-Vivianne's parents died from a bus crash when she was 10 years old.

-She knew about this when her babysitter (Who was taking care of her) told Vivianne about her parents' death. She was devastated as she cried for 2 hours straight as her babysitter comforted her.

-She was sent to an orphanage after that.

-Even though her orphanage was fine, She felt lonely and depressed due to her parents' death and sometimes would spend time in her room rather than play with kids.

-There were some kids who were nice to her, but there were some who weren't and bullied her.

-She had a friend named Jim and they used to be close until he died of cancer that day.

-When she found out what happened to him, She cried as some caretakers comforted her.

-She still keeps the butterfly necklace her parents gave her before they died.

-She secretly has fears of losing her loved ones because of her past but tries to hide it with her confident personality.

-After she got adopted by her adoptive parents, She told them everything about what happened to her biological parents and Jim and they comforted her while giving her all the love and support.
