Legend has it that an eevee born with special powers is born once every 100,000 years, the eevee born will have a shiny white tipped tail, and a silver paw, the eevee born is said to save the world from destruction from Ho-Oh and Lugia, who will destroy the world when fallen into the wrong hands.

The light shone from out of the cave as 2 pokemon came out, they were 2 eevees, one with silver fur and one with brown fur.

Those eevees where said to be the first ever special eevees, not just the first special eevees, but the first one, one with the power to transform into any eeveelution, and one with it's tears to turn into ice.

One day they had an egg, not just any egg, a special egg. A egg that would one day fill the legend books. One day an eevee popped out with a silver paw and a silver tipped tail. That eevee had the powers of its mother and father.

100,000 years past since that special day happened. Trainer's have been trying to get a hold of it for years and years. Until they figured out it only comes every 100,000 years. On that day, a special eevee was born. Then the line continued of special eevees, until, they were forgotten about.
