It was a lovely morning the wind was blowing and all I could hear was the pounding of my shoes against the concrete as I ran to catch the bus. That's my everyday life. Always running to catch the bus.

   "Wait for me!!!" I shout while running

I'm losing the bus and if I do I will have to walk another fifteen minutes to get to school and that doesn't sound well to me so i increase speed. One thing I know I'm good at is running. Either running to catch the bus or running from life itself.

  I soon catch up to the bus and I enter

"Good morning Mr Christopher"
I greet the bus driver

  "Morning El" He answers and I move to my usual sit that is the sit next to Alex.

        "Hey El"

        "Hello"

"How was your weekend,pal?"He asked while ruffling my neat braided hair.
   
       "Hey don't do that,and my weekend was the regular,several part time jobs" I answer while removing his hand from my hair.

    Me and Alex have been friends since 5th grade when he transferred to our school and had nobody to talk to.

"Mine was okay, we went out for a picnic at the park with my family" He says.

"Nice" I answer.

  Alex family are neither rich no poor. They are living a comfortable life in a good neighborhood and a medium sized house.

  We arrive at school and we get down from the bus. It was a week to exams,so everybody was busy going about their businesses like due assignments, make up tests and the likes.

    "Bye Alex"I say because we aren't in the same class with him since the school changed his class last month.

  "Bye El"
He says and proceeds to his class.
I walk to my class,that is first period English I walk to my sit that is close to the classes window.

Immediately I sit the teacher enters and thank God I was just a second early else it would've been detention for me from Mrs Ella.

"Good morning class,she said.  How was your weekend?"

It was a rhetorical question since she didn't wait for anyone to answer before she continued talking.

  "Class,next week is exams, so let's revise"she rants.
I bring out my jotter and begin to write down some things.
