Adrien walks with both Chloe and Marinette to Chloe's house. 

        "Bye, Chloe!  See you later," Adrien says.

"Ok, see you later!" Chloe says. She mumbles under her breath, "leave the bakery girl at home next time."

     Adrien notices as he walks Marinette home next, she is rather quiet.

   Once they arrive at her house Marinette blushes as she speaks up,  "Thanks for lunch, Adrien.  Next time, let me pay for it."

     "Hi, Adrien!  Nice to see you again!'' Sabine says. She thinks Adrien and Marinette would make a nice couple.

    "I must be going. See you later, Marinette!" Adrien grins.

     "Ok, see you later, Adrien!" Marinette remarks. She gives him a high five before he leaves.

       As Adrien leaves, Marinette watches him go and sighs. She even blushes some too. 

 Sabine hears her daughter sigh.  "Marinette, have you told Adrien you love him?" Sabine asks her.

"Mom, how did you know?"  Marinette frowns.

"I know because I am your mother, and I know you have loved him since you first met him.  You need to tell him because Adrien deserves to know the truth," Sabine encourages her.

"Mom, I can not tell him," Marinette protests.

"Why not?  Is it because Chole is his other best friend?"  Sabine wants to know.

"Yes, plus, I want him to be happy.  I want him to choose who he wants too and not to pick me just because I love him,"  Marinette blurts out.

    Meanwhile, Adrien arrives home and goes to his room. He thinks if  I did date a best friend who would I pick.  He thinks Marinette is prettier every time I see her.  He blushes.

   Chloe wonders, will Adrien come to his senses soon and realize we are meant to be. 

  The next day, Adrien is in the park for a photoshoot.  Marinette smiles and waves at him. She blushes some too.

    Adrien winks at Marinette and thinks, wow, she is lovely.  He blushes at where his thoughts seem to take him lately.

  Chloe shows up to the park and sees Adrien too.  "Hi, Adrikins!" Chloe squeals.

    After the photoshoot, Adrien speaks to Chloe for a while then Marinette.  

   "Chole, we have been friends for a long time, but I have no interest in dating anyone right now," Adrien tells her.

   "A-Adrien, I won't bother you anymore," Marinette mumbles. She thinks I can never tell him now.  She walks off hurt.

   "Marinette, wait!  It is not what you think," Adrien starts to say.

    "Forget her Adrien, she is just a poor, plain loser!" Chloe scoffs and laughs.

"Chloe, that is it, I have enough of you!  I  never want to see you again!" Adrien yells at her.

"You can not treat Marinette this way, she is important to me!" Adrien retorts.

    "Adrikins, you can not mean it," Chloe says.

   "Listen to me, you are nothing but a spoiled, rich, rude, brat!" Adrien yells at her.

"I do not know I could ever be friends with you in the first place!" Adrien retorts.

    "Now get out of my life, leave me alone!  Never come near me or Marinette again!" Adrien says angrily.

"Fine, have it your way!  You will regret this later," Chloe says with a scowl. 

      Chole left angry with Adrien and shocked that he yelled at her.
