Okay, so, guys, I have a theory. A film theo- okay, okay, I'll stop. I'm not Film Theorists. But I do have a theory. I theorize that in the distant future there will be a Gravity Falls reboot.

Okay, so if you don't like spoilers then don't read this. There will be spoilers for Weirdmageddon Part 3: Take Back The Falls, A Tale Of Two Stans, and Sock Opera. Soooooo....  #SpoilerAlert.

So, it starts with either a descendant of one of the twins or a new character. This character may have a twin, like the two generations of twins before them. Considering family was such a strong theme in Gravity Falls this is more likely.

It is also more likely that they are related to the Pines twins in some way, considering this theme. So, our heroes/hero goes to Gravity Falls, Oregon for a summer vacation.

They might go to the Mystery Shack or even possibly the Tent Of Telepathy. Considering Gideon's whole turning to the good side charade in Take Back The Falls it's quite possible they were related to Lil' Gideon.

Then, someone accidentally brings up Weirdmageddon. Possibly just the name, but they let it slip. Remember the "Oh, Never Mind All That!" law? Well, when they go asking around about Weirdmageddon and all they get is "Oh, never mind all that!" naturally, they're gonna get curious.

So they try to find out what happened those years ago. Eventually, they might find one of the journals. Or maybe Dipper made a Journal 4, recording his findings.

They read it over and their Dipper-like curiosity gets them into the mystery of Gravity Falls. One day, they find Bill Cipher's statue. They haven't read Bill Cipher's page yet so they don't know what it does.

As a joke, they take a picture while shaking Bill's hand since he was frozen in that pose. If you aren't like me and don't look up theories a lot then you might not know about the Bill Cipher's Return theory.

The theory states that it is possible for him to return to our dimension. Well, their dimension. Apparently, Bill can only return if he has a form to return to. And, there just so happens to be a shell of his former self set in stone. Literally.

So the hero unknowingly unleashed Bill Cipher on the world. Bill thanks them and calls them by their nicknames he gives everyone. He says that he needs more time to recover his power.

The hero was a little shaken up by it but shrug it off as another Gravity Falls anomoly. Other things happen and eventually they meet up with Dipper. They don't tell him about Bill because they had never thought it was worthwhile.

Then Bill makes a deal with one of the heroes causing something similar to the events of Sock Opera. I'd like to see fan art for that. Moving on, Bill would most likely wear sunglasses to hide his identity.

Of course, Dipper would be immediately suspicious. Crazy ensues and they eventually beat Bill like they did in Sock Opera. More mysteries would come up while some old ones will be solved.

One day another Weirdmageddon happens and chaos ensues. You know the rest. Family wins and our heroes grow up. There might be even more episodes after that but I'll leave that up to fan interpretation.

Of course, it could always be that Dipper and Mabel are going back to Gravity Falls for their second summer.

But that's just a theory. A film theo- okay, okay, I'll stop now.
