It's good to be back!

-Marinette-

"I welcome you all here from Françoise Dupont. It is a pleasure to have you in our school." Aunt Mian smiled. She shook her hand with Ms. Bustier who did the same.

"I do hope that our kindergartens weren't bothering you." She frowned a bit before chuckling.

"Oh, no. Not at all." Ms. Bustier shook her head with a smile. "We thank you for you kind welcome."

"It's the least we could do." Aunt Mian said. I smiled but was hidden since I was standing behind my classmates with Alya beside me, updating her LadyBlog.

"How about we give you a tour?" Aunt Mian suggested with a smile.

"Oh, that would be lovely," Ms. Bustier said before turning around to face us. "Students, while we're here, please do behave yourselves and cooperate." She called out to us.

"Yes, Ms. Bustier!" We replied attentively with a nod.

"But before the tour, everyone, I'd like to introduce to you Prince Kim Tae Hee. He's a Prince from Korea but started his study here at China." And if on cue, Tae Hee suddenly appeared and stood beside my aunt with a smile on his face. "He's gonna be with us with the tour."

All the girls from the school campus squealed while my other girl friends smiled and waved at him, instantly recognizing his face when he visited me at the hotel. He smiled back at them then greeted a few of my classmates while the Chinese students continued to shriek and squeal until Aunt Mian shut them up and made them return to their classroom which they obliged. Chloe, on the other hand, cling herself around Tae Hee after seeing him standing in front of us.

"Thank goodness they're gone." Alya muttered. I rolled my eyes at her before smirking.

"That's not the end of it," I replied, crossing my arms. "Plus, there's Chloe." Alya groaned.

"Seriously?! They're even worse than Chloe!" Alya yell-whispered with a glare straight at Chloe and a few students around.

"Its nice to see you all once again," Tae Hee smiled, his eyes roaming around like he was looking for someone. "But where's Marinette?"

Called it.

"I'm at the back!" I called out, not looking at him while my arms are crossed. He made his way towards me with Chloe whining and trying but fail to stop him from doing so.

"You've gotten pretty short," Tae Hee laughed. And Alya, Nino, and Adrien joined him. "I almost didn't see you."

"I agree. I'm even taller than her." Alya smirked which made me huff. Tae Hee chuckled then ruffled my hair, causing a few strands of my bangs to fall and cover my eyes.

"Hey!" I slapped away his hand. "If you're here to insult me about my height just because you're all tall, might as well leave me alone and do your task assigned to you."

"Yeah, You shouldn't go talking to Maritrash over here!" Chloe chimed in with an eye roll before smiling sweetly at Tae Hee who flinch.

"Chloe, please don't make a scene." Adrien sighed.

"How many times have I told you not to call Marinette 'Maritrash'?" Tae Hee asked coldly with a glare at Chloe who whimper, dropping her hands from clinging into him.

Tae Hee then turn to you. "Anyway, Aunt Mian wants to see you." He smiled.

"Talk about bipolar." Alya muttered. I shush her before walking beside Tae Hee.

"Hey, Aunt Mian?" Aunt Mian turned her attention to Tae Hee after scolding her students. "There's someone I know you'd like to see again."

At that, Tae Hee step aside letting myself expose to Aunt Mian who's eyes turned wide and started to water when she spotted me standing in front of her. And I wouldn't lie if I tell I didn't start tear up upon seeing her again. It's been 11 years of living away from my other family.

"Marinette . . . ?" I nodded my head in response. "Marinette! My xiao Marinette!" The next thing I know, I'm locked in her safe arms once again just like what she always do eleven years ago.

Happy tears were poured out and soft sobs escape our lips as we hug each each other. It's been years, maybe seven or eight years since our last communication with each other. I was so little back then and that time, we couldn't go back even if we want to. My family are in danger just because someone wants the throne much to everyone's dismay. That's why they kept me safe and hidden. Hoping that someday I could be the one to save my clan. That's what made me so distant with my Aunts and Uncles.

Until it wasn't safe to go back to China, I was to stay back at Paris until this event in our school suddenly occurred.

I don't know whether it's safe here for me to come back or not.

"Oh, my. . . Why wasn't I told about your arrival?" Aunt Mian exclaimed while breaking the hug and wiping away her stained cheek.

"It was a bit of surprise," I laughed, almost breathless while wiping away my tears. "And we won a contest so our reward was a field here at China."

"Does father know?" She asked. I nodded my head in response.

"But I haven't visited him yet." I added.

"Oh, but you must! He's--" Aunt Mian started but before she could continue, Tae Hee suddenly whisper something on her which made her stop and look back at me with a frown.

My eyebrows furrowed. "What's wrong?" I asked. They both shook their heads.

"It's nothing." Aunt Mian said. "Father just missed you so much."

"Don't worry, I'll try to find some time to visit him." I reassured with a smile which made them nod their heads.

"Oh, you two seem to know each other," Ms. Bustier chimed in with a smile which made me jump a bit in surprise before facing my school adviser with a nervous laugh.

I scratch the back of my neck. "I kinda forgot to inform you. She's my aunt, Ms. Bustier." At this, Ms. Bustier seem to look at you in surprise at the unexpected revelation but nonetheless gave you a smile.

"Well, that's a bit surprising." Ms. Bustier laugh.

"Anyway, about that tour. . ." Aunt Mian started.

Ms. Bustier beamed. "Oh, yes." She then face the others. "Come along students."

And with that, Aunt Mian and Tae Hee toured us all around the whole campus.

"And right here are our classrooms." Aunt Mian said, pointing to a hallway where there were doors at each sides which are the classrooms.

"That's a lot of classrooms," Kim commented with an eyebrow raised.

"Yes, well you see, each room teaches different courses our students wants to study and to learn more. And once you choose a course you want to study, it will be the subject you'd have to focus. No other subjects involve. We put it that way to avoid stressing our students, but if they wish to take more than one course, it wouldn't be a problem to us. We aren't forcing our students to study one course only. It is up to them. This is a University after all." Aunt Mian explained with a smile.

"We have a lot of freshmen here along with sophomore." She led us to a room that almost look like a kitchen room.

"This room is where students studies cookery."

When Aunt Mian opened the door, a delicious smell of Chinese food lingered in the air which made our mouth water. We all took a peek inside to see all students cooking food of any variables they like. There was also a male teacher roaming around and checking their cook.

"All those smell made me hungry." Alix groaned. Everyone nodded their heads.

I laughed.

Once all of us saw them, Aunt Mian closed the door silently but the aroma of each student's cooks still lingered in the air.

We made our way into another hallway where she led us to another room. "This room is where students studies Philosophy."

She opened the door and we all stood just near the door where we can't disturb the class but at the same time observe them. Their chairs are just like ours. A lot of students occupied all the seats from top to bottom and in front of them stood a female teacher around mid-60 that kept saying things in deep Mandarin.

"Geometry." The teacher smiled, something about agreeing with her student.

"Mathematics is the language of the gods. And the rules of geometry is their laws." From behind the table, she took out a walking stick and began pacing the length of the small stage.

"Any human can kill, against the wishes of gods. We can steal, we can threaten, and we can break all of our oaths." The teacher stop and made a perfect circle on the white board. "But on a flat plane, a triangle whose angles adds up to anything other than the one hundred and eighty degrees is impossible..."

Then Aunt Mian slowly closed the door before the teacher could even finish her sentence.

"What their topic all about?" Max asked as he brush his glasses up to the bridge of his nose.

"About the world and how gods created it." Tae Hee replied, smiling.

Then we enter another room. "Mathematics."

We all peek inside to see students doing a math report regarding to their lesson. It's cool how students are attentive unlike other students in other school. Students nowadays don't listen to teachers anymore and some aren't energetic about Math. Though, I can relate to them.

Then we went into another room. "Chemistry."

We saw students doing some sort of experiments that relate to their lesson. Some were carefully mixing chemicals while others write down some test and counted substance.

"Whoa!" Alya stared in awe before taking a picture at the class. "This is so awesome."

"I know, right?" I swear, Max is literally in heaven right now.

But one student caught my attention. A tall girl with long black hair with glasses, pushing a round silver ball that looks familiar to me. My eyes suddenly narrowed while staring at the girl who made a stop on her place before putting the huge ball in position then immediately pulled a lever to the side.

"Is that, Tungsten Carbide?" My eyes widened in surprise. I watch as the girl started mixing a few chemicals on her table.

"How did you know about that?" Adrien suddenly asked beside me. I yelp in surprise.

"I-I... Uh.. K-know just I. No, I mean-- I-I just know." Then I ended it with a nervous chuckle. Dang! I really need to get my priority straight.

I looked back at Adrien to see him looking at me in confusion before giving me his famous sweet smile that could melt me anytime now. You'll be the death of me!

Aunt Mian put a hand on my shoulder. "It is Tungsten Carbide. Four hundred pounds of it."

"Whoa!" I exclaimed in awe. "Where did she get that?"

"It's in the house. The school provide anything they need." Tae Hee chimed in.

"I think I wanna go to this school." Max and Sabrina said in sync which made them look at each other before blushing.

Just then, we heard something explode before our sight was covered in pink smoke. Some of us let out a few coughs before the smoke disperse. We saw the girl from before laughing nervously while patting a few pink smoke sticking on her lab coat.

"Chemical metal Embrittlement." She said.

"Not bad, Jin Shi." The girl's teacher complimented with a smile.

Then Aunt Mian slowly closed the door with a sheepish look on her face. "That was... Something."

"That was awesome!" Sabrina squealed but once she saw us giving her an amuse look, she looked away timidly.

"I always thought it's was chemical liquid embrittlement?" Max put a hand on his chin before shrugging.

Aunt Mian then led into another room. "This is the Language room."

"Music."

"Arts."

"History."

"Astronomy."

"Biology."

"Engineering."

"Robotics."

"Architectural."

"And many more." Aunt Mian finished as she led us to the end of the hall. I turn to look at my classmates, which was a bad idea because when I met all their faces, I suddenly burst out laughing.

When they turn to look at me, I cough out awkwardly before looking away. "Sorry." I muttered.

Chloe gave me a dirty look. "What are you laughing about?" She sassed, her arms crossed.

"Nothing. Nothing." I said before hiding behind Alya who giggled at me before looking at me while wiggling her eyebrows. I groaned.

"I presumed you don't have a lot of room in your school?" Aunt Mian raised an eyebrow at us with a small smile.

"We do have a lot of rooms, just not like your university." Ms. Bustier replied to which my aunt nodded her head and smiled.

After the tour around the class, Aunt Mian led us to their courtyard with is more wider than our courtyard back at Paris. Then we went into their garden, after a few difficulties about Rose, Juleka and Mylene gushing about the flowers. Aunt Mian led us to their school bridge that connects to their auditorium which is bigger than I imagined it would be. Kim and Alix were left speechless after seeing the running field, basketball court, and volleyball court. We stayed there a bit, watching Kim and Alix compete against one another on racing. Then finally, we made a stop to their school cafeteria where we ate lunch when the time hits 11:35 am. Tae Hee went back to his class while Aunt Mian went to her office.

"This is so good." Alya moaned once her mouth took a bite of egg fried rice and meat. "I have this sudden urge to live here forever."

Marinette laughed nervously. "Well, I hope that your urges will go away," She replied sarcastically and silently ate her dumplings.

"Yeah, we don't want you eating the whole cafeteria." Nino laughed after eating a chopsticks of noodles.

Alya suddenly stopped and roll her eyes. "Why can't you just be supportive?"

Nino made a face in response.

"I have a better question," Adrien chimed in after drinking his water. "Why don't you just admit your feelings and be a couple?" And he ended it with a smirk which surprised me.

I look at Alya and Nino only to see both faces have blushes on their cheeks.

I laughed. "Good one, Adrien."

"Well, I could say the same about you two." Alya grinned widely after seeing Adrien and I blushing and avoiding each other's gaze.

"No fair, Alya!" I protest before pouting.

"All in a game of love and fair." Nino replied before giving Alya a high five.

"Sometimes, I question why were we even friends?" Adrien suddenly said without looking at Nino or Alya. I laughed.

"You and me, both." I deadpan. We both look at our best friends only to see them pouting at us.

We all burst out laughing.

"Alright, students!" Ms. Bustier called out. We all turned out attention at her. "After you finish your lunch let's head back to their classrooms and start your interaction with the Chinese students."

We can hear Chloe groaning. "Do we have to? They aren't worth of my time!" She whined before crossing her arms.

"Then would you rather do a twenty page report when we go back to Paris?" Ms. Bustier replied with an eyebrow raised which made Chloe shut up.

"Then it's settled!" Ms. Bustier beamed. "I'll group you into two."

Ms. Bustier stared at her clip board for a quick moment before smiling at us. "Marinette and Alya will be at the Language class. You will be teaching the students a few French and English language."

Me and Alya nodded our head before giving each other a high five. "Cool!"

"Adrien and Nino will be at the Music class. Learning piano and being a young DJ has its benefits." Ms. Bustier smiled.

"Nice!" Nino wrapped an arm around Adrien's shoulder and smirked.

"Alix and Kim will be at the Sports class." Ms. Bustier said. Alix and Kim crossed their arms with a smug look. "Obviously."

"Sabrina and Max will be at Math class."

"What?!" Chloe burst out with a furious look but Ms. Bustier ignored her like we did.

"Nathaniel, Juleka and Rose will be at Art class."

"Then Mylene and Ivan will be at History class."

"What about me?" Chloe pointed at herself while standing.

"You'll be with me." Ms. Bustier smiled while Chloe sat back and groaned in annoyance.

"That's one way to put Chloe in her place." Alya chuckled before averting back her gaze on her phone.

"Okay, everyone clean as you go then you can roam around the campus if you want." Ms. Bustier stood up and collect her tray full of her used dishes. "Just meet me at the Director's office before the class starts."

"Yes, Ms. Bustier." We said in unison.

"This is gonna be fun."
