I stirred from my sleep when I felt someone or something touch my face. I blinked my eyes open peering carefully. The first thing I noticed was that it was nightfall already. I must have dozed off because I remember still seeing daylight. Gabriel was looking at me with his hand on my cheek. He noticed that I was awake and sat back on his seat.

"Are we there yet? What time is it?" I asked stretching.

I noticed Gabriel's eyes widen before he looked away. I noticed that more than half my boobs had peeked out when I raised my hands. I smirked at that. It's about time I got Gabriel back for how he always affected me. I would have to go easy on him though. Don't want him running off or rejecting me like last time.

"Yes we are and its a a few minutes past seven. You've been asleep for an hour or so." He replied smiling at me and I smiled back.

We had spent the whole trip here talking and getting to known each other. I learnt that Gabriel was the second born in a family of three. All boys. His elder brother was in the army and he had a wife and daughter. His younger brother was in his second year at the university studying to be an Architect. You already know what his mother does for a living and his father was a tycoon who owned different types of business all over the country. It explained a lot as to why this boy was clearly loaded. I mean the car, the motorbike, the lavish place he had back at school and how he always spoiled his friends. He had no money problems and I liked that he wasn't proud or selfish. He was actually kind and down to earth. Gabriel was becoming less and less of a mystery to me.

"So what now?" I asked looking at him.

"It's late and we are both tired from the long trip. So how about we get to our place, take a shower, order some room service and call it a night. We can start the real fun in the morning." He explained.

"You said our which means one. We are sharing a room?" I asked holding back the squeals of delight by trying to sound a little shocked.

"Yeah I only have one reservation. If your not comfortable with it I'm sure we can get you your own place. I don't want to force you into anything."He explained.

"I'm okay with it but are you?" I asked him.

"Of course I am. Why wouldn't I be?" He asked that last part sounding a little nervous.

"Okay Saint Gabriel we'll see how okay you are with this." I said with a wink getting out of the car to stretch and look around.

This place was beautiful. There was stars in the clear sky for as far as I could see. It was also pretty silent compared to the noise of the city. We were parked at the parking lot besides the entrance of the reception. It was designed nicely to resemble a sort of tree house with beautiful lights all over and a wooden sign that said "Salama Safaris" at the top.

Gabriel got our luggage out and I followed him inside. It was even better looking on the inside. It resembled a modern wilderness inside with walls decorated with real flowers that attached themselves to the wood and bloomed different types of flowers. There weren't many people here so I assumed this was just for receiving guests. The room wasn't even that big.

I didn't know what to do so I just stood aside and let Gabriel do all the talking. He came back after a few minutes.

"Let's go." He said picking up our luggage again.

"To where?" I asked following him.

"Our quarters."

"How do you know where they are? Aren't there supposed to be people who take us to our room."

"I know where they are because I asked for directions and if you look carefully you'll see there are signs clearly indicating where everything is. And to answer your second question, yes there are people assigned to lead guests to their rooms but I'm not exactly a guest here and there are people who need more help than me." He explained and I just hummed in reply.

There were wooden boards showing the way we were supposed to follow. There were also fairy lights decorating the place giving it a romantic feel. I would definitely enjoy this weekend. I noticed a few people outside enjoying the night sky with drinks in their hands and some were also eating out. There were kids playing in the grass too and I found myself smiling at that. After the reception hall there were a few more rooms like the restaurant, an entertainment room, and there was a spa too.

Finally the sleeping quarters as Gabriel called them came into sight and I was immediately in love. There we different designs where some looked like really huge tents with lights outside and the more luxurious ones looked like beautiful tree houses, much better than the reception area. There were glass windows making up an entire wall on one side with a balcony and I really hoped we were staying there.

I was right because I saw Gabriel lead us to the cabin in the furthest end. We climbed the stairs to get to the top and I saw him put down his bag before he took the keys and unlocked it. He stepped aside to allow me to enter first. My jaw literally hit the floor. This was beautiful.

Everything was wooden including the floor. There was a huge four poster bed with white netting in the middle with red and white beddings. A wardrobe on one side and bedside table in each side of the bed. In front of the bed there were two sofas facing a huge flat screen TV and a coffee and glass table to complete the look. There were sliding glass doors on one side leading to the balcony set with a dining table of four overlooking the vast forest. On the other side there was a door which I assumed led to the bathroom.

I walked in there and I knew it would be hard leaving this place. On one end there was a very big bathtub with a clear window showing outside. There was a shower too, a sink and a few cabinets with towels and two bathrobes hanging on hangers beside each other.

"Do you like it?" Gabriel asked from outside the bathroom and I walked out.

"Like it? I love it. I don't think I'll want to leave." I informed him and he chuckled.

"Well I'm glad you approve. Get changed and freshen up. Supper will be here soon." He informed me.

"Thank you for bringing me here." I told him honestly with a smile.

"Your welcome." He replied with a smile of his own.

I grabbed my suitcase and took it with me to the bathroom. I took a quick but much needed shower before I grabbed what I would wear for the night. Having my mind set of driving Gabriel crazy I had packed the most sheer clothing for sleeping. I put on my shortest pair of black shorts that barely covered my ass. It's had a lace trimming. I paired it with a matching camisole with spaghetti straps. It exposed a lot of my cleavage and part of my stomach. I tied my hair neatly into a neat ponytail and let a few tendrils loose. Giving myself one last look in the I decided I was good to go.

I ran into Gabriel just outside. Looks like he was coming to check up on me. I saw his gaze trail from my bare toes all the way up to to my thighs and stomach. His gaze lingered longer than normal on my chest before he finally reached my eyes. Mission accomplished because this guy looked at me like he was about to devour me.

"You look ummmh....." He trailed off as he scratched the back of his neck.

"Thank you." I replied sparing him the embarrassment and because I already knew what he meant.

He smiled sheepishly at me before he went around me and entered the bathroom closing the door with a slight bang. I smiled to myself before I walked into the balcony and decided to enjoy the evening. Surprisingly it was warm enough that I didn't feel cold. This place was beautiful and quiet and I loved it. I pulled my knees up to my chest and leaned my head back into my seat taking a few deep breaths and relaxing.

I would be finishing my studies by the end of the month, joining my internship for the next three months before I graduated. My internship was already lined up and I couldn't wait to start working. That was my future but now Gabriel had come into my present. Was there space for him in the future. I was still scared about all this being someone who didn't believe in love but I also wanted to see where this new found feelings would take me. It seemed simple enough right now but I could just be saying that considering this was my first ever date. I guess I would know where me and Gabriel were headed after this weekend.

"Supper is served." Gabriel said interrupting my thoughts.

I hadn't even heard him come out of the bathroom. I didn't even hear whoever brought supper or their exchange. He was dressed in shorts and a loose grey vest tank top. He looked yummy all his muscles exposed like that and I found myself unconsciously licking my lips.

He placed a trey with the most amazing spread of barbecued chicken and beef on the table. There was a side salad, onion dip and some fries. There was a bottle of wine and water too.

"I thought I couldn't drink?" I asked excitedly looking at the bottle.

"You can't that's why it's non alcoholic." He replied with a grin as he say opposite me.

I huffed and crossed my arms in my chest. I noticed that Gabriel stiffen and I looked down seeing my chest had ridden up a little. Serves him right for denying me my alcohol.

"You're no fun." I grumbled.

"Yes I am now stop pouting and eat up." He said in that dominant voice I loved and I immediately obeyed before I sat up straight and dug in.

Gabriel served the wine and it was actually pretty good for non alcoholic wine. We ate most of it in silence because we didn't need to fill it with unnecessary chatter. The food was amazing and the meat was so soft and tender. I would definitely stay here just for the food. Long everything else sucked. Speaking of which.

"So what is our itinerary for this weekend?" I asked as I sipped some wine to wash down the food. I was so full I was finding it hard to breath.

"Tomorrow we will be outdoors almost all day because we have hiking, biking and sky walking. On Saturday we have zip lining and bungee jumping before a relaxing afternoon swimming. On Sunday you are booked for a massage and all the pampering you ladies are into before we drive back." He explained.

"That all seems great and what will you be doing as I as you've put it get pampered like a lady." I asked teasingly.

He smiled sheepishly "I have some catching up to do with my mom. I would ask you to meet her but I know you'll react to that with a huge no."

"You are absolutely right. Thanks for considering my feelings." I replied with a grateful smile.

"Your welcome."He replied and say back on his seat.

"I think I'll settle in for the night. Are you joining me?" I asked him getting up.

"In a while." He replied eyeing me up and down again.

I smiled at him before I quickly kissed his cheek and went back inside. I knew he was going to come to bed he just needed some time to compose himself. I settled myself on one side of the bed and instantly melted into the soft pillows and the mattress felt as if I was floating in the clouds. This place was simply awesome.

Just as I was dozing off about thirty minutes later I felt Gabriel slip in next to me. He kissed my forehead whispered goodnight and settled next to me. I could feel his warmth next to me and I thought it would repulse me sleeping next to a man completely sobber but I actually liked it.

I fell asleep with a satisfied smile on my lips.
