What do you think of the current Cody? Anything I can do to improve him? I realize I haven't exactly posted all his info yet aha

Also, here's some more facts because I'm obnoxious

Swift as the Stars -
- Stell was a fennec fox who sorta acted like Cody but a lot more reserved and blunt, Lani was a self insert that was originally human but got turned into a calico cat
- see Stell was born on Earth and later went to this other world to join an interstellar council, but when he was young Lani saved him from exotic pet smugglers, so when she hECCIN FALLS OFF A CLIFF FOR SOME REASON he uses this empathy link they have [wow pjo much] to teleport her to him, he's in the middle of these trials to join the council, problem is it also inexplicably turns her into a cat,, yea
- they then have to complete the trials together but it turns out the council is corrupt or something?? And that's what the sequels would've been about? I didn't plan this out man
- they each had blue feathers on their tails marking the empathy link

The unnamed original draft of my current story -
- Cody and Rita actually didn't get names until I made some drastic changes but they were basically the same as their original counterparts,, with some small changes, it was basically a semi post apocalyptic world and the reason why was really dumb
- Rita was a tanner, cooler version of me and her arc was about learning to make friends and open up her true self to people owo which is nothing like her current one, she's actually really confident now and I'm glad
- Cody had no arc lmao but he still had the whole shtick of being a fish out of water
- the council still existed but they weren't corrupt and they were in Cody's world
- Tabby, Carter and Bailey all were eventually written into this world but I won't get into them cause I'll just end up rambling more, they were really really different as well though
