had begun to execute his plans for XY, having ordered DragonFang to circling around the Eiffel Tower as a means of guarding his master. Meanwhile, Ladybug and Chat Noir had arrived at the monument and started climbing up the tower while Guitar Villain's fans were all cheering in the crowd on the ground.

"Hello Paris!" Guitar Villain loudly greeted from the platform near the top of the tower, then leaping down to a tied-up XY as he stood on a plank hanging off the edge of the monument. "You said your music is the only killer music around? Is that right?" the akumatized rockstar tauntedly questioned XY, making the 'musician' back away from him out of fear.

"I-I d-didn't mean it!" XY exclaimed, getting closer to the end of the plank. "Listen, Mr. ,um, Guitar, w-we can...um...ah, do the duet your style!" the talentless hack offered, pleading for his life as he almost reached the end of the plank, causing him to scream. Seeing how frightened his captive was, Guitar Villain jumped off the plank and landed onto DragonFang's head as he passed by underneath them. From there, the akuma directed his dragon to have him appear behind XY and touch the plank, causing XY to continue quivering and drawing an evil laugh from Guitar Villain.

"Too late!" Guitar Villain said as he leaped back onto the plank, landing right in front of XY. "I'm going to show you what killer music really sounds like!" the akuma exclaimed, while XY could only be further mortified by his captor.

"ULTIMATE SOLO!" Guitar Villain screamed, summoning green sound-waves as he shredded his guitar with a wild headbang, causing everything around him to shake.

"Stop it! Please!!" XY begged, his voice becoming high pitched as he started to bounce on the end of the plank as the result of the sound-waves.

On the ground below, the crowd were also affected by the green soundwaves, all of them falling to the ground by the shake. Even Ladybug and Chat Noir had to immediately hold onto the tower support beams to stop from falling off due to the sound-waves.

"XY's gonna fall!" Ladybug exclaimed, the soundwaves dying down now that Guitar Villain had stopped shredding.

"Talk about being between a rock and hard place!" Chat Noir remarked before he grabbed hold of Ladybug, the spotted heroine throwing her yo-yo out to use as a grappling hook to pull them up to where Guitar Villain was. But as they were ascending up the center of the tower structure, they both gasped when they saw DragonFang swooped down from the sky to attack them, snapping the string causing both of them to fall.

Thankfully for Chat Noir, he was able to use his staff to prevent his fall. Ladybug, however, was unable to catch anything with her yo-yo to save herself, leaving her to still fall towards the ground and make her easy prey for DragonFang. But with some quick thinking from Ladybug, just as the dragon dived down to attack her, the spotted heroine tossed her yo-yo at DragonFang's mouth, hooking onto the beast and keeping his mouth shut. With his mouth shut, DragonFang abandoned his attack and flew back out of the tower structure, dragging Ladybug along with him. This didn't last long, however, when Ladybug pulled herself onto DragonFang's back and quickly subdued him, allowing her to ride on his back with her yo-yo acting as a set of reins to control him.

"Easy. Nice, dragon." Ladybug chidded DragonFang from the top of his head, prompting the dragon to try and shake his head to get her off. "Whoa, whoa! Enough, already!" the spotted heroine exclaimed, gaining back control of DragonFang and settling him down.

"That's better. Now we've got a stuck kitty to rescue!" Ladybug announced, steering DragonFang to fly back down in the direction of Chat Noir, saving him from falling from his hastily made perch. With her partner safe, Ladybug then had DragonFang circle back around the Eiffel Tower for recon purposes.

"Wow, the bug mastered the dragon! Definitely an improvement from the last time!" Chat Noir exclaimed as he held onto his partner's shoulders, referring to their tangle with Animan before Ladybug steered DragonFang to fly toward Guitar Villain and XY.

"So how did you like the concert? You still think your music is the only killer music out there?" Guitar Villain questioned XY, daring him to say it so he could keep antagonizing the poor guy.

"No! Please, don't!" XY pleaded, only to look down and see that the plank was about to crack. But his pleas weren't enough to sway Guitar Villain's wrath.

"Awesome Solo!—" Guitar Villain began, ready to get rid of XY once and for all.

"Not so fast!" Ladybug shouted, interrupting Guitar Villain and making him look up to see the heroes riding DragonFang, charging toward him.

"My dragon!" Guitar Villain cried out, leaping out of the way and causing Ladybug to guide DragonFang back up into the air to avoid crashing into the tower.

"Ladybug, Chat Noir, hurry!" XY yelled to the heroes, the plank breaking even more while Ladybug turned DragonFang back around.

"Nice job." Chat Noir complemented his partner, in awe of how well she mastered control over the dragon they were riding on. But the moment was interrupted when they heard Guitar Villain's evil laugh below them.

"You're too late! Nothing can stop Guitar Villain!" Guitar Villain proclaimed to the two heroes, getting ready to use his powers again. "Rockin' Riff, baby!" the akumatized rockstar exclaimed, headbanging as he shredded his guitar and fired purple energy toward the duo.

"We only rock the real Jagged Stone!" Ladybug shouted back, steering DragonFang to avoid and dodge the purple energy heading towards them. "The akuma must be in his guitar!" the red heroine explained to Chat Noir, glancing over her shoulder as she spoke to him.

"How are we gonna get to it?" Chat Noir asked, bringing up that little detail as he kept holding onto Ladybug's shoulders to keep himself from falling off.

"Let's go backstage!" Ladybug quipped, quickly steering DragonFang to dodge more of the purple energy before making him go under the top platform of the Eiffel Tower. With their sudden disappearance, Guitar Villain walked over to the platform railing and looked down to try and find them.

"Where did they go?" Guitar Villain questioned out loud, wondering where the heroes and his dragon had gone. Unbeknownst to the akuma, while DragonFang was stuck in the support beam gaps, the duo was also sprawled around the sport beams after their crash landing.

"You okay?" Chat Noir asked Ladybug, he himself wrapped around a support beam while she was wedged in a corner of one of the gaps next to him.

"Yep. You?" Ladybug replied as she and Chat Noir righted themselves, giving her a nod to confirm he was alright before they started their climb back up.

But as they were continuing to go up, Guitar Villain had abandoned his search for the heroes and leapt in front of XY on the plank, which made it all the more unstable.

"Too bad for them, they're going to miss the final song!" Guitar Villain dismissed with an evil laugh, getting ready to finish his mission. "SOLO!!!" the akumatized rockstar yelled, summoning more green sound-waves and shaking the plank again, all the while XY whimpered even more.

"Oh, are you scared? Or is it too awesome for you?" Guitar Villain taunted his captive, unaware of Ladybug and Chat Noir making their way to the platform just below the one he and XY were on.

"Please, Mr. Guitar Villain!" XY begged, Ladybug and Chat Noir both managing to reach the platform below them and crouching down to stay out of sight. With their quiet landing giving them the chance to catch their breath, Ladybug finally had the chance to call on her...

"Lucky Charm!" Ladybug shouted before her power gave her... "Extreme Fixing Gel?" the spotted heroine questioned when the canned object landed in her hands.

"You're planning on doing his hair?" Chat Noir questioned in confusion, right before Guitar Villain summoned more green sound-waves. But during the chaos, Ladybug looked around to see what she had to work with and spotted Guitar Villain's hair falling around as he headbanged during his shredding. Once the akuma was done shredding, the aforementioned villain laughed evilly at his hostage while Ladybug finally decided on a plan.

"Actually, yes!" Ladybug replied to her partner. "Go get him, Chat Noir!" the spotted heroine exclaimed, prompting Chat Noir to leap up from their platform and head right towards Guitar Villain as he kept antagonizing XY.

"Maybe you haven't heard it properly." Guitar Villain taunted XY, soon hearing Chat Noir yelling behind him.

Quick to defend himself from the blow Chat Noir would have surely landed on him if he was more quiet, Guitar Villain used the neck of his guitar to block the hero's staff, knocking him back to the end of the plank. Despite the setback, Chat Noir was quick to recover, leading to the two of them to start fighting while Ladybug climbed up to the area above them. But a quick glance down at the two of them fighting, Ladybug saw that Chat Noir had jumped away from Guitar Villain and landed on the railing behind the plank, quickly calling on his...

"Cataclysm!" Chat Noir exclaimed, summoning his signature power.

"Awesome Solo!" Guitar Villain shouted before firing orange energy at Chat Noir, who tried using his Cataclysm against it. However, due to the amount of strength behind the blast, Chat Noir was soon pinned against the metal framework behind him. Seeing the opportunity, Ladybug leaped down from her perch and sprayed the hairspray at Guitar Villain, stiffening his hair in front of his face and preventing him from being able to play his guitar.

"I can't see! Where are my fans?" Guitar Villain exclaimed, his arms flailing around as he tried to feel his way around and making him drop his guitar. But just before Ladybug was about to grab the akumatized instrument, XY stopped her.

"Hey, don't forget about me! Please, help!!!" XY called out to Ladybug, the plank under him breaking right after he spoke, the captive 'musician' plummeting to the ground. Quick on her feet, Ladybug used her yo-yo to wrap around XY's waist and pulled him to safety, as well as making him land on top of the guitar and break it. Within seconds, the akuma flies away from the guitar, fluttering in the air.

"Music's over, akuma!" Ladybug exclaimed as she opened her yo-yo to reveal the sparkling pool of cleansing energy inside. "Time to de-evilize!" she shouted before she threw her yo-yo toward the akuma, catching it in her yo-yo.

"Rock'n Roll!" the spotted heroine cheered when the yo-yo was back in her hands. A second later, she released the purified akuma, setting the white butterfly free. "Bye, bye little butterfly," Ladybug said as the butterfly flew away, right before throwing the Lucky Charm up into the air.

"Miraculous Ladybug!" the spotted heroine cried out, summoning the magic ladybugs and cleansing cure. The magic ladybugs then swept through the city, restoring everything back to normal, including placing a de-evilised Fang back in Jagged's room in the Le Grand Hotel. All while the city was turned back to normal, Guitar Villain was quickly turned back to Jagged Stone.

"Pound it!" Ladybug and Chat Noir cheered after they joined back up, pounding their fists together in their ritual celebration.

"What's he doing here?" XY questioned the two heroes, not understanding why Jagged Stone was still on the Eiffel Tower with them.

"He came to tell you that perhaps you...uh...underestimated the power of his music!" Ladybug offered, hoping to foster some form of camaraderie between the two rivals.

"This guy's crazy!" XY exclaimed, pointing at Jagged with some lingering fear from the prior events that had happened.

"Thank you." Jagged Stone responded, happy with XY's remark while Chat Noir walked toward Jagged with a marker and an album, Ladybug having absolutely no clue where he got them from.

"How about an autograph, Jagged?" Chat Noir asked the rockstar, to which Jagged happily obliged and wrote his name on the album, causing Chat Noir to chuckle at the new souvenir. But the familiar sight caused a few thoughts to bubble back to the surface of Ladybug's mind.

"Which reminds me, I still have work to do!" Ladybug exclaimed, remembering that she still needed to make Jagged Stone's new album. "Bug out!" the spotted heroine called out before jumping off the tower, swinging away with her yo-yo and leaving Chat Noir and Jagged both confused as they watched her leave so suddenly. That was the least of Ladybug's concerns, however. She was determined to get home and finish her work!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Down in Hawkmoth's lair, the resident supervillain was none too pleased with Guitar Villain's defeat and could only yell out in defeat from his hidey-hole.

"Don't do your victory dance just yet, you two nuisances!" Hawkmoth seethed from the center of his lair, clenching his fists in his anger. "Because one day, I'll play you my favorite music: the anthem of your defeat, Ladybug and Chat Noir!" the discount version of the Joker proclaimed, his lair window closing back up and leaving Hawkmoth in darkness once again.

It took Marinette all night, plus her daily call to Jim and Toby at 9pm, but by the time the sun had risen into the sky the next morning, she finished her style of the album cover on her tablet.

"Done!" Marinette proclaimed, Jagged Stone's guitar solo blaring through her speakers as she showed Tikki the new album design.

"Jagged Stone will love it!" Tikki squealed, proud of her holder's work.

"I hope so! It's one-hundred percent Marinette. It's my awesome solo!" Marinette cheered before she placed her tablet back onto her desk before air-guitaring to the music.

"Rock 'n' roll!" Tikki exclaimed, mimicking Marinette and leading to the two of them rocking out to Jagged Stone's music.

When they were done celebrating, Marinette printed the new design and prepared it to show Jagged Stone at Le Grand Paris Hotel. Thankfully, it didn't take Marinette very long to get to the hotel since most of the early morning traffic hadn't started yet. But after waiting for Bob to arrive at the hotel for Jagged's review, she finally showed her favorite rockstar and his entourage the fruits of her labor.

"Oh, yeah. This is it!" Jagged Stone announced, happy with this new version of the album cover. "You did it, girl! I can almost smell the leather and sweat just radiating off this design!" the rockstar added with an actual sniff of the cover, much to Marinette's joy that he liked her work so much.

"Uh, you actually are smelling it!" Marinette spoke up, leaning over to Jagged so she could further explain. "I concocted a special scented sticker just for your album. Figured it would be a nice touch." the designer elaborated, causing a look of pure excitement to erupt on Jagged's face.

"I want it! I gotta have it! It's authentic, it's original, it's... so Jagged!" Jagged Stone exclaimed, completely satisfied with Marinette's design so much that he hugged it close.

"No you can't! It's not what the public-" Bob objected, not happy with what Jagged was implying.

"Fine, then I'm outta here!" Jagged Stone said, interrupting Bob right then and there. "I'm sure another record company will be perfectly happy with the #2 chart topper." the rockstar lightheartedly threatened. With no other choice, Bob grunted in defeat at the turn of events. His displeasure only grew when a smiling Marinette handed him her design, to which he snatched it out of her hands and walked away.

Once their business was concluded, Marinette left the room to head back home, soon reaching the elevator while remaining calm. But when the elevator door finally closed behind her, she immediately cheered in excitement.

"Tikki, I can't believe I've just designed a cover for Jagged Stone's new album!" Marinette squealed, her kwami flying out of her purse when she and her holder were alone.

"I'm so proud of you, Marinette!" Tikki cheered, causing a smile to appear on Marinette's already happy expression.

After Marinette had submitted the album cover to Jagged Stone, that night she and Chat Noir had the chance to have a patrol of the city, leading to her filling him in on the Gaggletacks. This was then accompanied by their joint visit to Stone Arc, Chat Noir's introduction to Nox, Styx and Maray, and his receiving of his own disguise runestone necklace.

Needless to say, the feline was excited to get a chance to use the disguises he now had at his disposal. But those weren't the only events happening that night.

Like Bob Roth had told Marinette when he spoke to her on Wednesday, the record label he owned was on a tight deadline to release the album. Needless to say, once they got the confirmed album design, they got to work mass producing it and putting them on the covers of the new CD's before releasing them worldwide. No sooner than they did, the album made the news that Friday... for more reasons than one.

"In today's headlines, Jagged Stone's new album hit the charts at #1, knocking Mr. XY off his throne." Nadja Chamack reported, followed by an image of the album cover appearing on the screen next to her before being switched out with a new image.

"Welcome back, king of rock 'n' roll!" the reporter exclaimed, the new image being a "Metal Lourd" magazine cover with a depiction of Marinette and Jagged Stone together.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well after Nadja's news coverage on Jagged Stone's latest album that morning, classes had started at Collège Françoise Dupont. So when they finally broke away for lunch; Jim needing to skip the daily call for an emergency in Heartstone, Marinette and Alya decided to hang out near the stairs. But while they looked through their 'Metal Lourd' magazines; Alya on the steps with Marinette on the ground level, they failed to see Adrien walking towards them until he was only a few steps away from them.

"Um... hey there, Marinette." Adrien greeted his friend, the girl in question turning to face him and trying to 'play it cool'. "So, actually I'm a huge fan of Jagged Stone's and I saw you designed his new album cover." the blonde adonis began, deciding to not bring attention to Marinette almost tripping over to the ground in her attempt to act casual.

"I...I did! Crazy, huh?" Marinette replied after she righted herself, barely stuttering at that moment while Alya watched their conversation with barely hidden amusement.

"I... wanted to ask if... I could get it... autographed?" Adrien managed to stutter out, holding out said album and a marker towards Marinette.

"Um, okay, sure... uh, I'll ask him." Marinette agreed as she grabbed Adrien's marker and album cover, taking them in her hands.

"Ah, no. Um, actually I meant you." Adrien clarified, pointing right at her as he spoke.

"Me?" Marinette questioned, looking to either side of her to make sure Adrien was talking to her.

"If you wouldn't mind." Adrien confirmed. Immediately, Marinette readjusted her grip on the marker and signed her name on the cover, giving both the marker and album cover back to him. "Awesome! Thanks, Marinette!" the model thanked before walking away, looking at Marinette's signature in awe.

However, neither Adrien, Marinette or Alya noticed that Chloé had seen the whole interaction between Adrien and Marinette, who was so enraged that she bit onto the "Metal Lourd '' magazine out of jealousy. Poor Sabrina was left unable to do anything to calm her 'friend' down, except fanning her with another copy of the same magazine. But the girls and Adrien couldn't care less about how the blonde brat was feeling at that moment.

"Girl, did I just imagine it, or did you just sign an autograph for Adrien?" Alya asked her bestie, leaning over the stair rail while she confirmed that she wasn't going crazy and seeing things.

"I can't feel my legs anymore. Hold me up! I'm gonna fall over!" Marinette gushed as she leaned against the stair rails, only to remember that Adrien could still be in the vicinity. "Is he still around?" the designer inquired of Alya, taking a quick glance around to be sure that she didn't embarrass herself in front of Adrien by accident.

"It's okay. He's gone. You can fall over, now." Alya assured Marinette, a fond smile on her lips as she spoke. With the confirmation of her crush not being able to witness her celebrating, Marinette finally let her joy run wild.

"This is the happiest day of my life! Rock 'n' roll!" Marinette exclaimed before jumping up into the air in excitement, totally unaware of Adrien still looking at her signature with a look of admiration.

After classes had ended and all of the students had gone home, both Marinette and Adrien took the time before nightfall to just relax and unwind from their day at school. Well... minus the bits involved with a certain autographed album cover of course to avoid any arguing about that certain subject. But regardless, they still had a training session with Master Fu that night, so they spent the time before needing to leave to eat dinner and take care of any lingering things needed to be done.

However, Marinette was told by her parents that her mom's Uncle Wang would be arriving the next day for the 'The World's Greatest Chef' competition, much to her surprise and excitement to meet her Great Uncle. It did take a bit of time to prepare the house for the unexpected family member visit, but it went by pretty quick with her parent's help. So when the time came for them to leave for Master Fu's apartment, the two secret heroes were free to leave and quickly made their way to the Guardian's abode, Ladybug arriving first.

"Once again, I'm the first one here." Ladybug muttered to herself, putting her yo-yo away before stretching her back to rid it of any soreness.

"Think again, My Lady!" a voice behind her replied, causing Ladybug to turn around and see Chat Noir coming out from behind the chimney.

"Finally turned up early for once, huh?" Ladybug smugly questioned with a smirk, crossing her arms across her chest as she faced her partner.

"Eh, I managed to take care of my prior engagements before I left this time." Chat Noir admitted, shrugging his shoulders nonchalantly as he walked up to her. "Plus the thought of spending the evening with you was a great motivation." the feline hero added as he playfully leaned into Ladybug's face with a smirk.

"We are here to train, not flirt, Chat Noir." Ladybug reminded her partner, pushing him back by his nose. "So you might want to get your head in the game before Master Fu gets here. Otherwise I might wipe the floor with you." the spotted heroine advised, much to Chat Noir's sudden amusement.

"Bold words coming from someone I had on the ropes last time." Chat Noir replied, recalling the last sparring session they had just last Friday, At the mention of the training session, Ladybug's eyes widened in mortification.

"That's what I wanted you to think! I was just about to beat you before you snuck up on me like that!" Ladybug exclaimed with a pout as she clenched her clenched fists and brought her arms to her sides, not happy to have that incident brought back up.

"And this is why Master Fu said that you need to work on your close combat skills." Chat Noir teased with an even wider smirk, causing Ladybug's face to contort into an expression of disgust.

"Why you little...!!" Ladybug nearly growled out before she pounced onto Chat Noir, leading to them rolling on the roof in a bout of play fighting.

"Ahem!" a voice in front of Ladybug and Chat Noir exclaimed, causing them to look up mid fight to see Master Fu standing right in front of them. "I hope that isn't how you practice in your spare time, you two." Master Fu greeted the two heroes with a playful smirk, prompting the teens to get up from the ground and dust themselves off.

"Sorry, Master Fu. We were just having a little jab at each other." Ladybug explained, feeling a little embarrassed to be fighting with her partner in front of Master Fu.

"Quite alright, you two are still young. I would be more surprised that you weren't acting your age at times." Master Fu assured, much to both hero's relief, that they didn't offend their mentor. "Now then, shall we start?" the guardian questioned, both heroes nodding 'yes' in response before Master Fu looked over at Ladybug.

"Ladybug, do you happen to have any more translations of that book the Trollhunter gave you?" Master Fu asked the spotted heroine, pulling out the notebook he used to keep notes during the training sessions.

"Right here." Ladybug replied before she pulled out her yo-yo, opened it and reached inside to bring the translated pages she brought with her, handing them to Master Fu.

"Excellent." Master Fu said, taking the pages from Ladybug and giving them a quick once over. "I will have a look at these after our session tonight." the guardian added before he opened his notebook and put the papers inside.

"So, what's on the agenda for tonight, Master?" Ladybug questioned, the three of them walking over to the training mat so they could start.

"Tonight, I would like to try something different." Master Fu admitted, setting his notebook to the side for later use. "I want to see how you will fare against an attack from a Gumm-Gumm." the guardian revealed, much to the two heroes surprise.

"But... isn't the only remaining Gumm-Gumm, Bular?" Chat Noir questioned, recalling that certain detail.

"Yes, that is correct." Master Fu confirmed, nodding in agreement.

"But he's over in Arcadia. How will we see what we do against a Gumm-Gumm when the only one available is on the other side of the world?" Ladybug inquired, not needing to add the fact that Bular would never help them unless he was chasing after them in hopes of killing them.

"Which is why I brought this." Master Fu replied before he pulled out two curved horn-shaped clips from his pocket, leaving the two heroes in confusion as to what the object's significance wad

"What is that?" Both heroes asked, leaning down to get a closer look at the clips in Master Fu's hands.

"The Miraculous of the Goat, which grants the power of Genesis. That is the ability to create anything you desire out of thin air." Master Fu explained, much to both heroes' surprise at the use of the new Miraculous.

"Wait, the last time you tried using a Miraculous, you hurt your back. Are you sure you'll be–" Ladybug began, worry for their mentor bleeding into her voice.

"I'll be fine. Considering this is for training use only and not for selfish desires, we don't have to worry about that happening again." Master Fu assured, interrupting Ladybug's concerned remark.

"Okay... but if you start hurting, you better pull out." Chat Noir replied, he himself worried about the old guardian's health.

"I am aware of my limits, Chat Noir. But thank you for your concern." Master Fu said, putting on the Goat Miraculous after he spoke, summoning Ziggy in an orb of white and black light. Once the glow faded, Ziggy appeared right next to the guardian, an eager expression on the kwami's face.

"Ziggy, Bleat It!" the guardian exclaimed, quickly transforming into Billy Goat; Master Fu's Goat Miraculous transformation.

His transformation consisted of a set of Shaolin Robes, the robe top colored black with white spots to mimic that of a goat's fur patterns, the long sleeve cuff and collar lined with bushy white fur with a black sash around his waist. The pants were a dark gray and tucked into white leg wraps topped with bushy black fur and tied up with black laces, paired with a set of black shoes that both teens had seen Kung Fu practitioners use. Considering he wasn't using this current transformation for fighting, Billy Goat's hands remained bare of any adornments. Atop of his head was a set of small gray goat horns, with a mainly white mask covering his eyes, with a V-shaped black section in the top center. With his transformation complete, Billy Goat pulled out the giant paintbrush from behind his back and grasped it in his hands.

"Genesis!" Billy Goat proclaimed, summoning his powers to create a few automable Gumm-Gumm practice dummies. Once they glow faded from the manifested dummies, the two heroes were left in shock at how menacing they looked.

'So that's what a Gumm-Gumm looks like in real life.' Ladybug thought to herself, leaning back a bit to look at the whole dummy.

"Woah, now this is going to be good!" Chat Noir excitedly remarked as he brandished his weapon at the first dummy in front of them.

"Don't go resting on your laurels yet, kitty. We still have to beat them." Ladybug reminded her partner, pulling out her yo-yo in preparation.

"With the two of us going against it? How can we lose?" Chat Noir questioned Ladybug, prompting the spotted heroine to fondly roll her eyes at him before focusing on the practice dummy in front of them.

"Ready!" Billy Goat began, signaling both heroes to get ready to attack as the dummy came to life, pounding the ground with its fists as it got ready to charge at its enemies. "Begin!" the guardian exclaimed, Ladybug and Chat Noir leaping into action and started attacking the dummy.
