A little crossover with Ragnarok M (again!)

"This church, how long had it been since then?"

---

Tigreal and Natalia is visiting a place which holds a very important part of their life.

As they arrived...or rather waited, they began to wander about this place...

It is the place where everything starts, their childhood, the happy memories, the conflicts, and many more.

To say it in short, this place will forever have an unbreakable connection to both of them.

Whether in the past, the present, or even the future, as time passes by, the connection will never be thwarted.

Or at least it was their hope.

This place was the one where their four eyes met, no one knows if their meeting was fated or just a coincidence.

But everyone knowing might be sure that their gaze was nothing like now.

Duties, hardheadedness, services,

Protection, Assassination,

War

Step by step these aspects had supported a vigilant theory, that the meeting was not heartwarming at all.

Soundlessly, with hatred but full of respect, no one could guarantee their future.

Like, who knows everything proceeded in such a way that their eyes now radiated something much more...sophisticated.

---

The estranged memory of parting...

Something that they would pretty much avoid right now, but not something they would reject at that time.

Despite their subtle interaction, despite the heroic deed, something worth indebted for, not a single glimmer of light shimmered on their conjuncting road.

That was a chance being wasted, at least for one of them, while the other just saw this as a problem solved already.

The place witnessed their parting, just as much as it witnessed their first gazes.

And it won't be long before it stays for another time, where everything has turned to the good.

---

The holy witness

This building has been an unmoving witness of an era.

An era where destruction has taken over to the turning point of infatuation.

Destructive powers, and all those who seeked to end it.

The conflicts that they had to be involved in, the fateful decision for their own future.

All of it had been witnessed.

Along with it, their untold promises that they never shout it out loud. The hidden feelings and worries for the other, without they even realize it themselves.

This holy place knows it all.

---

The graceful, unexpected love story

No one doubted them for it. Only themselves did.

Two insensitive hearts, two surreptitious feelings.

At least, it was not surreptitious enough to be known to the others, but closed enough for them to trace.

Neither believe that they would soon started a new chapter, which unlike their pasts, they will eventually live them in synchronization.

They can deny it all they wanted, but even then everything has proceeded as it might be, and to retract it is an attempt of futility.

They would soon realize that they knew fate has arranged their meeting. They might have a rough start, but it's not too late to smoothen it up.

They might realize it later, but this place had witnessed it right before it even started.

"Good evening, Sir and Madam"

A sudden soft voice woke the couple from their "wandering". They gasped and turned to see a fairly young lady...at least that's how she looked, wearing priestess clothes greeted them.

At least she had been in the church long enough that she knew the couple well, their times at the church and so she bowed humbly at them.

"You don't need to bow, High Priestess Laiyinasi." Tigreal said. "If it was thought correctly, I was the one who should've respected you, and thanked you for your help when we were young (1)."

"All of us knew that I did it only to make sure no one gets hurt." The High Priestess said. "And what's more, I should've been thanking you for your help at the adventurer's guild. If not for you two, I might be doubtful for my decision to join in, especially because of my sorrowful experience with the darkness (2)."

"I always envy your humbleness." Natalia said. "I wish we could talk more, but we don't have much free time. So, if you please..."

"Yes, I know what you wanted to. Let me call her for you."

Laiyinasi then proceeded to the interior part of the church complex, the place where the priestesses lived their vowed life. It didn't take long before the high priestess went back with a long-green-dyed-haired young girl, wearing the same garments as Laiyinasi.

No one could tell who this girl is, except the shining blue eyes that the girl had, which matched beautifully like her parents'.

"Mom! Dad!" The girl exclaimed as she ran and hugged the two of them gently.

They shared a big family hug, something that they will never regret and will never forget.

This reunion, although not a grand or a once-in-a-lifetime situation, will always be etched forever in their hearts.

Even if they forgot as time passes, they knew there is still another witness.

This church

It marked their moments. Their start, their process, and hopefully their finish.

Okay wtf am I writing right now. My mind is not clear enough to write good stories and I can only come up with this quite shitty one-shot!

If one reads my OC introduction, he/she might know that I have an OC acting as NaTig's child, with the name of Luce. And one might only know about her cheerful personality and photography interest. Yeah so this covers another side of her, which unravels the fact that she becomes a priestess in the church where Tigreal and Natalia once spent their time.

Laiyinasi is the Acolytes' recruiter and mentor in Ragnarok M: Eternal Love, so she is not my OC.

Anyway, I hope I could come up with better ideas and chapters. Thank You and see you soon!

(1) Another imaginary plot, not canon.

(2) This is taken from Laiyinasi's story by the Izlude Minstrel in Ragnarok M: Eternal Love.
