Monster have been around for centuries and have lived with human for ages. Special laws have put in place for all of them to go to a special academy after their 18th birthday's. This will teach them more about their laws and abilities

Different Monsters

Humans: Known as Softskins, completely normal and have no special abilities unless given by higher ups

Vampire: Blood suckers, are not allowed to drink other blood so has to drink animal or artificial blood

Werewolves: Dogs or Mutts, Loyal to the rules and tend to be more intelligent than most of the other monsters

Dolls: Stills, they are made to be perfect but tend to lose their ability to move or talk. Some rare case, they lose both. Have special crystals to talk or walk

Demons: Freaks, move in the dark and barely come out during the day. Know all fears and torture methods, Rare type of monsters. Never trust one alone

Mermaids/Sirens: Scales, possesses both a human and water form. Beautiful creatures with a dark side

Dragon People: Wiser, they live a long time and posses the ability to see the future but can not tell the person or face death by their dragon peers
