Few movies have made it past the dreaded sequel curse. Pitch Perfect 2 is one of those! This movie was so good! It was everything it promised and more! The trailers did not do it justice. It was way funnier than they made it seem to be.

First, it had a good plot. The whole 'enemy team' idea is completely overused, especially in sequels. However, Pitch Perfect 2 did an amazing job of taking such an easy and reused concept and made it original and hilarious.

They added in new characters in an easy and cute way that wasn't obnoxious. There was some character development and a lot of scenes for everyone.

This movie was also just as funny If not funnier than the first movie.

And finally the songs. They sung and mashed up some really great songs. They used songs that mostly everyone knew, and they were older so you could sing along.

Overall, it was a great movie. I seriously recommend seeing it, especially if you

loved or even remotely liked the first one.
