Costume: A Green Lantern uniform. Modified to show his style.

Powers: A Green Lantern ring. Average normally, genius in combat (very analytical, makes a lot of plans mid combat, creative and a master of adaptation on a high level).

-His personality may get in the way.

-The Ring has a battery that he needs to recharge.

Backstory: Originally on Earth, Richard was a part of an organization, focused on making super spies and accomplishing secret missions that the government likely wouldn't approve. Richard at some point stumbled upon a Green Lantern who was dying in the middle of a big battle, the Ring chose him, and defeated the creature. Word came to the other Green Lantern corp members and now Richard is a full fledged Green Lantern.

Extra facts: He was in a relationship with Zatanna, but it didn't work out. Richard is a fan of Jason Bourne and Star Wars, he may not express it much, but he is a big nerd.
