Basically Mei is nine months pregnant with her first child and is expecting that her child will be born any day now.

Mei sat on a chair in Pigsy's Noodles, watching as her best friend MK was cleaning the floors. She felt a kick in her stomach from their baby and placed a hand on the spot where they felt the kick and smiled slightly. Eventually MK finished cleaning and then went to talk to Pigsy, who let him finish for the day as he was closing his shop. MK then walked over to Mei. "You gonna be heading home, Mei?" MK asks his best friend, who grimaces slightly, feeling some contractions and a pain in her back and stomach.

MK frowns slightly as he notices Mei grimacing. "Mei...?" He asked, before Mei got up from their  chair before her knees buckle, MK catching her before she falls. "Mei, what's wrong?!" MK asks before he notices a liquid running down Mei's legs, his eyes widening in shock. "T-the baby is coming-" Mei says through pants, to which MK carefully wraps his arm around Mei's shoulder and walks them to his work cart to drive them to the hospital. They eventually get to the hospital as Mei is taken to a room.

MK holds Mei's hand as the doctor checks to see how dilated she is. "When you feel your next contraction, push as hard as you can," the doctor tells Mei, who nods in response. As soon as they felt the next contraction, she started pushing, crying out in pain. "Come on Mei, I know you can do it!" MK says encouragingly to his best friend, who kept pushing during the contractions. Eventually the doctor sees the baby's head.

"The baby is crowning, be careful while pushing," the doctor tells Mei, who shakily nods in response as they keep pushing. Eventually Mei gasps as she feels the baby's head is pushed out of her, the doctor quickly catching the head. "The cord isn't around the neck," the doctor says. "You're doing great Mei!" MK says happily as Mei keeps pushing. Eventually, Mei feels the baby come out of her as they hear the sounds of a baby crying in the room.

"Congratulations, it's a boy!" the doctor says as they cut the cord and clean him off before handing him to Mei. "You did great, Mei!" MK says happily to his best friend, who smiles and tears up at the sight of her son. "He's beautiful" Mei says tiredly yet also proudly as she looks at her newborn son. "What are you going to name him?" MK asks Mei curiously, causing her to think for a bit. "I'm thinking Zhuan," Mei says after a bit of thinking, smiling.
