Spells: All the basics, like firing... fire, making ice from thin air by sublimating the air molecules, etc. Other spells, including God's power, increases attack speed and damage, blessing of God, heal wounds and anything that is touching him that is damaged is rebuilt, the spiritual doorway, opens portals to spiritual templars, God's thought, think faster than time, Blast of the Universe, make a huge blast radius of 100 ft and kills anyone that is in it, he uses it as a last resort.

Artifacts: Boots that allow him to fly, his amulet increases the power and effectiveness of his spells and the cape is a transporter that can go faster than thought

Other: He has a third eye, that allows him to see spiritual entities, cards of certain spells and he can mix them up for devastating effects, and has some of Strange and Fate's most famous and used spells

Skills: Skilled as Doctor Strange and Fate, and he's very fit, because some of his more advanced spells, requires the user to be fit and have a very strong and huge amounts of aura, and is a very knowledgeable fighter of Wing Chun kung Fu

Backstory: he was a nobody, until he went to Beacon and was granted magic by Ozpin

Weaknesses: Some advanced spells require him to be fit and have a powerful aura, because if the user is un fit, then the spell will drain him, so he has to train consistently, without a powerful aura, the spells won't reach their maximum potential, he is far more reliant on his offensive spells than defensive ones even though he has a great balance between the two, and he's arrogant.
