This is one of my favourite desserts because it's easy and delicious.

Ingredients:

1 can of condensed milk

4 eggs

3 tsp vanilla extract

1 Cup milk

½ Cup sugar


Method: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the sugar until liquefied and golden in colour. 

Carefully pour the hot syrup into a round glass baking dish, turning the dish to evenly coat the bottom and sides. Set aside. 

In a blender, place the milk, condensed milk, vanilla and eggs. Pour egg mixture into the baking dish. Cover with aluminium foil. 

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Let it cool completely and place in the fridge for at least three hours before serving. 

To serve, you need to turn the flan over into another dish, so the caramel stays on top.
