A/N: I know! I know.. I've left this story for far too long! ;-; The last chapter was a fail- so, once I've uploaded this one, I'm going back to re-do it.

Ps:  I see that "Ask Or Dare: The Bros." is very close to 4k views! :O That's so much and I never expected that! I personally find it a fun book to do- because I get to put myself into Mario and Luigi's shoes! x'DD

So do enjoy this chapter and have a very nice day!

"Mario, I would never want to hurt your feelings; it's just I don't love you," I sighed.

Upon hearing what I'd just said; he turned away from me.

"I-It's okay. I already said you-a can go."

I could tell that he was trying not to sound upset about the whole thing, but his voice was still shaky.  I went up to Mario, gave him a pat on the back and tried to apologize. Didn't work though.  He squirmed away.

"Just go home.." he hissed at me.

Then guilt struck me.

Real hard.

Remember what I said earlier about my phone ringing in awkward places? Yes. Well now it decided to ring at an awkward time;  whilst I was trying to assure the red-clad plumber that there was no need to be sad.

Kevin was ringing me..

"K-Kevin," I stuttered,

"Do you mind if I call you back? I'm talking to Mario,"

And, for some odd reason; Mario gave me this really cold stare.

A really cold stare..

Like in a movie- when a bad guy or someone is about to pull out a knife..

________

"Go away!" he barked- rushing up to me and attempting to push me out through the door.

"Could you be quiet! I'm talking to Kevin!"

"Go talk to your Kevin somewhere else! Do you-a hear me?! This plumbery is a place for work; not a place for petty "love-talks!" I'm tired of you Nat!"
